The massage was perfect! During the staying at the hotel, we tried 80 min therapeutic massage, the therapist (Michelle) approached kindly and gently, she has really good knowledge of the human body anatomy. Almost each part of body has been taken care by her. After the massage, you can rest at the facility by drinking good quality herbal teas served by the Spa. It’s also possible to take a shower.

We did the couples treatment, and it was very relaxing. The staff was very friendly and treated us well. Highly recommended and well worth the price! Also: come early to use the sauna and jacuzzi before treatment

What an amazing experience I had today! Friendly lady working at the reception of the Retreat Wellness, she was very helpful and informative. Showed me around the wellness area, showers, gym: excellent job! She was also kind enough to provide me a new entry card when I lost the first one. I was allowed to use the wellness area: including jacuzzi, Turkish Steam Bath, Sauna for 2 hours and completely for myself!!! I have enjoyed it so much and feel so relaxed now!!!

The sauna+steam room+Turkish bath was a wonderful experience. The facilities are in great condition and we were completely alone in the spa, which made it extremely relaxing. The staff was welcoming and kind even when we booked our appointment the day-of. Overall a really great experience and I would highly recommend a visit!

Came here on a Tuesday afternoon with my friend. I reserved an 80 minute deep tissue massage and got to enjoy the wellness area before and after the massage. It was such a peaceful and calming experience. The facility is beautiful, the massage was great, the tea room was thoughtful and the staff was so friendly. If you pay for a service from their brochure it includes access to the wellness spa and a post tea room recharge with cookies, tea, and fruit.

We had the most AMAZING time at the Retreat spa. Me and my friend booked the 60 min massage along with the use of the facilities as we wanted to wind down after sightseeing Lisbon. Upon arrival we were greeted warmly by Sofia the manager who was professional, sweet and went above and beyond for our experience. The facilities (hot tub and sauna) were clean and the massage by Sofia and Ana was tremendous! They really made us feel relaxed ready for our flight back. I had a refreshing experience at this spa. I’ve searched Lisbon high and low for a spa that suits my needs and I’ve finally found it. The ReTREAT spa has a calm atmosphere, warm staff, and a convenient location. They use all natural, organic products, and my skin feels incredible after a deep facial. If you’re lucky, you’ll get Yara as an aesthetician. She takes great care.

This was a wonderful experience. The therapists were professional and I left feeling relaxed and relieved. I’ve been suffering from chronic pain due to a car accident and this was just what I needed while away from home. I would highly recommended a deep tissue massage. My husband and I had a wonderful relaxing day at this lovely spa. Both of our therapists where very knowledgable, passionate and very good at what they do. The natural products are equisite, especially for someone with very sensitive skin! I am extremely happy with the recommendations that I received as well, my skin feels amazing and we will be back.

NOT WORTH IT AT ALL! Spa is inside a hotel lobby. We arrived 2 hours before the massage hoping to use the facilities and “Turkish bath”. No one was at the door and it was locked. After waiting in the hotel lobby for 30 mins, the front desk let us into the “wellness area”. It was so disappointing and unsanitary. The “Turkish bath” was just a lukewarm overfilled sauna, and there was a sauna and very smelly steam room. There were no robes, no slippers, no anything. Then the massage was just an 80 min oil back rub. Never ever again.

Booked a massage & Facial both experiences were excellent. Monica was sweet and her attentiveness went above & beyond the usual customer service. The entire staff made my birthday soo special. I enjoyed every moment. Thank you!

Amazing relaxing experience. Left cared for and rejuvenated. These girls really gave us a special experience. We got a couple, deep tissue, facial, and Thai detox foot bath. Every one of those services was amazing! In between we were guided to a relation room with tea and a wet room with sauna and jacuzzi

An incredible experience! I loved everything: the space, the treatments, all the pre and post treatment details and obviously, the fantastic therapist. A perfect escape from the daily hustle and bustle.

I liked the service, the only complaint is that I couldn't turn on the jacuzzi. Otherwise, everything was wonderful, Iara is very attentive, affectionate, good energy, I loved it and I recommend it kisses until the next visit
