We (2 adults, 2 children) were in Lisbon for 4 nights and the guesthouses are a great place to stay! The apartments are centrally located but still very quiet. You can quickly walk to the Alfama or Graca district with its nice shops and restaurants, or you can take tram 28, which is only 1 minute away. The flats are beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you need. Victor and Laura are very nice, answer questions quickly and give helpful tips. The perfect accommodation for a city trip to lisbon :-).

Charming apartment style rooms, lovely manager to show us in (only speaks Portuguese). Be prepared that most Uber drivers will only meet you at the bottom of the hill at the church.

I cannot recommend this place enough! Perfect location at the border of local and touristy Lisbon, absolutely gorgeous units, and impeccably clean. The host is very friendly, responsive, and gives great local recommendations. Stayed for a week to work remotely and the wifi is very fast. Staying here absolutely heightened my experience in Lisbon. Would love to stay here again!

Absolutely stunning property, with very cute details. Cosy, and perfect for walking/travelling around - we felt super central, but just not by the busy district (perfect!) Also, just north (10 min walk) are some incredible natural wine bars - we spent our last night here and genuinely had some an incredible time. Thank you!! Will absolutely be back!

The location was amazing, very central but also felt quiet and secluded. It was a perfect base to really experience Lisbon life. The apartment was beautifully presented and had a modern yet traditional interior. The facilities were great and the crockery, soft furnishings etc were really unique too, making the apartment feel very homely.

This is a perfect place where one can feel tucked away from busy streets, while still close to everything. Beautiful views, amazing garden. Impeccably clean, modern design with a touch of tradition. The bed was very comfortable and sheets felt expensive.

Great vacation rental, Victor responded quickly with any questions we had and also had excellent recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing. Wonderful living area, brand new and modern apartment with gorgeous outdoor patio. The beds were big and very cozy. Speedy WiFi within the apartment and patio area. Shower was powerful with a huge tube that can fit 4 people! The property is less then a 3 minute walk from the market where they had great gift ideas for your friends. Location is very convenient and the neighbors are very friendly. The apartment is well equipped, cooker, microwave and coffee machine - with coffee waiting for us. It is so clean you could eat off the floors! The apartment is centrally located where you are minutes away from the main attractions. We will be back for sure!

Beautiful property! We stayed here on our honeymoon and would love to visit again. The location can't be beat, and the apartment is beautifully decorated and spacious. We are so happy to have found this beautiful gem in the Alfama district of Lisbon. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This place is a true gem. The cottages are well equipped, excellently cleaned and maintained. The host is super helpful and provides abundant suggestions and recommendations to make the most of your stay. Located in beautiful Alfama, right next door to St Vincent Monastery, tucked away up a quiet hill. Short walking distance to shopping and great food right in the neighborhood. Convenient to major landmarks like the castle of St. George, and Fado Museum.

We thoroughly enjoyed the proximity to the Alfama. The apartment was well appointed and very clean ( although we would have appreciated 2 towels each for our 5 night stay ). The courtyard was quaint and provided a peaceful piece of privacy . As previous guests have indicated , the location was a bit difficult to find. The pics that were shared upon arrival didn’t load properly for us but when they did it helped immensely. The stairs were challenging with luggage but perhaps we should have packed lighter ! Our hosts were very responsive and ensured all was well.

I had such a lovely time here, the area is beautiful, cozy, very clean, quiet but minutes away from great places in Lisbon. The owners and people who received me were very sweet and polite. For sure I’ll come back here next time!! Thanks ;)

Great place to stay and explore Lisbon, a really peaceful and personal place, 5 minutes walk from lots of amenities and restaurants. Great for short or or long stays. Kind openers always available and resolutive. Highly recommended.

We found this to be a fantastic location to explore the city and the accommodation was very comfortable and well equipped. It was wonderful to have use of the communal courtyard and found the restaurants etc to be excellent from the hosts guidance notes. We hope to visit again some day.

This has to be one of our favourite stops of our trip! The guest house was perfect, beautifully decorated and furnished. The bath tub is amazing! We wish we could pick it up and bring it back to Australia with us! The check in and out process was super easy.. i really couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Fantastic apartment, in a great location, Though small the apartment is mighty. We were able to drop our bags and explore the old town, whilst the apartment was made ready and it did not disappoint. Info from Victor and Laura was v good and Olinda was an amazing help. When next in Lisbon, we will be back!

An incredible place to stay! Our room was spotless and had AC. The shower was magnificent. The shared living room and kitchen were well designed and filled with intentional pieces. Notably, the cookware was fantastic and we enjoyed making all of our meals here. The patio was quiet and sunny, the best place to have dinner in Lisbon. The shared spaces also provided an enjoyable way to meet some of the other guests. This would be a great place to stay alone due to the social possibility, or for an extended stay. There were also families with kids in other apartments around the patio. Overall, the space was a quiet, well balanced and lovely niche in a popular part of Lisbon.

We only had a chance to stay at Patio Sao Vicente for one night but it was a great spot - really enjoyed the location next to the Mosteiro de Sao Vicente. The courtyard with its whitewashed walls and balconies is a quiet oasis in the middle of the busy Alfama district. The sleeping area was very quiet and comfortable. We walked from the Martim Moniz metro station (about 800 m away) by following the tram 28 tracks.

A home away from home! Patio Sao Vicente Lisbon was amazing, exactly as described & more. Olinda & the lovely housekeeper were so warm and friendly. I’ll definitely recommend staying here & will return if I make it back to Lisbon!

