I think the location is great. One block walk from the historic tram stop. Same building as police station around the corner so I felt safer even walking alone. The hotel is nice. I love that it’s cleaned and the lighting options. I got the superior room. Make sure they put you in the correct room. They tried to give me the standard room with no access to balcony. When I paid for the room for balcony access. The street can be loud even early morning. Bring earplugs 😊

I had a great time staying at Pestana CR7. The location is perfect. The hotel has a very cool vibe, the service is wonderful. My recommendation is to include the breakfast buffet in your reservation. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the server in charge, Ivan, was always making sure there was plenty of food and hot coffee. Very helpful and very nice. The rooms are spacious and so are the bathrooms, everything is very clean and well decorated.

So, not only does Cristiano have his own statue in Lisbon, he also has a hotel/bar which unfortunately I was unable to get a room. From the outside you make think it's a bit run down but one of the things you will notice about Lisbon is how they have preserved the exterior of their buildings. The interior of the lobby and bar are very modern, a bit reminiscent of bars in the US with multiple TVs. The menu is full of football slogans so a nice place to take a football fan. I wasn't too hungry so I ordered croquettes with a passion fruit cocktail. The cocktail was amazing, it was actually the first ever cocktail being made by the bar lady and she fluked a nice tasting drink lol. The croquettes were not mind blowing but it was nice to know that it's not all about the using the brand to sell average stuff. Very good location to have a nice lunch

We stayed for 5 days and the staff never failed to be very pleasant, helpful and friendly. Breakfasts were delicious and well worth getting, The hotel is perfectly situated for getting around Lisbon and surrounding areas.

I am a bit disappointed. We stayed for 4 nights, and even though the staff was super friendly and accommodating, the hotel itself was not that great. The rooms had weird lightning, the bathroom door didn’t close. The cleaning service didn’t swap our towels or robes. The internet barely worked while we were there, and the gym was minuscule. For the price tag, I think you can find better. I was expecting more from a Pestana. Staff was definitely the best part! Thank you Afonso and Paula.

Agreat location, a big and comfortable bed but the room was very small for three people and has no espresso machine, which we had at other places we stayed in on this vacation. The price was about double the price we paid at the other places which were as good or better than this hotel. Not even breakfast included for this price.

Perfect location to all attractions and transport. Breakfast and Bar staff very helpful. Reception staff took longtime for check in, didn't meet our request for Tea Bags and change of Towel in our room. Just gave a Map on request but did not bother showing where we are in the Map. Also could not help with nearest Tour Agency. Definitely need training as this would be very useful for tourists. Room was very small. No place to keep suitcases. Bathroom and Shower Doors both screeching.

Clean hotel, wonderful staff and daily service which was great. Rooms are smallish but we spent most time exploring Lisbon. Only negative is the glass wall and door to the bathroom. No real privacy. We had two room and the staff surprised our son and his wife on his birthday. They delivered a cake and card, all on their own. Great place.

It is clean and well run, location is very good, but the rooms are very small. The toilets are in a cubicle so tiny that one cannot shut the sliding door; it is essentially like having a toilet in the bedroom, which wouldn't be great if you're traveling with your spouse. For the price, the amenities are weak - if you want a coke for instance, you have to order it through the TV room service (there is no paper menu) for EUR5.50.

I recommend and I would stay here again. I like how understanding and flexible the management was and accommodated request for an earlier check in four hours prior to 2pm due to our long trip and also since it was off peak season and the room was already ready. The receptionist was friendly, courteous, informative. The location is central and walkable from train stations, tourist attractions, restaurants, supermarket, Alfama. They provided us complimentary drinks at their bar. Heater works, as it was late November and rainy season. Hot shower worked, too. They provided complimentary water, teas, coffee daily. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Room was clean. I am very particular about noise and it was quiet inside the room and at night, despite central location.

We love this hotel. The location is ideal. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The lounge becomes very fun during soccer matches! Nice little workout room. We stayed at this hotel two times, the second time we were welcomed by a handwritten "Welcome back" note and a snack array in our room--very nice touch! A special shout out to Andre for his help and suggestions during our visit!

Nice clean hotel room, except for the glass window that lets you see into the bathroom. The breakfast buffet is good. The location is great for visiting Lisbon.

