Every little detail is contemplated with a lot of love and care, every single therapist is highly qualified: just to mention a few: Rita, Leticia, Sara..You feel super relaxed from the moment the Receptionist welcomes you until you leave with a cup of tea. Terra Heal is not just massage, it is an experience!

Imanol gave me a relaxing massage. That was of course one of the best massages ever🤩 It took every simple stress away. The smell of mint and sounds around were perfect. At the end was the tea something, that gives you sth to go out relaxed with . I wished me sth like that every day. I suggest it to everyone 🥰 enjoy the experience 😊

Amazing experience. If you are in Lisbon definitely worth it. We went for a 90 minute couples massage and it was a great experience. The place is lovely and makes you feel relaxed. Camila was great and so was the other (Thai) lady - did not catch her name!

I had a Thai massage here with Wong. As a frequent traveller and massage lover, I would say Wong provided one of the best Thai massage services I’ve ever had in multiple countries including Thailand. The staffs are very friendly and booking is also super easy on WhatsApp. Will definitely recommend anyone is looking for a professional masseuse in Lisbon.

I booked myself in for a deep tissue massage but sadly did not get what was expected. I had told the massage therapist where I wanted worked on specifically. Having worked in the massage industry and knowing what should be expected. I got more of a holistic massage instead. I was not allowed to speak while getting the massage due to downstairs having a quite rule because of the holistic massages. This defeats the purpose of deep tissue massages where you need to communicate about pressure. The massage was very ' follow step by step guide' rather than what I wanted and asked to be worked on. The massage therapist also missed the key areas I wanted worked on. Don't get me wrong, the staff and place was great. I just didn't get a deep tissue massage and left Still in pain from what I wanted worked on. My advice would be to listen to the client and work on what they ask rather than follow a script/standard approach. There was no need to massage my hands, face, stomach. When all I asked for was parts of my legs and back

AMAZING 10/10 ⭐️ My therapist was Elsa and she was absolutely amazing! I have never gotten a massage before, but everything about the experience was great. The interior design was absolutely beautiful and the massage area downstairs looked like it was out of a film - so calming and beautiful decor! As I said earlier I had never had a massage before, but Elsa was so lovely, made me feel comfortable and worked with me despite me not understanding a lot of the typical massage procedures & language barrier lol. I have never felt more relaxed in my life and almost fell asleep

Fantastic service, welcoming atmosphere, attentive staff, and most importantly treatment that hit the nail on the head. Went for a sports/deep tissue massage and was without a doubt one of if not the best I’ve had. Highly recommend - and if you need loosening up ask for Diogo, stellar work.

Very soothing and relaxing place. We came two people, got the hot stone massage with Wong and the deep tissue massage (forgot the name of the therapist). The massage was very good, great atmosphere. We also drank tea, and just enjoyed the vibe.

An amazing treat as part of my vacation in Lisbon. I visited this wonderful establishment with my sisters on a last minute booking which the team accepted for all three of us to have our treatments at the same time and I couldn’t have been happier with the atmosphere and service. The cafe and massage rooms are so relaxing and beautiful. The staff are so professional and kind. They greeted us with such positive energy even though it was nearing the end of the day, they were attentive and polite. Annie did my massage and she was brilliant. Beautiful space with an amazing array of service. I’ve been twice, first time for sports massage and second time for therapeutic. I preferred the second better with the level of strength and the approach from Jenifer was incredible. The first was also good but not the best fit for my personal needs. Both times they ask directly for feedback and give you insights on anything they felt during the service. I love this and shows their approach is truly centered on healing. 💙

Wonderful massage. I live in Asia and was looking for a good deep tissue massage with strong/very strong pressure. The reviews weee good and the place didn’t disappoint. Nice atmosphere, clean and modern, perhaps more focused on foreigners rather than locals (a pity). I had Rita, who gave me a 1 hour massage with sufficient pressure, but really outstanding technique. She relieved back and neck pain, and also some leg pain I didn’t realize I had. Not expensive. Location is easy access but not a particularly pretty or nice street (near Av Liberdade). I’ll be back!

My friend and I dropped in for a relaxing massage after meeting the owner who also designed the interior of this awesome place! We were welcomed with tea and slippers to change into and already felt more at peace after a busy day in the city! It was well priced for an hour massage by the wonderful Bruna and Rita :) Highly recommend this place!

The BEST massage i ever had in my life. We had just gotten there from a 14 hour flight exhausted we called and asked if they had availability for that the same day. To my surprise they were. In the US you cant ever get same day appointment. The accommodated us so well. My friend had a deep tissue and i just had a regular relaxation massage and they were both great. My friend is a massage therapist and even she said it was the best massage she ever gotten. I cant rave about this place again. 10 + STARS!!!

I had one of the best massages of my life here. Joana was my practitioner and the pressure was hard in the best way. I could really feel her bringing healing to my body. I felt really sore coming in and now my body feels like it has so much peace and space. I'm really happy I came here and highly recommend the deep tissue massage with Joana.

After two weeks of exploring Portugal, my entire body was tense, tired, and aching. My eyes had seen everything they wanted to see, and my wanderlust for the month had been satisfied, but my body had definitely paid the price. A visit to Terra Heal, and a massage by Joana, was the perfect addition to my reset ritual before my flight back home. Within 90 short minutes, my body felt at ease again, having been completely reworked by Joana. A closing tea with honey was the perfect way to end the experience, and there’s no doubt I’ll be visiting on each return to Lisbon in the future.

My therapist was Joao and he was amazing! His technique is very good and he kept asking if the pressure was enough, how I was feeling, etc. I feel much more relaxed after the deep tissue massage. The room was nice and the music was calming. The staff has good command if English, perfect for tourists. Highly recommended!

I came to Terra Heal to do lymphatic’s drainage and Thais was amaaazing! She was very professional and careful, made sure to walk me through the massage and include a more hard on massage. Thank you once again Thais, i will definitely be back!

I went to see Terra Heal for the first time and I couldn't have had a better experience. The space is super welcoming and gives off a calming feeling as soon as we enter. The therapists are all very friendly. I was seen by Thais (thank you very much), for a shiatsu massage. I loved it, I was able to relax and feel lighter in my body there. And then I received suggestions for future treatments. I hope to return soon ❤️
