This B&B is the biggest scam! Before I arrived I had to pay a deposit of € 80,-, which has never been totally refunded. During the check in, my entire stay and the check out there has not been anyone present at the location. Everything was done by phone. Therefore they would deduct the city tax (€ 4,- in total) of my deposit. But instead, they paid back only a part of the deposit. I have send them a few emails, whatsapp messages and tried to call them. The only answer I got was that the city tax was deducted and after that I got blocked and ignored. It's not okay to scam customers like that! Also the breakfast was really poor. Literally only bread, a few slices of cheese and ham. Nothing else. On the second day there was not even any bread left when I wanted to have breakfast in the morning. Furthermore the room was really noisy and they are building new rooms next to this one so you are in constant noise of the construction during the day. I know the rooms look nice, but don't let the pictures fool you. Think twice before you book this place!

It was absolutely terrible experience, just don't book this place, find an alternative. We have booked this apartment for 1 night (actually few hours to sleep before the early morning flight), paid 130 euro, arrived around 10 pm, have spent 1,5 hours trying to get to the apartment and in the end still could not get in, so we left to the airport straight away, and there was no refund! The customer service was absolutely not helpful. The problem was that besides the full price for the accommodation we had to fill in the form with all our travel info (11 pages, it took us 30 min standing outside of the apartment filling it in) and we had to pay additionally 80 euro of deposit by credit card. And since we had only debit cards we could not make it and we never received the code to enter the apartment. Terrible experience, just avoid this place..

Absolutely do not recommend! I arrived in mid Aug 2022, and called up the only person at their customer service line because we had no instructions as to how to enter the building. Not only was he incredibly rude, cutting me off mid sentence, and speaking to me condescendingly, but his only solutions for us when I called to ask about getting building access, despite having paid was to pay an additional $20 deposit through the email link he would soon send to me. We waited there nearly an hour in the heat of noon sun for this email that never came. After my second phone call with him he quit answering the phone altogether. I have failed to receive any follow ups from bookings.com nor from the establishment with any sort of explanation. He even refused to confirm the email address, simply saying "It's the one you used for your booking." If he intended to send us an email he would have asked for a secondary email address or at least confirm the one he's supposedly sending to. Dishonest business. Booking.com should be held accountable for allowing such money-grab to continue to run on their website. And haven't gotten a refund as well.

Absolute abomination of a place, DO NOT STAY HERE EVER. It's not an "apartments", it's one flat in an old residential building that is separated into 4 rooms - each of them is rented to someone. For "breakfast" there is only a yoghurt. It has nothing to do with "Airport" - you either have to walk 30 minutes by foot on a bumpy road or take a taxi - but with taxi you can get literally anywhere else and it will be better than that. But all of this would be acceptable (to some extent) if the owner didn't demand that you fill in a 10-something-page web form with ALL your personal and passport details prior to moving in (we had to fill it at midnight with our dying phones) and pay 80 euros that were not fully refunded (and the withdrawn amount is bigger than everything we got in our letters).

I made the reservation on 10/30/22, I went to the hotel and was not greeted by the host, I left my bags on the street, and he contacted booking, and he told me I should answer the online form to carry out the checkin, but sent me the form only on 10/31/22, I fell into a scam and paid 360 euros. Fall in one hit.

Ich kann teilweise bestätigen was die anderen Rezessionen beschreiben. Das Einchecken war umständlich und man wurde nach Ausweis ect gefragt. Das Zimmer war aber sauber und wie beschrieben, deshalb von mir 3 Sterne

This is a complete SCAM, RUN AWAY FROM HERE! and besides that booking keeps listing this fake place. More annoying is the fact that when you arrive to the neighborhood is somehow dangerous. They take the money and disappear. The neighbors of the building shared stories about people having to sleep in the stairs of the building just to don be robbed in the streets!

They are scammers, unfortunately we arrived at this accommodation through booking and to our surprise they canceled our reservation in the middle of the night and did not return our money. It is not a safe place for anyone!!

My bad was a bit desperate and I didn’t check the reviews before I booked. All reviews here are 100% correct. Youll probably have a better experience living in a tent on the street than dealing with these scammers. Terrible.

Booked less than 24 hours before we planed to arrive. Never received any additional information than a booking confirmation. Upon arrival we hade trouble finding the place, and all telephone numbers were not working. After spending around 50 minutes trying to get in, we gave up and left. When we eventually got in contact with the place through hotels.com I got told it was my fault for not filling in the form i supposedly had received on email. Never got any email, since this apparently gets sent out 48 hours upon arrival. After finally receiving the email and filling out a 11 page form we had used more than 3 hours on everything and just gave up. Would NOT recommend to anyone....

Absolutely terrible experience, better avoid and look elsewhere!! The checkin process is absolutely the worst ever. There is no physical reception, everything is done via Whatsapp. Beforehand you have to complete a 11 pages travelform that takes forever (which we actually received very late, at 4pm of our arrival day). Additionally, besides the full amount for your stay you have to pay a deposit of 80€ in advance. Checkin hours are very fixed. Our flight was delayed and we weren’t able to get into the room anymore eventhough we prepared everthing timely for the checkin and adviced the staff way in advance. The customer service/support in that case was not helpful at all and very arrogant. The communication was very confrontative from the owner‘s side and generally very bad. For me definitely no professionalism at all. Very sad to make such an experience in a such wonderful city. For future guests I can only leave one advice: Definitely avoid this place!!!

We shared the same experience as everyone else. THIS IS A SCAM. DO NOT BOOK IT. If you need a last minute Hotel due to flight Change check out the Moxy Lisboa Oriente. It is a 10 min taxi ride to the airport.

It is a pure scam that even Booking turns their eyes from. They scam you by asking you to fill a form before they send you the door code, guess what, the form doesn't work, their phone redirects to a shutoff number. Police or Booking does nothing. Welcome to Portugal! They scam people who are travelling and need a place to stay for 1 day. Mind you it costs 100 euros. Booking refused to give us a refund even though Booking can simply check our chat with the host on the app and how they scammed us openly by sending a code after 2 days the stay ended. Google reviews are full of bad reviews of them, unfurtunally we didn't check beforehand.
