Ticket selling point for Belem Tower: Extremely rude behaviour of one of the male employees. Oblivious to any tourists in line, and immediately commenting rude things in Portuguese when I asked him to repeat an answer I did not understand in the first place. These kind of people should now work with public, if they blatantly are disgusted to do the job they are there for and have a complete disregard for turists. Why is he working in a turistic info point if he is bothered to answer questions?!

A very unfriendly, condescending and arrogant employee. I wanted to buy 5 Ciry Cards, he tried to talk me out of it because many museums are closed on Mondays. I explained that I wanted to go sightseeing on Tuesday. Then it said he had no internet connection and I couldn't buy the city cards.

Unfriendly service at the Torre de Belem. We only received the Lisboa Card and neither a city map nor a public transport connection map. The directions to the next bus were only vague. Tourism service also works differently. One star is still too many.

We went for the Lisboa Card, it took them a while to activate it due to network problems, they made us waste time.

They say they close at 1, but when we arrive at 12:45, they already started to turn people away, just not want to work.
