Want to eat like a local in Lisbon? If you are in the Belém area to see the tower, monument, monastery or to find the special pastries that everyone talks about, then spend a few extra minutes to walk to this fabulous cafe for lunch. The owner was really welcoming and friendly, and the food was fabulous. The filling in my Middle Eastern sandwich perfectly balanced the flat bread and marvelous hummus. The other dishes we ordered all received rave reviews and the coffee was excellent. It's quite small and there aren't many tables, but it's well worth coming here.

What a nice surprise finding a Lebanese restaurant that serves traditional food. It was my first time and the food was great as well as the service. The space inside is small but nice with two tables. The outside sitting area has a few tables against the building basically on the sidewalk so it's not really straight. Overall a great experience and was told to try the sandwiches next time.

This was a fantastic find. Restaurant quality food with generous portions for very affordable prices, and a lot of variety in the food and drinks. We love Lebanese food, so we got the hummus starter and the Middle Eastern main, which were excellent. The sweet potato bake and chicken waffle were also very good. Bonus: we got a lesson in the history of coffee and the various ways to prepare it from one of the owners! 11/10, will visit again.

The best cafe we've visited in Lisbon! We've had both breakfast and lunch and everything was just perfect! The owner and the staff are very lovely and the climate is just amazing. I can't wait to visit it again once we're in Lisbon! Greetings from Poland!

This café is a culinary haven, where the food is crafted with both love and skill. During my ten-day visit, I sampled most dishes, beginning with the Cuban sandwich, and subsequently moving on to the daily specials. With each dish, I was struck by the chefs specials, as evidenced by the artful combination of flavors, textures, and aromas. Whether indulging in fresh lasagne or authentic Lebanese cuisine, I was consistently impressed. The coffee, too, was great and a delightful complement to each meal. As an avid food lover, I am already planning my return to this café, eager to once again experience whats on offer each day. If you appreciate exceptional cuisine in a welcoming and convivial atmosphere, then this cafe is sure to leave you thoroughly satisfied.

Super sweet local cafe where the owners really care about their food and service. The place is tiny but they will always find room. Looking forward to returning to try the food; this visit we only had coffee and a delicious chocolate mousse. We returned for lunch and very much enjoyed the fava bean hummus and falafel, followed by a proper coffee and serving of baklava. Super delicious and they even gave our puppy some water while she sat patiently waiting for us.

Its a very nice small cafe. The food was super tasty and the price was just the perfect. Dont suggest to go with bigger group as its very small. But I am Going there for sure again We had social eggs and avocado toast which was just yummm. The lebanese lemonade was a lil sour but the owner said it was okay when he tasted it so I think it was sour for me 😂 the orange just is freshly pressed so you have a perfect breakfast place for you

After a week of very limited veggie options in small coastal resorts it was a joy to find this amazing place near our Lisbon accommodation. Lovely Lebanese-inspired options for dinner. We had brunch there another day which was also delicious. The owner is really friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

It's a lovely place! We shared different dishes for a broader experience, and each of them gave you a new thrilling sensation. I've never been to Lebanon, so I don't know how close this food gets to the original but it's just really delicious!

An amazing discovery in Lisbon! Went there for their Lebanese night and loved it and now regularly go back. Absolutely love the food and the staff is super friendly and welcoming. Every dish we’ve tried has been delicious. A hidden gem in Lisbon! 💜💜

The food was absolutely amazing ( although it is just a cafe I recommend going there for breakfast, lunch, or dinner (especially if you want to eat something tasty and healthy)). They have lots of options. We took sweet potato fries, hummus, other dips, bread and coffee. Everything was delicious. In addition we were served quickly, and the owner was extremely nice and even allowed us to choose two types of hummus (but he still told us to pay for one).

Friendly host, delicious food, big portions - good prices, refreshing beer, and sunny tables outside. Is there anything more you can ask for? 6/5 stars from us!

World’s BEST falafel!!!! I’ve had so many falafel at so many different places but none can reach the falafel at Café Social Eatery. One delicious food is chasing the other on the menu :) I will definitely come back!
