Firstly
the
service
is
poor,
it
needs
alot
of
work.
It
seemed
as
if
I
was
begging
to
be
heard
and
served
staff
seemed
distracted
with
whatever
she
was
doing
and
not
paying
attention
to
me
as
a
customer.
After
I
ordered
i
had
to
get
up
from
my
table
and
pick
up
my
order
twice.
I
was
not
asked
if
I
was
dining
or
take-out
as
my
food
and
coffee
which
was
sub-par
was
packed
in
take-out
containers
after
which
I
sat
and
ate
out
of
these
containers.
I
observed
another
customer
of
a
different
skin
colour
get
better
service
and
two
separate
servers
came
and
brought
his
food
and
beverage
to
him
at
the
same
time.
It
is
distasteful
that
to
get
the
wifi
password
I
had
to
hand
them
my
personal
device.
I
thought
I
would
have
an
excellent
experience
but
it
was
quite
the
opposite.
I
am
a
cafe
person
so
I
know
great
service
and
food,
this
wasn't
it
poor
service
from
the
start.
I
have
never
had
to
pick
up
my
food
at
a
top
notch
Cafe.
When
I'm
spending
my
money
I
expect
better
service.
Hopefully
it
changes.
The
atmosphere
is
relaxing
however
and
a
good
place
to
get
work
done
if
they
fix
the
wifi
situation.
