Great and unassuming oyster bar in the middle of a good square. The oysters Margo set was very delicious with six completely different tastes. I had a local orange wine, which was a good combination with the oysters for me. The service was great, and I appreciated the staff. Best of all, they had water on the table for you before you even ordered. Overall, a great place to grab some oysters and a cocktail.

It is an amazing place if you want to have wine while relax watching the movement on the street. They have a small menu and the majority of the food is cold type. The food is really fresh and the service is great! Enjoy the location and your wine!

Absolutely loved this place. The oysters are delicious, as well as the margaritas. I also loved the fish platter. We liked it so much that we came back twice during our trip to Lisbon. It’s a very popular spot so I definitely recommend calling and booking in advance.

Our first meal in Lisbon. It was just what we needed after a long flight from Portland, OR and a short lay over in Amsterdam. We walked from our hotel (The Editory) in Alfama to Oyster and Margarita. The Italian Rose was so refreshing and perfect with the oysters, the surf and turf plate was fresh and the presentation appetizing, salmon toast and the basque cheesecake was out of this world! We also tried the Paloma which was refreshing and balanced. Service was not hurried and the staff is pleasant and knows their menu. This spot should be on your list for places to try in Lisbon.

We absolutely loved this place with its unique concept. It's the perfect spot to unwind after work with delightful drinks and mouthwatering meals, including their delectable oysters. The menu may not be extensive, but it hits all the right notes. From the delectable cheese platter and the satisfying cured fish platter to the perfectly cooked salmon dish (which came in a generous portion), every bite was a burst of delicious flavors. The prices were just right, striking a balance between quality and affordability. Make sure to secure a reservation before visiting, as it tends to get crowded. When we arrived at 7:30 pm on a weekday, I noticed many people hoping for a table without a reservation. So, it's definitely wise to plan ahead and ensure a spot. We had an amazing time here, and I'm confident you will too. You will love it!

We tried to eat here after being told it would be a 5 min wait. After 20-25 mins we checked back in and they had given the table to a different walk up group. We were bummed but told them we’d go somewhere else rather than keep waiting. As we were walking away the manager caught up to us around the corner with a bottle of chilled wine to apologize. We were so shocked and pleasantly surprised that he went so out of his way to make it up to us, we made a reservation for the following night. Oysters, salmon, and hamachi were fantastic! So was the house wine. Thanks again for making sure we had a good experience at your restaurant!

Simply the best. Amazing oysters. Fantastic cured fish. Amazing cheese board. We basically ate everything on the entire (small but expertly selected) menu. Everything was genuinely delicious and amazing. Great cocktails and sensational wine topped off with incredible service. We went back 2 nights in a row (out of 3 in Lisbon). Cannot recommend highly enough!!! Go here now. Book first !!!

Excellent oysters and cocktails. Had the chili cucumber margarita which was very good. The German style rye bread was fresh and tasty. Would recommend, will definitely come again while we are still in Lisbon. We got the assorted oysters “Margot” but next time would just get the plain

Outstanding! We had the Portuguese oysters that are served with lemon, vinaigrette, tabasco and two cocktails. The oysters were one of the best i’ve had in a long time, super meaty and strong umami taste. Cocktails were also really nice and perfect with the oysters. We had a beautiful table outside and the service was excellent. Definitely coming back.

Little local bar, nothing special, pretty basic even, but the cocktails and oysters are great. Spicy margarita and bloody marry are absolutely perfect. Scallops and oysters with spices are really delicious! The staff were great.

My props go to the wonderful staff. The food here is simply divine, you can expect the best when coming here. I recommend mixing oysters with their Margaritas, just like the title suggests ;)

Came here twice while on holiday because the food, atmosphere, + service were great. Salmon Bruschetta, Salmon, Oysters, Mussels, Basil Ice Cream etc. everything was very tasty. The location is nice + on a quieter corner with a cute scene.

Pure five stars experience. - menu is simple with enough options - place is rather small, make the reservation - outside and inside places to sit - there are heaters for chill weather - service is swift and smooth (very nice people!) - food is just fresh and brilliant - water is served for everyone snd free - wine has ideal temperature

I had their gin/mint cordial/bergamot cocktail and it was executed to perfection. It was well balanced and paired really well with their black caviar which was mild, creamy and subtle hints of salty ocean chilled on a bed of ice. I really enjoyed the flavors on the Rockefeller oysters which had a mild forwardness of the celery and dill in each serving and the champagne oysters had that nice creamy touch. I paired that with a classic martini with gin, up and lemon peel. I wish I tried the raw oysters, which means I’ll have to come back. Plenty of options on their menu for a small place that packs a punch on their service. I waited 30 minutes to be sat as the place was buzzling on a Saturday night. They were accommodating, kind and make you feel right at home.

Absolutely amazing place! Good designed, in love with outside tables. Great choice of oysters and pairing cocktails. And I like the name of the cafe. Like master and margarita, but oyster. All the position of cocktails named by characters from the book. Definitely come back to try other meals.

It was off the beat and path for me but totally worth it. The fanciest oysters I've ever eaten in the world. The orange wine was the perfect accompaniment. They even had Tabasco sauce from my home state, Louisiana (the tiny bottle pic). 😋🦪🍊

This place absolutely delivers on both the margaritas and oysters. It’s a cute cafe perched with great hilltop views and not overwhelming (if any) sun exposure past 7pm (summer). I was able to try two margaritas, with spicy being my absolute favorite, while others at the table loved the natural wine options. The oysters were amazing both plan and the fancy Margo selection. Would love to go back and try more of their food selection, or just get a quick evening margarita any day. Finally they also had quick and present service!

Best oysters I have had during my stay in Lisbon! The cocktails are also very nice especially the margarita. The water which was already placed on the table when we arrived turned warm due to the sun which was unfortunate, would be better to place the water on the table as soon as the customer arrives. All in all, for the oysters and the cocktails it is very lovely!

We stopped by for a quick drink and some oysters before dinner, and loved the place! We hadn’t booked so there were no tables, but staff quickly set up a little table with blankets outside. The drinks and oysters were delicious, and staff were very attentive. Would recommend booking in advance!

This cozy restaurant left the best impressions. Located next to Bairro Alto, it's on a quiet street. Attention was very professional, music is great and food was delicious and very well presented. Wide wine list too. We tried the oysters for starters, then the octopus and the white fish. Also the cheesecake was super tasty. I strongly recommend.

Absolutely loved this place! We went twice during our two week visit, once for lunch and another time for a dinner. I don’t know what it is but their fresh oysters are the best in all of Lisbon. The champagne is excellent. The vibe and service were wonderful. Located in a beautiful part of town on calm streets. Such a gem
