Lovely place! I can especially recommend Rui's Trapeze and handstand classes - those are my favorite :) The aerial hoop classes unfortunately haven't been so awesome. I feel they are too short. The warmup and conditioning takes so long there is little time for actual practice. It would also be great if moved would be explained in more detail with more technical guidance. But anyway the location and training equipment is great!

Jaya is an oasis in the lisbon center! What an amazing structure, but its way beyond the space. It gives me my best times! Its not just a aerial lab, it's a peaceful place, where people try to help you in your goals... you don't improve just the body but also your mind and your character as human being! i love JAYA! Thank you everybody for this much. I just want to live more of these amazing magical moments. Long life!

Jaya Aerial Lab the best aerial arts and yoga school with with excellent teachers in a perfect place. I love the garden full of flowers to enjoy a tea after the practice. 💪🏼

The teachers are very professional, I love flexibility classes and yoga with Rui. Unlike many overcrowded studios in Lisbon, the number of students here is 10-12 max, so teachers have time and space to adjust and correct everyone. Love it here!

Awesome experience joining Jaya's pole class, the instructor was clear and very approachable. The pole studio is the most spacious i've ever seen. Would come back!

The best aerials studio in the world. The teachers are incredible. Professor Rebeca and Rui give the trapeze classes, they are very professional, with a lot knowledge in the area, concerned about the safety of the students but at the same time challenging you to do your best 🫶

class was booked at 11h and they told us the teacher (who is the owner) could show up only at 12h. I couldn't attend the class.
