Amazing apartment in an unbeatable location. Comfortable beds and sofas, quality fixtures and utensils and some nice touches such as toiletries and snacks on arrival. We stayed in the studio room which had a double bed and two sofa beds which was perfect for our needs. Big rooms, light and airy, with a view onto the street which was busy and bustling but never too noisy. Lots of good restaurants right on the doorstep, a short walk from the metro and the no28 tram. Literally right in the centre of the city. Staff were also very helpful, professional and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again.

What an amazing property! I will never stay anywhere else in Lisbon. The location is perfect, too. My apartment was so beautiful. I can’t believe there are people paying twice this rate for a tiny hotel room when you can get a giant apartment with full kitchen, two bedrooms, and a huge living and dining area! And the staff are so kind and helpful!

Excellent experience. We traveled with a 5 month old baby, the staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable - including providing a crib (we had already brought our own), early check in when they noticed baby was tired, baggage storage, and regularly checking in if we needed anything. The apartments are very large, clean and very well equipped with cutlery, cookware, etc. Our room (A11) was open concept so if you have a light sleeper baby, you don’t have a separate room for baby to sleep while you’re in the other spaces. There is an elevator on site. Washer/dryer in the room. Blackout shutters. Dishwasher. Bed is very comfortable. Two AC units. Location is very central but quiet. Would strongly recommend. Beautiful hotel in the center of everything. Literally. In walking distance to attractions, shops and restaurants. Rooms were well appointed with everything we needed. Tomas is incredibly gracious and helped by pointing out various areas within the city and day trips to do. Our only issue was finding the main entrance when we arrived. A quick call to Tomas and he came out to meet us. Absolutely would stay here again.

This place is 10/10. The rooms are spacious and clean. We had two kids with us so the kitchen and laundry were a huge bonus. The location was perfect. Walking distance to a lot of great sites and close to the metro and train lines for sites further away. We will certainly stay here next time we are in Lisbon. Last, but not least, the staff is great. So friendly, great communication, accommodating. Wonderful stay!

Fantastic and spacious apartment,all kitchen appliances available, clean and tidy decor, comfy large bedrooms X2,air conditioning in each room,and in lounge,kind and courteous staff friendly atmosphere really recommend,and fantastic view from the apartment window looking down to the city square.

If you are going to Lisbon and see that these apartments are available, book without hesitation!!! This is an amazing place! No drawbacks! Excellent housekeeping, cleanliness, washing machine and dryer available!!!! And what a view from the window!! I would definitely come back here!

Here is the best place to stay lisbon. 1. Perfect location : you can get bolt riding or go to lots of sightseeing. 2. Welcome gift : My sons loved small snacks and milk. 3. Great kitchen: good condition pans and plate. I have stayed lots of this styles accommodation, this is the best among i had stayed. If you can stay square view, it is better than the others. (I stayed middle roome, there is nothing to see)

Location and apartment were fantastic. And Vera was wonderful and answered all of our questions. She also advised great restaurants and was very helpful. Also loved that the hair dryer in my apartment included the diffuser. I did not see that in any other location and it was super helpful for a curly haired lady❤

Location: 10/10 - located next to Rossio square and centrally located to all of the top sights. It can get a bit loud with the traffic and restaurants on the street, but closing the windows does a great job of blocking out the noise. Property and amenities: 10/10 - exactly what we expected based on what was shown on Expedia. Roomy and spacious apartments with a gorgeous view of the square. All of the listed amenities were there, and the apartment seemed recently renovated so everything from the appliances for be furniture looked new and incredibly clean. Service: 10/10 - Communications on WhatsApp was easy and the property managers were very responsive (and spoke perfect English). They even surprised us with gifts (pastries and a can of sardines) during our stay. All in all a perfect place to call home base on our visit to Lisbon.

We as a family (couple and two teenagers) stayed last January 5, I can only say that we loved the place, the apartment was great with everything we needed for a pleasant stay, full kitchen, they left us a detail that consisted of breakfast, Capsule coffee, various jams, cookies, butter, juices in the refrigerator, fresh water, which is very appreciated. The stay was very clean, comfortable beds and located in a great place next to Plaza de Don Pedro IV in the heart of Lisbon with all kinds of shops, restaurants, minimarkets. If you want to have a perfect stay in Lisbon you should stay in this place that will meet all your expectations without a doubt. If we return (hopefully 😊) we will repeat.

Stayed at Residentas Arco do Bandeira for seven nights. Tomas settled us into the comfortable apartment. My husband got Covid on day four and Vera Brito could not do enough for us! She got us a doctor so we could file a claim with the travel insurance company. She brought us a tube of honey/rosemary to make tea to sooth his throat, croissants and a couple of bottles of Muscato as a departing gift. Vera also checked in with me a week after we left Residentas to see how my husband was. She is so thoughtful, gracious and patient, a true assest to the company. I wanted to tell her to she has a place to stay should she visit California.
