In da Central Area of Lisbon you will find a great Burger King Close to Marques Pombal. The Burgers are great and tasty. I got a Whisky BBQ Burger and a Double Whopper with da fries and 0 Coke. Nice Location widda Central Park across da Street and othe amenities. Service OK so. The only point was that seats are limited due to Corona and therefore seats at da windows with great view off limits. Nevertheless the Burgers are great and try da promotional BBQ Whisky Burger 🍔

Nice food and it's a very clean atmosphere. The taste of the burgers are really nice.

Took some time to give my review. Started working in the area about 4 months ago, and I usually come to eat here with my colleagues often. The place is usually clean, and with the unavoidable peak hours it can get quite crowded. However, workers are still able to keep it quite clean. The food quality has been good and consistent, since I always get the same order. Regarding the employees behaviour when paying or picking your order: If you come here often you get the impression that they are not allowed to smile. They don’t need to laugh like crazy people, however, a smile and a good morning/afternoon is well appreciated. All of them, specially the only woman in the register, need soft skills training immediately. Also work on internal communication, as they also have an open kitchen concept, yelling at colleagues in front of customers is not the way to go. The low rating is due to being made feel like I’m doing a favour each time I need to pay or ask for anything and the long waits when is empty. Overall they follow the HACCP and hygiene standards.

Very good location. The place is spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and the food was good quality. I would have appreciated some power outlets to charge a phone but didn't see one. Plenty of machines for ordering food

Food was ok, only the fries were not nice and long, mostly short, taste was ok. Coke from the machine was just water, luckily they had two, the other one was ok, but it is unforgiven to even try to serve water as Coke!

Clean and fine atmosphere

One of the best food option in the middle of city lisbon.. very near to all Public transport and very good access by walk. all the star hotels are near.. its a big and amazing place to eat.. vegetarian burgers are delicious. all staffs are very professional and fast and good customer oriented people.

First when we tried to pay by card on the ordering machine, a notice popped up saying there are additional 3€ charges (didn't say for what) and when we proceeded to pay it said that the payment is unsuccessful. Then we paid by cash only to not get our fries as they said they were not in the order even though we later saw they were ( didn't see it first as the receipt is in Portuguese). Just avoid it and go to a different BC.

The restaurant was dirty. No soap or paper towels in te bathroom. Half the tables were restricted to use and the ones available were unclean

Arrived late after the football . The young man who served us was Polite and still smiling despite the late hour. Remember never use Lisbon airport taxis .

It has a very strange vibe. But what I really find unacceptable, was being charged directly a large menu, when I wanted a medium. Bizarrely, unployes don't smile nor make eye contact, they barely speak Portuguese, there's a slave feeling to it. Another strange thing, is the WC, being closed, an only opens with a code, but not doubt very clean. The food was bland, average, but not good.

One of the best burger king's I have been, really chill spot, but I always usually go when it's not full, so think of when you go there!

Enough seating available. Good views. The onion rings could have been crispier.
