A little bowl of açaí? This way! Prior note: the rating given concerns the service provided on our return to Oakberry Açaí Restelo and in no way refers to what we ate at the place which, I dare say, is one of the best Açaí restaurants in Portugal. Located on the very busy Rua Duarte Pacheco Pereira, Oakberry Açaí promises a different experience from those already available on the market: açaí, a fruit from a palm tree native to the Amazon that is a natural antioxidant rich in potassium, calcium and vitamin E, and a thousand a possible combinations, which can be inserted into a bowl, in three different sizes (Classic 350 ML, Works 500 ML and The Oak 750 ML). It is literally a very healthy meal, where we always leave with a full and happy belly. The space has around two tables inside and several outside, on a terrace fit for a king. The first time we went to try it, in the middle of summer, we were welcomed by an extremely friendly employee, who explained the entire process to make our açaí. We ordered a Works, added a variety of toppings and went to the terrace. It was divine! It was incredible, so much so that we decided to go back. On the second visit, the friendliness that made us fall in love with the first visit disappeared. We were greeted by another employee who literally sent us away. We didn't feel welcome and, with each topping we chose, we questioned what we were ordering, giving a critical opinion that was never requested (he even went so far as to say that everything couldn't fit in the cup – we hadn't even chosen all the toppings available in the cup). unlimited option). We went to the terrace, loved what we ate, but above all we were disappointed with the service provided to us. We hope to return, above all for the açaí that is sold – one of the best on the market, almost unbeatable in Portugal.

At last! Finally, I found and tasted an "açaí" in Lisbon just like if I was in Rio de Janeiro. It's unbelievably delicious and the typical Brazilian options are all available, such as being served with banana or "granola". As if this wasn't enough, you can order it in Uber Eats, though I recommend eating it here, immediately after being prepared.

Fiz um pedido na uber. Disseram que chegava às 16:25, quando eram 16:20 já só chegava às 16:35. Adiaram o pedido até as 17:05. Quando chegou o açaí vinha completamente derretido. Dito isto, não culpo o estafeta mas sim é apenas o restaurante. Falta de responsabilidade e respeito para com os seus clientes!!! Definitivamente não haverá uma nova experiência com este restaurante

Decent little shop where you can get some healthy sweets. They’re fast and friendly too. I had the coconut and granola, it was pretty good. Try it out.

Adoro este Açai. Mas nesta loja fiquei um pouco desiludida. Atendimento mediano. Distribuição dos ingredientes mal feita e colocaram um granola que nem sei qual é, com passas, que pareciam pedras, foi uma sorte não ter partido um dente. Em resposta Relativamente ao atendimento, não avancamos logo à caixa, pois não sabia se a menina estaria a tratar algo, por isso aguardei que mesma desse sinal que podíamos avançar, mas nada e depois percebi que estava à nossa espera, durante todo o pedido parecia que estava a fazer um favor... Em relação ao comi, sim, é certo que está à vista, mas posso afirmar que que são poucas as pessoas que ficam a ver, principalmente quando já é habitual. Em outras lojas que já fui (Rossio, Cascais, Colombo, Expo) por vezes está tão cheio que mandam aguardar e não é possivel ver quando estão a fazer, não era o caso, mas até à data não tive nenhum problema e por isso não achei necessário o controlo. Pedi 2 granolas Premium e maçã, como peço sempre, por isso sei que não é normal o que comi.
