Good apartments. Nice and spacious. Very new. Breakfast is very tiny continental aka 1 table and anything extra you have to pay. Not worth it. The girls at the breakfast were very nice and helpful thought. There is swimming pool ( one outdoor and one indoor) and small trampoline for kids. If you stay here you definitely need a car, it’s cca 20 min to get to the centre of Lisboa. The service is sometimes good and sometimes average.

My stay was perfect in every way – everything was catered to. The rooms were modern, clean and beautifully equipped. The food was exceptional. The location is ideal and the staff were all friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. This resort is the ideal stay for hybrid living, which is both luxurious and practical. A rare combination! Recommend.

Martinhal hotel on the first line. Sea, restaurants, shops, excursion kiosks, Vasco da Gama store, parking. The hotel is clean and quiet, beautiful spacious rooms, comfortable furniture. The staff who served us at breakfast, Sharlene and Tomas, were constantly smiling and polite. Hearty breakfasts: cold cuts, vegetables, casseroles, omelettes, hot dishes, cereals, juices, bacon, pastries. The elevator is very convenient, which is important: the hotel has 14 floors. The night is in beautiful purple lighting, which conveys a special beauty. The room has air conditioning, refrigerator and TV, washing machine, toaster, kettle. Small kitchen with amenities. Everything works well. We had a room on the 2nd floor. Since the windows are well insulated, the room is completely silent. Cleaned daily, efficiently. Towels and linen are changed once a day. . The hotel offers lunch and dinner. Prices are reasonable. all the amenities to spend time with the children and go nearby to the oceanarium and other places, as well as the embankment. In general, the Martinhal is very good, we are vacationing for the second time this year in a row and we liked this hotel the most. Thanks to them!)

What a lovely stay I had at Martinhal! It was my first time in Lisbon and I'm happy that I discovered this place from a different view. Martinhal Lisbon Oriente is located in Park of Nations, a district full of architecture, nature, culture, entertainment, panoramic views...a bit away from the hustle and bustle of Lisbon's old town but close enough to reach the centre by a 20min walk, metro or taxi ride. It was very hot during our stay so we were lucky to have all the space, big garden and pool to breathe and relax :) Our room was luxurious, stunning and super convenient with all the comfort of an apartment. I loved all the vibrant artwork in the hotel. I can't wait to be back when the rooftop will be open!

We had an amazing stay at the Hotel Martinhal Lisbon Oriente. Everything was perfect: The staff was helpful and always very friendly. The room, the pool area and the gym left nothing to be desired. Anytime again and we recommend it with pleasure!

We stayed at Martinhal oriente during our trip to Lisbon and had a really pleasant experience. The property is brand new with indoor and outdoor swimming pools that are perfect to relax after a long day exploring Lisbon. The hotel is located walking distance from Lisbon Oceanarium , Oriente Station (metro , train and bus) and is around 15 min by uber to downtown. The apartments are perfect if you want to have a home away from home dyeing your stay in Lisbon.

Gostei bastante da minha estadia. Ficamos 3 noites no Martinhal Oriente e correu tudo bem. A equipa do hotel é bastante profissional e presente, os apartamentos são amplos e com tudo o que precisei para me sentir em casa. Desde maquina de lavar, utensílios para cozinhar, frigorifico, e maquina de café, estava tudo disponível. A localização do hotel é excelente, mesmo ao lado do Oceanário e do Centro Comercial Colombo com excelentes acessos para a margem sul ou para o centro de Lisboa.

Probably the best places for a family Sunday brunch. Amazing food with special south eastern asian dishes, great deserts, great service. They have a kids club where you can drop kids and enjoy the brunch. Highly recommended!!

Georgeous, modern, and new hotel with perfect rooms for small families. We stayed here for one night to be close to the Oceanario before heading into central Lisbon for the rest of our trip. To be honest, this area of Lisbon is quite a nice break from the hussle of city center. It may be worth the train ride to stay a bit further away in such a beautiful place.

An amazing hotel. Just opened this year. Everything is beautiful. All modern amenities. Walking distance to the marina, restaurants and shops. Very close to the airport as well. Taxi ride was under 25 euros. The restaurant for dinner was excellent. We started off with happy hour in the lovely bar ( they hope to open the rooftop bar soon) then moved to dinner. We had the octopus sharing dish paired with a dry white Portuguese wine was excellent. The black cod Asian miso and rack of lamb also exceptional.

My family and I were able to spend the first 3 and last 3 nights of our trip to Portugal at the Martinhal Lisbon Chiado and Martinhal Lisbon Oriente respectively - this will be a cross post to both locations. Traveling with two children under the age of 3 is not an easy task, but in my wildest dreams I could not imagine a better experience at a hotel than the Martinhal brand - their attention to detail for parents and children alike was truly terrific. Every single staff member we encountered was helpful, patient and kind and I walked away from every experience feeling like we made the right choice by starting and ending our trip with Martinhal. A wonderful experience and I encourage anyone traveling with kids to stay here - you won't regret it.

Absolutely exceptional!!! You will not regret staying here. From the moment you arrive, the staff goes above and beyond to accommodate you and make you feel welcome! We stayed with our 18 month old and the hotel catered so well to her needs! The children's play room is immaculate and the indoor children's pool is really fun. We LOVED the continental breakfast in the morning and ate every dinner in the Terrace restaurant. By the end of our two day stay, the restaurant staff felt like family. They interacted with our daughter, always brought her little toys and surprises during a meal, and made sure that we never felt like a bother while she was fussing or making noise. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would!
