Great location. The check in staff was very friendly. There was an honesty shop by the outdoor pool, which was convenient as tea bags and coffee were not included with the room. The room was very clean. The kitchenette had everything you would expect including a Nespresso machine, toaster, plates etc and washing up liquid. The walls were well sound proofed even against the very loud extractor fan in the bathroom. However, the air conditioning in our room didn't work no matter what buttons were pressed. The heater also flashed constantly and didn't respond to long or short presses. The room was therefore very warm and when we eventually fell asleep, it was a very good night's sleep.

A great place to stay - the rooms come with small kitchens - perfect for breakfast as well as making dinner (or just reheating takeaway) if you want. Lovely outdoor space with a small pool. Staff are friendly and helpful. It was super busy when we were there, but they made sure we had everything we needed everyday

Wow. Though it's not a hotel room, I must say that it was a cosy and comfortable place. We loved everything : the honesty bar (with really reasonable prices) and above all, the quality of the bed and especially the pillow! I'd love to buy one of them. 😊 You can definitely make a reservation.

Tolles Ressort mitten in der Stadt. Wir waren zur Zeit des Weltjugendtags dort und es war einfach traumhaft schön. Große Zimmer mit direktem Zugang zum Pool. Leider hat das Hotel vergessen, die Wäsche zu wechseln, wir waren 15 Tage dort. Und dann hieß es, man könne sich kostenlos ein Getränk von der Honesty Bar nehmen, wurde dann doch alles abgerechnet…

I am a hapimag member for 25 years and I met the most kind person ever in all my stays in hapimag Lisbon. We stayed from February 5th to 7th and again on February 13th to 16th. On both occasions we met hapimag Lisbon's s security guard ,Christina. She met us at 2 am and let us . Then on our departure at 1 am on February 16th she made sure we got a taxi to the airport.. Christina is exactly made hapimag Lisbon from other hapimag and hotels we stayed. Decha Kiratipasutr

Really good Hapimag hotel. Super friendly service and fair prices. Comfy beds and rooms. Only downside to my stay was that the apartment building next to hapimag was renovating and the drilling was absolutely diabolical in the morning at 8:30 but hapimag can't be held responsible for that so still 5/5

Fabulous apartment in a fabulous location. Would struggle to better it in every way. Only down side was check in/ out availability. Check in was 4pm and check out 11am.

Great location, a block away from Ave Liberdade. Spacious room. Comfortable furnishings. The air conditioning doesn't allow the temperature to be lowered below 24C which is too hot for people from Northern clmes.

The room we stayed in was clean, small but cosy with absolute convenience. The reception is flexible and nice. They have a recreational area with nice swimming pool and chill lounge. What really makes a difference is the fact we were allowed to stay longer because our flight is in the evening! Recommend!

Excelent location, friendly, helpfull staff

This place was adorable and it smelled intoxicating, the staff was lovely, close to everything in walking distance and has a pool!
