Beautiful apartments close to the center (walking distance). The apartment was really spacious (2 bathrooms)and offered everything desired to have a pleasant stay. There was even a fruit basket on the table when we arrived. Everything was clean and new. Communication is always nice and easy. If you want to use the pool in the inner garden be sure to bring your own towels as there are no spare towels available. WiFi worked without problems and parking is available in the building’s garage. There you also have direct access to a supermarket which is really convenient.

Close to great restaurants, shopping, and public transportation. The place was clean and had everything we needed to eat in or go out. Washer n dryer are great and view of the pool very nice.

Really nice apartment. Interior is very comfy and new. Used Smeg kitchen equipment - top quality! Cutlery are clean and new. Shower and toilet is very clean. All white marble wall and floor. Comfy bed and clean white linens. Location is convenient to business district with shops and brands. About 30min walk to the Baixa tourist and and Chido shopping area. A little pricey, but worth all the quality experience. And convenient grocery store around the corner. Even a Ramen store opposite to quell the crave for a hot bowl of Japanese noodles. Haha

We stayed at the Marquês Best Apartment for 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay! High-end finishings throughout the unit and great customer service provided by Ben and JP. What you see in the photos advertised is exactly what we got! The pool was beautiful! Overall, we would recommend and would return!

Beautiful apartment centrally located, well furnished and clean upon arrival. Complimentary fruit and water were a lovely touch. Pool was a lovely addition to the apartment Due to our flight being scheduled to land after 8pm we missed the check in time, which led us to have to ring a few people to get the code for the door. We would have preferred to be messaged the code prior to arrival. . On the first night of arrival we met the manager who gave us some information about local restaurants, he also gave us his number and told him we could text during our week if we needed anything. I texted him twice during the week , once about the air conditioning not working which no real help was given and another about umbrellas for the pool which didn’t get a reply until checking out. On the 2nd night of our stay, someone/something had urinated on the front door of the apartment block, which led to a smell around the elevator as it hadn’t been cleaned all week. Other than that everything was what we expected and more. The microwave/oven was great, dishwasher and washing machine provided. And the house keeping service was excellent. Shower was nice and the big flat screen smart TVs were amazing.

We stayed at the hotel for a few weeks. Few days before the checkout without a logical explanation we were asked to move to a different room in the hotel, the new room was on the first floor on the main street. The hotel is above a supermarket, it was very difficult for us to sleep between 11pm and 5am with the noises of the trucks bringing groceries to the supermarket. Also, the communication with the hotel manager was very rude (He did not answer our calls and asked us to leave the room immediately). I will never go back there. A short answer to the below - The website from which the booking was made does not allow to book a room for more than 27 days, so we had to make two booking separately. If there is a difference in the hotel rooms it should be clear on the website, THIS IS YOUR RESPONSIBLY. We found out we need to leave the room on the same day, 30 min before the checkout time. We would expect to receive this Whatsapp message at least the day before, so we have enough time to pack our things. Did you expect I pack all my luggage in a few min and wait in the street? And why did you not answer any of my calls? I'm not an expert in windows but the noise at night is just terrible!

Very clean and well designed and furnished apartment (yes, from a designer's point of view). Heated floor in the bathroom which is quiet impressive. Kitchen has everything for a traveler who needs a quick and simple meal. Great location - supermaket nearby and many good restaurant. Also good communications on the check-in day and check-out. Defiantly will stay here again.
