The classic Big Ben Complex clock tower is very well maintained. Very seldom that it had mechanical issue. In all fairness, all these years starting .....1997 when I worked part time at JFC accross, that BBC clock ALWAYS tells the time ACCURATELY. Furthermore, the whole complex is very neat and organize. Kudos & thanks to the management for keeping those giant accacia trees at the back. High five to the management and the maintenance team for their job well done. Apir. 🖐

A nice place to go in Lipa City, Batangas. With 7eleven, watsons, mercury, potato corner, goldilocks, j.co ,landbank. etc.

I am not from Lipa but I felt very welcomed in this place. The design, the action figures, the paintings, and etc amuses the eye. This place also has tables and chairs available for anyone who would like to hang out or work. Check out the second floor for an air-conditioned setting. The rest rooms are clean and well-maintained.

Bigben is one of the oldest establishment in lipa but still looks cool and trendy. That being said, it's well maintained and great selection of stores. Kudos to the building management.

One of those commercial spaces giving off a more hip vibe, spicing up Lipa strait. It's a hodgepodge of various specialty shops: From a Thai cafe, to a shawarma joint, a steak Mary, a facial care center, the bakery that made it to tatler's, pizza places, and so on. Then of course you have those recognizable nationwide franchises of 7-11, chachago, front row, and mercury drug. Very dynamic place I must say. They decorate regularly as the occasion or season changes, hold special events to draw in people, and promote their tenants via their social media.

Not so huge 2-storey complex with few fast food chains, convenience store, and an ample parking.

Cozy place for a meet-up in Lipa.

The owner is really kind. Managed to turn the place into something worth visiting. I highly recommend checking the cafes at the backside.

This place is best for foodtrips and hangouts. Parking space is secured and the space for every car is wide. It is not covered though. But still, the parking space is secured. The parking rate is 30.00 Pesos for the flat rate. You just have to manually write the time of your exit on the parking stub and hand it to the cashier before leaving parking lot. There are many food choces and selections to choose from. There is also a branch of Frontrow Enterprise, a health supplement MLM, located here. The Courtyard has good interiors and arts including paintings displayed. I consider this place as a one stop shop too.

Bigben is convinient place to go with available parking area security and observe safety protocol.

Parking just got less accomodating due to fees even more expensive than the malls and you are not even guaranteed a good spot to park specially for motors.... its like they just found vacant space and dumped motor parking there, its not even easy to get in there.

Staff helpful, but as noted by others the ride was bumpy so not the most comfortable of rides and you feel a little disorientated on arrival.

Watson is real Teller is good

Very acessible and at the heart of the City of Lipa. Near the bank, pharmacy and stores with delicious snacks.

Very nice but not accessible to parking

Great place to have small activities around there. A few shops offer you with same prices like other place.

It's like being back in Metro Manila without having to leave Lipa. Though I really don't miss Metro Manila.
