The space is big enough to park a van, but the elevator wasn't working!! And it doesn't help to have a piece of paper in portuguese saying what? Also there is only one machine to pay on the ground floor which doesn't help when you park on 5 and you go out on 7 ... very poor service mentality... I can't complain about the price which is normal in a location like this.

Worst parking garage ever. It doesn’t tell what prices are more then for 8 hours. And the price is CRAZY. Almost 20 euro for 8 hours. We then tried to leave instantly, but had to pay 60 cent to get out. But the machine didn’t take 20 euro, and did t take credit cards. So had to go to exchange money. Damn. What a nice start to Lisboa !!

Nice covered parking directly in city center. Check the prices thought, it's expensive.

Stole my money, payed 2 days parking 120€. App doesn’t work. No support from anywhere. Update, after few months, got contacted and they returned around 50€ I payed through the app for 2 days. So in the end I payed by the hour. For any future users, prepare in advance, have the app ready, check everything before you enter the garage the first time, and you could pass without all these issues.

Tried cancelling my booking way before the 24hr cancelation fee and nobody ever replied. I tried multiple times contacting the emails that were given and nobody replied until the day before my booking in which they said to late. Poor communication

Don’t be fooled!! If you are think this is long term parking, it is not! We parked here for 2 nights…130 euros! Outrageous!

Ridiculous price for an overnight park, cheaper parking on the street and copping the fine. Drive 1km down the road and get a cheaper rate with the same company in a more central location

The parking garage is only expensive if you drive in spontaneously. We reserved our place in advance for 3 days via Telpark. That works then. Very nice service, central location. I can recommend it

It is horrible, at least 30 minutes to enter and the queue is tiny, only 4 cars, this creates traffic jams, you cannot waste 30 minutes or even 1 hour to park, what is this!

Very expensive parking....almost €50 for overnight stay. Better places lower down the hill.

Large spaces. Entry without problem with the telpark app. You have to go through areas with a lot of traffic and cobblestones to get in and out, but it is very well located. Expensive

DO NOT PARK HERE!! They will not let you out and try to scam you and hold you captive till you pay much much more than the posted rates. Waited 45 minutes for someone to answer the phone to let us out. DO NOT PARK HERE!!

Good parking, not so expensive

Couldn’t find street parking, so ended up here over night - 39.90€ for 16 hours. Ouch.

Veeeeery expensive. The location is good. But the price... not so nice.

The guy who works there today enjoys saying no and making people sad. Better avoid him and wait for the rise of the machines 💫

Use the telepark website and book parking online. 25 euros for 24 hours. It uses the car license plate and a camera. You can come and go as much as you like. It makes it more affordable and convenient. It also has an elevator. Handy for going up and down streets without walking.

The parking system with the app is very strange. You cannot pay through the application if you have not installed it in advance and linked the card. When you're a tourist, you can't do this in advance. Reception is closed. The prices are simply unreal. I have never seen a rate for 8 hours, and then hourly. There is no daily rate. For 3 days you will pay more than for a hotel in a neighboring house. I don't recommend it!
