Fui a uma entrevista na loja e a gerente foi extremamente rude. Fiquei muito chocada que a loja coloque pessoas assim para representa-la.

This store used to be very friendly and professional. However, I was disappointed when returning to this store in May. One of the staff was able to speak English but she had really bad attitude. I think she swore at me in her language because I didn't agree with her on the length of the chain I was looking for. It was not a pleasant shopping experience.

Staff is not friendly and the employee Jessica Ferreira is very unkind. I went to the store to change a product, she was very unkind and really unethical with her colleague. As I was changing a product that was offered to me (the size was wrong ) she said “ but it fits me!” As if the product was to her. Jessica Ferreira colleague attended me, and because I change to a different product and had to pay more, Jessica demanded that her colleague put that sell in Jessica account to receive the commission. This is very unethical Jessica had no right to receive the comission for that selling because it was not her who attended! I am astonished by this behavior! Moreover she was really rude!
