    Personal service beat a wonderful. Now if you need to make a Marcão or information on your cell phone. Forget it, more than 3 years and they never answered a call, but due to covid-19 and the country having more than 2000 cases per day, the basic thing was for you to have someone providing this customer service. Ridiculous, now I have to go there just to make an appointment with my family doctor and then go back there to get a new prescription. Because there are never vacancies for the same week.

    Terrible attendance. I got an emergency ticket and they called me after 15 minutes to say that the doctor wasn't going to see me because he didn't have time. Telephone is to be forgotten and the number provided is not the correct one.

    A banal health center, it seems to have given birth in time. There are daytime appointments, it is possible to be seen on weekdays even without an appointment, however it is a good idea to call to make an appointment. They provide nursing services.

    I consider the management of this health center, where my mother belongs, to be a reference. You can usually get an appointment over the phone for the same day or the next day, with the possibility of discussing the situation to assess the degree of urgency with the doctor, via telephone. Compared to the health center I belong to (Seixal area), this one is exceptional.

    2 months waiting for an appointment and when I arrive at the clinic at 5.45 pm because the appointment was scheduled for 6 pm, the employee says the appointment was at 4 pm!!! I was not seen and only had an appointment for 2 months again.. So 4 months waiting for an appointment

    I don't understand why they never answer the phone, it's better not to have the number so people aren't constantly being scammed and waiting in vain. It is URGENT that someone who has management functions at this Benfica Health Center does something for the people and the service that they are (not) providing to the population.

    Since moving permanently to Benfica with my husband, we have really enjoyed the service provided by everyone involved in this Health Center. I had been registered for many years. I know that answering the phone is difficult, but things are easier via email. We may not have an immediate response, but within a maximum of 1 day they respond to what we want. We have gone through phases of being without a doctor, but we have never stopped receiving care, even in open consultations. Now we have a doctor again. We had our first appointment in June and everything went well. A battery of exams and analyzes based on our complaints, referral for a nutrition consultation and smoking cessation consultation were not scheduled by our option, which will be left for later. They have been improving. We are aware that the SNS could be better. But we also believe that in many situations if professionals, from administrative staff, doctors, assistants, nurses, etc. They don't do it anymore because they aren't given the conditions to do so. We can say that we are grateful for the follow-up.
