Loved it! The cleanliness of the hotel was noteworthy.The decor was modern and stylish, displaying a keen eye for detail and an evident love for design. The breakfast offered was quite good, featuring a decent selection that, while similar each day, provided enough variety to start the day on a positive note. The quality of the food was commendable and catered to different tastes. Additionally, the service at the reception was notably good, with the staff member being genuinely helpful and pleasant, enhancing the overall experience at the hotel. A minor drawback was the quality of the toilet paper, which felt a bit thin. Overall, this hotel offers a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

What a super little hotel! Staff was amazing, helpful, and knowledgeable. Breakfast was delicious and abundant. Bed was comfortable, and there was not one thing missing in the room. Would not suggest for people looking for a large luxurious bathroom as ours was teeny tiny.

Where do I even start? It was one of the best hotel experiences, ever ! Special thank you to Ana Tomas on the reception who helped us with many inquiries. You can clearly tell that hotel management pays attention to all the details. The stuff is very welcoming and nicely dressed. Rooms are exceptionally clean. Each guest has a welcome snack in the fridge. I loved the fact that shampoos and shower gels are beautifully scented. Additionally, it was hard to wake up at night as the sheets were so soft, we wanted to sleep forever. Breakfast was great, too. The dishes don’t change that much but the quality and taste of food is amazing, definitely worth the money. You go down to the ground floor to tables nicely set up and hotel team smiling at you. Overall, great experience and highly recommend this hotel! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Next level hotel is "next level" indeed. Although we booked a standard room, it was equal of quality with the rest. The room was cozy, beautiful with an aesthetic decoration. Every morning we left the hotel to explore the city and every night we came back to a clean room. The receptionists helped us from the very first minute to the last. We did an early check in and when we came back, our luggages were in the room. They even lent us umbrellas, phone chargers (because an issue arose with our phone) and many more!!!! Every time we needed help, they offered it to us with a smile on their face. I am so so pleased. The location is good and safe. It is around 25-30min walking till the Rossio square, but there a lot of attractions to watch, so it is not tiring. Our stay was beyond words. We felt like home!!!!!

Very clean and neat hotel with nice and polite staff, and perfectly located in the middle. I had a pleasant stay! The room was very clean and came with welcome snacks as well as sufficient supply of tea, coffee, and water. However the room itself was a bit small and not perfectly isolated for noises from outside, so if you have a light sleep make sure to ask the receptionist to assign you a room in quieter corner. The breakfast was good as well with quit different options from the buffet. Check-in and out went pretty smoothly and quick even though I checked out at 3 am. All in all I enjoyed my stay there, total value for money.

Had a fantastic night stay here, the place is so modern and welcoming! The place is very central to access all of the top sightseeing spots in Lisbon but it is very quiet at night to get a good sleep! Beds are extremely comfortable and there’s lots of lovely little touches in the room like free refreshments in the fridge that just make the place feel premium. The breakfast in the morning was so tasty and had plenty of options. During our stay every one of the members of staff were extremely helpful, from the housekeepers to the receptionists. There was one receptionist in particular - Madalena who went completely out of her way to help us plan our day in Lisbon - giving great recommendations and showing us where things are. She was extremely friendly and professional and made our stay that extra special (thank you Madalena). We hope to return to Lisbon in the future to explore more of the beautiful city and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Great experience, very nice price/ quality ratio, perfect for visiting Lisbon. We tryed the restaurant and the small menu goes a long way! I suggest the prawns and the sirloin steak, very good. Very nice breakfast also, 5 stars for sure.

I went to this hotel when they were only opened for 4 months - and you can tell. Things are immaculate and they’re impressive from the moment you walk into the door to checkout. You know when you go to a place and front staff and kitchen staff are not smiling all the time or nice? You wonder why these people are even in the hospitality industry. Not here. Great service, great people, great facilities, great location. This is the sort of customer experience you hope lasts as the hotel gets more popular and matures. The hotel's prime location in Lisbon made it convenient to explore attractions, dining, and nightlife. The well-appointed rooms added to the comfort of my stay. amazing experience staying at this hotel! the rooms were extremely clean and comfortable with a large bathroom and everything you would need. the breakfast was impeccable, with something to cater to everyone. the staff were very friendly and always available to help - they answered all our questions, helped us with directions, and provided us with suggestions for our stay. the owner was also very personable and took the time to talk to each guest. would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

Next Level premium it name says it self it is true high luxury hotel Very comfortable very clean.and warm room. Plenty of electric sockets to charge my devices and work with my laptop. Great TV and really excellent service, so easy to use. Friendly staff and fantastic breakfasts.good location
