I went to a consultation with Dr. Júlio Veloso. Throughout my 56 years of life, I have never been so unwelcome and treated badly as I was by this man. He was very upset that I had already carried out tests, which were requested by my Family Doctor, completely devaluing the results. I then asked him to order me to do new tests, which he refused, telling me "whoever ordered him to do these should order him to do others". It was really quick, it wasn't even 10 minutes of consultation. It is unacceptable, not even animals at the vet are treated in this way. I really don't recommend anything.

I really like Dr. Júlio Veloso. Extremely professional, cautious, kind, rigorous and very friendly! I like the fact that I'm quite punctual. Modern and excellent looking clinic Administrative assistants excel in efficiency and empathy with patients 🌷

I went in October 2018 for a colonoscopy and endoscopy procedure. Dr. Veloso as well as his staff were professional, thorough and communicative. I would recommend the institute to any foreign expats or travellers who need GI procedures in Europe. Note: it helps to speak Portuguese.

Never coming back. Dr. Julio is an arrogant doctor with no sensitivity towards human beings.

Today I was very disappointed! I was scheduled for an appointment with Dr. David Serra at 3:30 pm. When I arrived, I registered and paid. What was my surprise when I saw people being served who arrived after I arrived! To take exams?! I'm sorry, I wasn't the one who set the time! And on top of that, people who are retired!!! In this case, I turned around after waiting and left, I didn't even want my money back! It was a big disappointment!

Receptionist who was too intrusive and lacked discretion in service regarding the use of a mask, creating embarrassment. Not providing a mask to those who forgot it is incomprehensible given the negligible cost for those who pay €450 for an exam. He made an exception to this use when he forced me to get a mask and in another case in which he got up and provided one, all in my presence. Looking like one of those TV shows for the caught.

Intrusive, lack of consideration, out of place comments, only 10 minutes of consultation to pay €90... it was not a good experience and I do not recommend consulting this Dr.

They treated me very well, the nurse is incredibly loving, the anesthetist the second nurse and doctor. I was treated very well and professionally in preparation for colonoscopy and endoscopy. I reached out to them because of the Google Maps score and wanted to contribute for someone who is on the same search.

Dr. Júlio Veloso, I don't recommend it, a 5-minute consultation, he didn't ask about recent or previous exams, he completely devalued my medical history and that of my immediate family, and he even said that the disease I have could cause complications when carrying out a diagnostic exam but he did not provide any further information or any clarification of what might happen. The worst I've ever had as a specialist.

The lack of sensitivity that Dr. Júlio Veloso had towards me is unacceptable, he spoke arrogantly and completely disregarded my case. It was my 3rd appointment and none lasted more than 5 minutes. I still have no answers for my health situation. I will never go back and much less recommend it.

Because it is true, I come to testify to the enormous professionalism and medical commitment in monitoring and interest shown in the treatment of my wife Maria da Soledade.
