They’re nice Brazilian coffee chain mixed with some Japanese taste. Ice coffee was perfect to the sunny weather, the Brazilian staff was kind and friendly. You can also buy some Japan-inspired staffs such as plastic transparent umbrellas besides coffee beans.

Can’t go wrong with a brew from here, use the tablet and can order something and customise until your heart is content. Card only

I have visited an absurd number of coffee shops across Lisbon, and The Coffee is the absolute best I've found. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the espresso is definitively top notch. From one coffee enthusiast to another, trust me when I say this is worth a visit! Shout out to Gabi and Vini for being amazing!

At The Coffee you can get a good coffee for a higher price. I like the simple interior design, but I didn't have a very good experience with the service, as the guy serving the coffee was more involved in a conversation with his mates than looking after the customer. Also, it may be modern to have a terminal to order drinks yourself, but if you want a waiter/waitress to serve you, this is not the place to go. One thing I didn't like at all was the fact that they only serve drinks in takeaway cups, which creates a lot of trash and ruins the coffee-drinking atmosphere. I think I will not be coming back to any of these franchises.

Despite its cozy size, they offer indoor seating, perfect for a moment of relaxation. What sets it apart? They've got this cool self-service ordering system via a screen. Admittedly, it seemed a bit odd at first, but it's actually quite handy. I was able to tailor my cappuccino to just one shot, a refreshing change from the usual double-shot servings elsewhere. I have worked in coffee for over three years at home. In my time I visited coffee farms and took courses on the craft of brewing. The Coffee is Lisbon is spectacular. The ginger tonic I was recommended was crisp as well as refreshing. I paired it with the iced vanilla latte, and was again impressed by the quality. Bruno, a barista at the shop, was incredible with his attentiveness. It made the experience even better. Please visit The Coffee when you come to Lisbon.

Super cute cafe, good selection of coffee and other drinks. The two waiters are very very nice and friendly. The coffee tastes very good and the guys have it on it with the foam and conjure up a beautiful motif.

Excellent coffee from very knowledgeable and enthusiastic baristas. Was a joy to watch high levels of detail to puck prep, grind settings between coffee preps. Loved the cold brew. Pour over coffee was delicious, my choice was a washed coffee. Flat white coffee showed excellent technique in milk foaming. Great texture and even some quite interesting latte art (sorry not many pictures)!

My favorite coffee place around Europe - now also approved in Lisbon! Digitized contactless service to place an order delivery improves coffee experience. Efficient and intuitive so that baristas can focus on drink prep. The place is quite small but the surroundings are quite cool to order for takeaway. Coffee drinks are done just right. Beans quality, milk temperature, and foam texture - all just right. You can also customize your drink with alternative mil or extra espresso shots.

This is where magic happens in the coffee Lisboa. Baristas at this outlet are simply the best. They are very friendly specially Bruno who is a wizard with the milk based drinks. And he comes up with random gifts and ideas to put a smile on your face. Espresso based drinks are great for a reasonable price. Brew bar needs to improve. Although the coffee is not acidic and has it is own character but I think it can be more aromatic. Highly recommended. And a gamer changer in the delta coffee dominant Lisbon.

Nice minimalist design with a comfortable bar to sit at and chat with the baristas! The flat white was very good, they played nostalgic music (especially for Millennials!), and overall, I enjoyed the experience.

It was amazing. I've been to this place twice, and once to another branch. In particular, The Coffee in this location is the best cafe in Lisboa. Salted carmel latte is perfect! And the staffs are so kind and energetic! Also, music is my taste. I really recommend this place. If you want to drink tasty coffee, come here!:))

Fancy coffee shop in the center of Lisbon. Great choice of signature drinks (we got mint matcha tonic, and mint iced chocolate). Nice busy atmosphere, and the barista is very friendly. Definitely a must visit 🩷

Their signature drinks are delicious, but I ordered a ristretto and all I got was a watered down espresso without crema in a paper cup. (I ordered it to drink at the place not to go.)
