Foreigners scam? They asked to use shampoo for curls and charged more for it without telling me beforehand. They made me pay 7 euros more for a dollop of cream, and charged it as "treatment" instead of "maintenance". My hair is not looking great either, the diffuser was too hot for curls. Terrible. Also, no credit card, cash only. Edit: Ahahahah they also play the card of me not being on the database, see the response below. They didn't even provide a proper fiscal receipt, and they claim a client database? Avoid this place like a plague!!

Not a good experience for someone who doesn't speak Portuguese. When I booked the appointment for coloring my hair, they told me ok the phone I would pay 25€. When I went there and I was finished, I ended up paying 10€ more for something I didn't ask. The lady asked me in Portuguese I guess if I want this application, but since I dont speak Portuguese and I replied that I don't understand, she applied anyways, and I ended up paying for something extra that didn't want.

Very reasonable price for a nice haircut. Hairdresser does not speak English but she tries her best to understand you. She takes your consent before cutting your hair length so that it is not very short.

Helpfull and nice staff, 7 day working schedule(which is fabulousssss if you are employed!). Appointment is adviced. Some of the staff also speak english. Good pricevs quality of service. Easy going. It's my favourite place for a hairdresser now since approx 2 years now... I can't comment on other services, such as depilation or pedi, because I am not a client of those. Can only advise in the best way!

The service was very good, the stylist did a fantantic job on my hair. I had Highlights and a cut. However the price was not discussed before I started the service. Other charges were tacted onto the price. It cost more than what I thought the website stated. And they do not except debit cards or credit cards. I had to walk to an ATM to get the cash, and I did not get a receipt. For me having to walk to get cash is not part of excellent service. My advice is to make sure you know what you are paying for before they start. I would give the stylist a five star rating.

A spontaneous visit to the hairdresser turned into a treatment for my hair lasting several weeks. My hair is finally feeling good again. Thanks to Angela and the team. Lovely Staff. We had a bit of translation problems. I wanted a simple cut and blow dry, so not much explanation needed. I would recommend and go there, again.

I arrived at the salon with the frantic desire to get a radical haircut, and with just a photo of what I wanted, Paula, the hairdresser, got to work and it turned out spectacularly! Super happy with the change, and it should be noted that it wasn't luck that it turned out well, it's just the experience and professionalism! The worst haircut I have ever had and Prices don't reflect the package they sell. Hairdressers added special shampoo and hair mask which I've been charged more and without asking.

I do not recommend. I tried it for the first time and I won't be going back. To begin with, when I arrived I was forced to buy 2 limes (house hygiene policy) for an extra €2.20. That's fine, as long as you inform your customers at the time of booking. It wasn't the case. Being there, it is obvious that we are forced to accept it. Then he asked if I had to remove the skin, to which I replied that it would be better and said “oh, but that would require a regular manicure as well”. Unprecedented! He ended up “managing” to remove it. The manicurist who attended to me was not at all friendly or helpful. I was quite determined about the colors (milky or burgundy). Bordeaux indicated that they didn't have any and another manicurist had to help me choose a simple and obvious milky/light varnish. He criticized my nails a lot, which were difficult (something I had never heard or understood since I asked for them to be short and round in shape). In the end it was the worst ice cream service I've ever had. Both in terms of format and in terms of the varnish itself. Something that I must not have been the only one to notice as my appointment ended with the following “as much as possible taking into account your nails”. My nails looked great, natural and strong. If this is possible… I don't recommend it at all!

Friendly, but terrible manicure service... the appointment was for a gel polish manicure however the person who attended to me had zero knowledge of what he was doing and shouldn't have done this type of service... irregular filing, he used the drill so much and sandpaper that left my nails super thin and sensitive... irregular application, I had marks on my nails, none of them were the same in shape or size... the service was so bad that 48 hours later I had to go to another place to ask They wanted them to remove what they did and I'm now undergoing regenerative treatment because the damage caused was so much that it wasn't even possible to remove the nail polish completely, not only because of the sensitivity I had in both my nails and fingers, as the nail polish stuck so badly. applied, in such a way that it almost corroded my nails, which now look like paper and are super fragile... you should review and test the work of your employees on your own and prevent them from providing customer service... a risk and bad service. ..
