I had the burger menu (which consists of a small portion of ham with an egg some fries a salad and a small drink) which they serve without a burger bun or any other bread and is way too expensive for the portion served. My overall experience was very bad and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The burger meat was very poor in taste and appeared to be from the freezer of a supermarket. The egg was overcooked and really dark on the bottom. The portion of salad and fries were super small as well. The service/ waiters in this restaurant were very cold and unfriendly too unfortunately. For anyone looking for a good meal I can recommend the juicy restaurant which is just 20 meters further from this place.

It was the worsest place for our 2,5 years in Portugal. We ask in advance if kitchen is working at 5.30 but when we tried to order it was looking like everything is finished or not available. It was very strange ((( We decide to go to another place, and trying to pack our things with 3 kids... But after 30 seconds after we tell that we do not want to order and leave the place the waiter crudely trll us "go away immediately" neitherless we are were with small kids and they were ready to eat but not to stand up and go to another place.... Only after we leave that pkace we checked rating at Googlemap and understand everything..... Never repeat our mistake!!! This place dasn't have nothing common with traditional Portuguese hospitable!!!!

Did not saw the reviews before going here, but as a tourist i actually had decent/good service. Food was also not bad (chocolate pastry was nice, and the breakfast platter was quite expensive but not bad). Price quality can be better but I guess we were lucky

Extremely rude liars! We needed the toilet, so bought an overpriced small canned drink for 3.50. (possibly artificially high because the man knew we just wanted the toilet) Went upstairs to toilet; heard a lot of very loud arguing with a customer! Then was warned about pickpocketing by a couple who said they had just used the free wifi. (They had recently come off the same cruise as us) However, when I thanked an employee for the drink and asked for the code (which I needed to find directions, having just arrived to Portugal), he lied, "No WiFi! No WiFi!" Then I asked the man I'd ordered the drink from (said thank you) and he also yelled at me: "No WiFi! No WiFi!" The wifi only for Google maps would have been a huge help for us to find our way. It was the hottest day of the year so far at 32C (90 F). I cannot recommend this super rude cafe. What harm would it do to let me use the WiFi for under a minute?

worst restaurant experience in my life! we ordered francesinha for the two of us and the waiter refused to give us another plate & fork for it :O the waiter was also rude and finally we couldn’t pay for our disgusting and cold meal by card PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE!

Servizio pessimo, evitate. Very bad service, so rude. I was also overcharged, 4 euros for a sweet croissant and a single espresso.

Leckeres Frühstück. Kellner sehr nett und bemüht. Für 2 Personen, Orongen Saft, Kaffee und zwei Toast bestellt. Es schmeckt und dauert nicht lange. Preis auch föllig inordung.

Ambiente: Das Lokal liegt direkt im Einzugsgebiet der Kreuzfahrtschiffe, welche hunderte Touristen auf einmal in die Gegend rausspülen. Drum herum stehen Tuk-Tuk-Fahrer:innen und versuchen die Touristen zu überhöhten Preisen zum Mitfahren zu überreden. Essen: Wir waren im Aussenbereich mit halbmotivierte Kellnern, welche schlechte Speisen zu überhöhten Preisen liefern. Das Bier kostet 8€ und Pommes mit 2 Spiegeleiern plus 2 Würsten aus dem Glas für 9,50€. Das Glas Sangria am Nachbartisch war mit viel Eiswürfeln und Orangenscheiben gestreckt. Service: wir mussten bar bezahlen, ok. Aber die handgeschriebene Rechnung war nur eine Auflistung von Eurobeträgen, was eine Kontrolle sehr schwer macht. Portugal steht für ne echt gute Küche, dieses Lokal hat dies leider nicht zeigen können. Geht lieber 150m in die Innenstadt! Für uns nicht wieder 😩

Not very good and it is cash only. We had lunch here and I didn’t check the reviews beforehand. The Sangria was ok but the croissant was stale. I think there are better options in the area.

Don't understand the bad reviews...had a quick stop here, seemed popular with the locals. I asked for two ham and cheese sandwiches and two Cappuccinos which I received quickly and for the very reasonable price of 7 euros all in.

Boring food. Very small fresh pressed juice. Dry toast.

Nice location, but very slow and inattentive service. Had to remind the waiter of what we ordered, seemed like he was avoiding eye contact so he would not be bothered to bring basic items (salt & pepper, napkins). Food was…meh…

Pommes noch mit grünen Ecken, Käse am Hamburger war kaum verlaufen. Lasagne echt mäßig. Nur Barzahlung auf handgeschriebenem Zettel. Die wenigen Sterne passen schon. Bisher größter Fehlgriff in Lissabon.