Patio Sao Vicente Guest House is a treasure. I am so glad that we found this place and were able to book it. The location, cleanliness, and amenities were wonderful. The shower pressure and temperature, AC, kitchen provisions and overall beauty of the property inside and out is fantastic. You can walk to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and touristy spots. Any thing farther away is accessible by UBER which is ridiculously cheap. Beware if you have mobility issues though, getting to the apartment is a challenge as the hill to get to the property is steep. Some of our UBER drivers went up and others didn't. Walking up the hill is fun though, and adds to the excitement. Victor (the owner) is wonderful, helpful, and immediately responsive to all inquiries. His assistant, Olinda, is a sweetheart. I can't wait to go back and will recommend this place to all my friends and family. Truly magical! Treat yourself!

Excellent place to stay. Top marks on absolutely everything. Vincent, the host, was very helpful, and he has put a lot of thought and effort into making sure guests' needs are anticipated. The cleaning staff is also both friendly and thorough.

I absolutely loved my stay here. My room as well as all shared areas were spotlessly clean, and everything is done with style and class. I loved this location because it is perched on a lovely spot near a beautiful landmark church and several of the best views of the city for sunset viewing. It felt less touristy than some of the other neighborhoods in Lisbon which I very much appreciated. Lots of charm and character. So many nice travelers staying here as well. A great place overall and as a solo traveler I felt very safe. I will definitely come back here for a longer stay, 9 days just wasn't enough! I highly recommend!!

We had a terrific stay in this spotless, convenient AirBnB. The hosts were very responsive and made sure that all our needs were met. The location was central to everything we wanted to do in this spectacular city, and just yards from a 28 Trolly stop which is a must-do both for convenience and just getting a sense of the city. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We stayed at our Patio Sao Vicente home for 10 days with our three toddlers and it was PERFECT! We couldn’t be more great full for the space and all it has :great dining table and high chair- comfy kitchen with the basics to use straight up (olive oil, spices, kitchen utensils , pots , pans…) , generous quantity of towels , beautiful beddings, bathrooms fully fully “equipped” with paper , organic shampoos and body wash / THE BEST! A great lounge/sofa area decorated with love and care, with the cutest patio - just for you to enjoy! The house had an upstairs living area with the bedrooms and second bathroom, and it served us perfectly. We felt at HOME straight away. As a family of five , we SO APPRECIATED having a washing machine and product to use ! (What a blessing!) If this hasn’t convinced you already, I have only great words about the location, it’s surroundings and all of the commodities around it. Such a GREAT STAY!

This place was in the perfect area of Lisbon. We loved staying in Alfama area with quaint streets full of amazing restaurants, all walking distance from the apartment. Patio was our favorite for a cocktail before dinner, it was so cute! Be mindful of a big hill/stairs to walk up to apartment everyday :). Would stay here again and recommend to anyone.

As a Lisbon fan I have to admit, since my first visit in town, this guesthouse was the best so far. The guesthouse is pretty new and cozy. The housekeeping is amazing, so expect a clean Appartement. The owner are very kind and will help you in every situation. The location is amazing, just 2 minutes to the Cassis station. Everything a visitor need is close to geusthouse. Next visit of Lisbon I gonna book me for sure a bed in this geusthouse. Thx 🙏

Such a special place to stay! Victor has taken such great care in the renovations of these spaces to create a beautiful, clean, modern feel while retaining so many traditional Portuguese details all the way down to the vintage Portuguese 1950s furnishings, beautiful tilework and Alentejo blankets. The abundant skylights and windows fill the place with light and the patio is such a wonderful space to have morning coffee in the sun or share a meal or bottle of wine. And Victor himself is so welcoming + friendly and is full of information to share about Portugal, architecture, history and a variety of other things. I highly recommend a stay here - you will feel very cared for.

The three of us absolutely loved the 2 nights stay here. Everything is done tastefully and thoughtfully. It’s good area convenient yet feels local.

Very well appointed and equipped compact 1bedroom apartment with delightful shared patio, perfect place to sit on a sunny day. One flight of narrow steps up to bedroom. Location between Alfama and Graca was good and not far from trams. Checkin and comms with hosts were easy and friendly. We were unlucky that there were stinky city emergency sewerage repairs going on while we were there so we had to hold our noses going in and out of our accommodation. Not the host’s fault but disappointing considering the cost of the apartment.

Absolutely stunning apartment. Finished to an incredibly high standard where everything detail has been considered. It's so stunningly quiet too, almost silent at night, which ensured I slept soundly throughout my stay. The location is great for the calf muscles, up a very steep hill with stunning views. Highly recommend.

Patio São Vincente is cozy, comfortable, and incredibly clean. The apartment had everything we needed for our short stay. A member of our group had an unfortunate injury when walking through Lisbon, and they were very comfortable in the apartment during recovery and the outdoor patio was great to be able to get fresh air when not being able to go fully out and about. While the location in the city is great, note that the driveway you must go up to access the property is quite steep and there are additional set of narrow stairs, which was slightly difficult to navigate with luggage. Ubers/taxis wouldn’t go up the driveway even for our injured group member. I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends!

This apartment is great! Well-situated in the Alfama neighborhood next to the monumental Sao Vicente church and near nice small restaurants and shops, it is spacious and has a clean interior that pleases the eye. Victor was very responsive and pro-active and the baggage storage was so helpful after our checkout. We enjoyed the sights and friendly Lisboans and got our daily cardio exercise from walking the many hills of the city. Please be prepared that entry to the apartment requires a steep climb.

Very pleasant and well kept apartment in a great location. Away from noisier commercial area but within easy reach of the main tourist sites. I would recommend this apartment to friends.
