Being a regular customer since 2020, I can only say how much I love the space and all the services provided. In a unique environment, Vanité offers a true experience for care and self-love. Vanite is my second home! It is not only a place for making my nails perfect but also to be my ideal moment to relax. Yllana is my nail artist favorite, she is dedicated and so kind! I love Vanite so much!

I did my manicure and pedicure before my holidays and lasted 3 days (more than 40€). See picture. Also they couldn’t match the color of hands and feet even if I told them from the beginning that I wanted to have the same color. I chose the color of the feet and they said there was an equal color for hands but then when I had to do my hands with a gel varnish they didn’t have it. I told them from the beginning and even in the booking than one would be normal gel and the other one gel varnish. I will have to redo the manicure and pedicure in another place during my holidays during my holidays…. I would appreciate some action taken about this.

Not the best to be honest..went with three friends. Their nails were done beautifully, mine quite horrible. The color is spreded not equally, there are bubbles everywhere. Likewise, when I told portugese nail lady that there is a ‘bubble’ she said ‘what’ in portugese arrogantly to other friends and laughed. But other friend’s nails are nice and ladies were also sweet.

Started coming here in 2021 and haven’t looked back since. Camilla Mendes is one of the friendliest, most professional manicurists I have had the pleasure to encounter. Highly recommended

Furthermore, she already did two times Microblading as well as the pigmentation of my lips. I absolutely love the results! Thank you, Aline :)

Very nice and meticulously done. I did removal of gel and put some new gel, the lady in charge was very careful and asked if the cuticules needed to be removed! Will definitely come back :)

My 5 stars go to the experience in the place but in particular to the person that does my nails in a spectacular way every time i go which is Ingrid. Thank you for doing such a great job!

One of my worst manicure experience. Ver badly done manicure and a bad polish quality and horrible application. You can see how wavy and unevenly the nail polish is applied and this a gel polish. ——————— As a reply to your comment if you check your appointment book for 26th of March around 20:00 for manicure and gel varnish application you can find my appointment. Since Nimay is not a Portuguese name I can not know if you wrote it down correctly through a phone call.

I’m very happy with the service given from Vanité. The best things I will say that: the staff is very kind and the hygiene of the place is even better. If you are thinking about going to a beauty bar in Lisbon there is no doubt, this is the best place in the city. Caroline Guimarães did an amazing job!

If I could give zero I would, racist. Guess they don’t several black people especially those from NYC. But its cools found some place better maybe I should have been as disrespectful and spoke to them in Spanish maybe that would have appreciated that more. Amaze how they don’t want to be disrespected but yet would disrespect blacks who come to their business mind you I was told come back tomorrow 2x. Sad people still have this mentality.

I speak zero Portuguese but my nails were bothering me so I went in to get them removed. Deborah and the team were incredibly kind despite the language barrier and it was reasonably priced for the work they did for me!

Long waiting time despite having an appointment. The eyebrow threading was terrible, with a technician that ignored my wishes and insisted on disrespecting my requests. Terrible experience of ignoring the customer and despite the unacceptable attitude they made me pay. A place to avoid.

Great salon for a quick manicure and pedicure. They offer the manicure and pedicure to be done at the same time which is not common to find. I was done in 45 minutes which was really great, its not the best job I've had done but it is alright for how quick they were. The total cost was 71 euros which is a good price for the service.

Great space. Good customer service. But overpriced - when doing your nails, everything is “an extra” so the bill grows unnecessarily.

Went there a few times for Gelinho (never lasts, within a week the nails chip), as mentioned in several reviews the service is not so great (especially if you don’t speak Portuguese), last time I went there for removing acrylics and it was not good there were still pieces on my nails (she did every with the machine, no acetone soaking) and the paraffine treatment was less than mediocre and worst part is the lady that was doing my nails was making mean remarks about me with the girl next to her (who also works there) in Portuguese and even though I do not speak well I definitely understood what they were saying, point is never going back there again!

Unfortunately the quality of the manicure gel express is extremely low. The lady that did my manicure was not properly trained and my nails ended up having different shape each.. I specifically explained that I wanted square nails with round sides and told her to do them like I had them so she could actually what I already have. And unfortunately I ended up having different shape in every nail. And I paid 60 euros for a very very very low quality manicure. I had to go and remake them somewhere else.

A friend recommended and I could not be more satisfied with the service! My nails never looked this good!! Thanks Larissa 😊 Also very thankful for Thai and Aline that are great estheticians, I will be scheduling again 😊
