I've never seen so much incompetence together. They don't answer the phone, and when they do, they put the person on hold forever without speaking so that the person gives up. If you send an email, do not respond in writing so as not to commit to doing so only by phone to protect yourself from constant service failures. There is never anyone to blame, they cover up for each other. It's simply shameful how this center works, nothing has improved yet when the facilities were in the center of the tip. Most of the equipment doesn't work, the LCD in the waiting room that was supposed to work for password calls hasn't worked for over two years. Complaining in the yellow book, as I have done more than once, was of no use. The solution was to change certain people who are there just to be there, people without the slightest respect for the users who are the ones who pay them their salary at the end of the month.

They dont have a system to show number of the person whose turn is. The staff cant speak English or if some of them do its very basic and you cannot communicate properly. But the building is clean and new and staff are friendly.

Reception staff rarely answer the phone. They call to cancel an appointment with the family doctor for my daughter and confirm that the vaccination is still ongoing, the nurse arrives at the health center and the vaccination is not carried out by the nurse as it was not the vaccination day. When you go to look for both discharge and prescription papers, the employees take a long time to find them. There is a notable lack of professionalism and coordination between reception staff and medical services.

(Translated by Google) Incredible how users are told to call the center and no one answers the phone. I even called inside the health center to look at the employees and see them ignoring the ringing phone. If you are never going to answer the phone, why do users ask to call? Lack of respect. Inadmissible!

If before the pandemic they no longer responded, now it's worse. Since the beginning of the pandemic, they haven't seen me once. Emails, it seems like they don't even read them. The doctors were the ones doing administrative work. The yellow book is useless, I have already made 2 complaints and the story is always the same “we have a lot of work”.

Hello, good evening, I hereby come to complain about the poor service at the Pontinha Health Center: my diabetic father had an appointment scheduled for Dr. Hortênsia Amaral on February 6, 2024, on the 5th, they called to inform me that the appointment had been canceled because The doctor was absent for personal reasons and then they were going to reschedule a new date. On March 6, 2024, my mentally ill mother had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Hortênsia Amaral, she even received on the 4th an SMS from the NHS reminding her of the appointment as the health center didn't say anything, I called there to find out if my mother was going to have an appointment or not due to the Doctor being on sick leave, I called about 10 times, they only answered the 10th call, they informed me that my mother, myself and my father were not going to have any more appointments with Dr Hortênsia, she retired, it's a shame, they didn't inform her patients we were left without a family doctor nor did he say goodbye to patients after a 40 year career a lack of respect towards his users the lady who answered the phone said we were excluded from the Pontinha health center after 35 years for us to register at the health center in the Alfornelos area of residence, I found out through the SNS24 APP that on February 19, 2024 we were registered without our prior authorization at the local health unit in Urmeira without a family doctor assigned with only 19 doctors on duty with terrible conditions They don't answer the phone or respond to emails, a lack of respect, completely shameful, poor service.

It's a shame...how is it possible for a health center not to have an active telephone number. We are talking about elderly people who need to make an appointment, and it is normal for elderly people to not know how to use the Internet, sometimes it is just a question and they have to travel to do it. A shame.. That's why they clog up hospitals, at least they get care.

(Translated by Google) They might as well take the phone number, he's not doing anything here.

Since the pandemic began, they haven't answered phones or responded to emails and I have two 2-year-old children who no longer have appointments. Today I received an email after sending another one more than a month ago saying that my entire family was transferred to another health center and that we are without a family doctor. It's a shame! How do they leave a family with two children without a family doctor, not that what they had was actually useful for anything was the same as not having one, but it is unacceptable how they make a transfer without giving me permission and without ensuring the doctor. They are getting worse and worse, I have never seen a health center like this, it is a shame it should be closed for good. My grandmother has diabetes and hasn't been treated for over a year! Be ashamed!

They don't want to have work, the ladies at the secretariat just send users elsewhere.

Because they didn't answer my phone, I sent an email and they responded to the email on the same day, saying that I had to send my full name, date of birth and user number for it to be valid and to be resolved... And so the I did. However, a week has passed and they have not responded to me again. How are you supposed to communicate with the health center since they don't answer the phone or respond to emails? "Let her come here" they responded to my mother who, upon leaving work, stopped by the health center to explain the situation as she was on her way home. But is this an answer? It's not "let her come here" because if I could go there I would have already gone and even if I could, is there a contact available to call and email for what? Or rather, they responded to my email asking for information for what? Since they didn't respond anymore or follow up on anything else...? Apart from the endless criticism from years ago that I just read here! Doesn't this change? There are so many unemployed people who could perhaps perform the role of the secretary better. How difficult is it to answer a phone and speed things up? Ok, they have work... And I ask: don't other health centers have it? They have to serve users! Not to mention that they could be making elderly people wait forever on the other end of the line. The health center should help and not be a hindrance in the processes to be resolved. I already know that this doesn't change anything... But I came here to leave my CRITICISM!
