Not a top notch experience at all for a place that positions itself as a luxury spa. The massage itself was decent but the overall experience and service left much to be desired. Here’s a summary: - After changing, I had to wait 10/15 minutes before the therapist showed up. - The therapist was unaware that I had booked a 50 min session and thought it was a 30 min session. You would expect that a top spa would know exactly what the client had booked. - At the time of the payment, the receptionist had left and the therapist asked me to make a payment of € 60. Then later said sorry, 60 mins was your time of the massage (not correct again as I had booked a 50 min session) and the payment amount is 75. Clearly there is a lack of attention to detail and it is not a top experience as you’d expect for a place that prides itself on luxury.

Wow! What a great massage!! The atmosphere here is very tranquil and the staff was excellent. I head a 90 minute massage (I think the name of the service was 'The world's greatest massage ') and it was awesome. The masseuse checked to see how I was enjoying the service a few times as to ensure I was comfortable but not detracting from the experience. Highly recommended!!

Even though we didnt get a chance to hava a spa but the receptionist helped us in every way possible.

I loved every moment of the CitySpa. I liased with Bárbara before my visit and she kindly changed my booking error with ease and was super understanding. She gave me an exceptional welcome on the day of my visit and honored my mother's wishes to make me feel special because it was a birthday treat! Bárbara was really accommodating and made me feel very catered for throughout my visit. My therapist was Marianna and she also made my birthday special. She very kind/professional as she regularly checked in with me to ensure I was comfortable during my treatments. I got a body scrub/ back & shoulder treatments which she did exceptional well because I left feeling relaxed and silky smooth lol. The spa facilities is small as it only had the hammam, relaxation and treatment rooms. But the service and aesthetics made up for it. I would happily go back again!!!

This has been the best experience ever in a City Spa. The atmosphere, the therapists, all the detail is there. Walked in feeling tired and stressed and left walking on air! Highly recomended

It's worth nothing but nothing

A perfect massage. The only thing to improve the changing room space. If 2 people are there to change, there is no privacy.

Simply fantastic, from the time they open the door to enter until the opening to exit. The welcome from the staff where we felt like we were the only people present in the world is 5 stars. Calm, peaceful, relaxing environment. The ambient music, the very low lighting, the waiting area where they pamper us with water and teas, the Hammam, make any stress disappear. Thank you for your friendliness, kindness and all the attention given during my stay. A big hug to the staff Mónica who opened the door to paradise for me and guided me from start to finish and to Mariana who, with her fairy hands, treated me like a queen.

The place is incredible and my boyfriend and I were very well looked after. The therapists were friendly and professional. It was a fantastic experience! The only annoying thing was that the pool was crowded, there were A LOT of children crying/screaming and that ended up being a little annoying. Other than that, everything was perfect.

One of the best Spas in town. Wonderful atmosphere. Relaxing, quiet, pleasant and timeless. The therapists are excellent. It's a real time machine, from where we leave younger than when we got in.

Enjoy a few hours in this paradise by the river. The massage is very good as well as the hamman and the interior swimming pool. Take off the day and enjoy pampering yourself!
