I started taking Pilates classes at Academia Life Club a few years ago, at the time to try to help manage the lower back pain I felt whenever I lifted something heavier. The results were… fantastic! The lower back pain went away faster than I expected and, in addition, my posture improved considerably (at the time I was taking a mat wall class, with 4 participants). I also did Pilates during pregnancy and postpartum recovery and it's definitely an activity that I don't want to stop, for the well-being it gives me and as physical exercise (it's much harder than it looks!!). Inês is a professional who is super dedicated to her students and the teachers who work with her are also an example of commitment, good disposition, quality and professionalism. You always leave the Inês Moreira Pilates Studios (both in Lisbon and Beloura) in a better mood and healthier.