The staff were lovely and helpful, where it is was perfect being 5 minutes from the river and the main street which is full of restaurants and shops. Only issue was our rooms key card port was faulty meaning the TV didn't work, told reception and they sent someone up to fix it as soons as they were able and were really polite and apologetic about it. Just avoid the nachos, bag of doritos and a tiny pot of guacamole and melted oily cheese... Other than that, couldn't fault it. Also just be nice to the hotel staff, not degrading and rude because the breakfast you paid for wasn't what you specifically was expecting....

Breakfast was very good, nice friendly waiters and a big choice of food. The location is very nice as well. Easy to get into the old city but still quiet in night time. All in all I would really recommend this hotel although we didn’t see CR7. 😉

The hotel is in a good location, but for this price it is very average. cramped rooms, no wardrobes (no place to put things), poor welcome drink, supposedly free minibar, but you can only expect two small bottles of water and a small juice there. For this amount I would expect something better.

Went there for a separate breakfast to follow "The path of Ronaldo" with my little son. He loved the food and the chilled atmosphere. Also, we could take a photo with a signed ball and t-shirts. The personnel was very helpful!

Modern and fairly comfortable hotel in a great location, tiny modern rooms, ever present soccer theme, good showers. Great night sleep, not too much city noise. If you are booking via Expedia, they will charge you tax and then the hotel will charge you tax again. Prepare to pay for parking over 50 euro per night at a nearby underground parking. I will not be coming back.

After having our flight cancelled we scrambled to find a hotel. Pestana CR7 accommodated us and went above and beyond to ensure our one night stay was memorable!! Came to CR7 for sangria and Rogerio Jr. was absolutely amazing. What a personality and lively energy... plus of course, incredible service at the bar. Will definitely be returning just for him!

Dropped into CR7 Bistro to eat a light lunch in a quiet space. A return visit. Really nice staff and a simple menu of dishes that turned out to be great with a nice glass of wine. Too much construction/repairs going on in downtown at the moment but Pestana CR7 is a quiet haven in a storm.😊 Plus I'm a years long fan of CR7 himself & the Selecção...👍

The bar staff are really hard-working and super friendly too ..... Great team! Ivan especially, is always very cool, calm and collective and despite working under pressure he always has time to be make conversation and make people laugh! The rest of the bar staff are lovely and welcoming/talkative too. It's always a pleasure to be here - thank you! However, as a regular customer, living in Lisbon, the price changes are very high and it's sad that local people can't afford to enjoy a drink here anymore. Great location though! Thank you!

Be very careful where you park in this city. We were towed from a legal spot and paid 500.00 cnd dollars to get our car back. We did not receive a ticket, our tires were never blocked, and they just towed our car. There was nothing we could do about it but pay the fee. We were told by a lot of locals that this is a scam the towing company pulls on rental cars and tourists. They only give the courtesy of a parking ticket to locals.

The Bar service was very good and the Bartender Banardo is very good and trying to explore with his drinks. He REALLY cares!!! Don’t lose him. But he needs a good Smoker for smoked drinks. Also Iris is so sweet and tries to make guests Happy, Very Professional.

A nice hotel situated at a historical building at Lisbon city centre. The facilities are new and clean. Best if you want a comfortable bed for rest after a day of tour. Yet the lights in a superior room is far too dim even under the reading lights by the bed. The bathroom facilities are nice with a big overhead shower. Caution has to be exercised when coming out from the bath tub as the width of the opening by the plastic partition on the tub is only average and the bath tub is high. Gymnasium is small n only has basic machines. Service at the front desk is excellent.

Probably the best vacation I ever have! From the receptions to the bar staff, the service was great. Bernardo Barreto is by far best bartender out here… probably in the whole world. If you are ever around the area you MUST DRINK his signature cocktails! Ask him for his special drinks!!! You are welcome!

We had the CR7 suite, lovely, two balconies overlooking the town and the river. Long journey, arrived exhausted but a great meal in the bar was perfect refresher! Bernardo needs especial mention for his welcome and food/drink advice! Looking forward to our next 5 days in lovely Lisbon

Excellent location with restaurants and shops close by. The rooms were clean and a housekeeping staff entered the room without knocking. We were given a room in third floor with the shower inside the bathtub whereas most of the #luxurygold fellow passengers were given rooms in the second floor which is a premium floor. These rooms had walk in shower. We requested for the change to such a room and they readily provided a room in second floor. The bar was well equipped with several cocktails that are reasonably priced. The coffee making machine in the room is an added bonus.

Good for for sport. Big screens. Seats were comfortable. Other than that it’s a soulless overpriced bar with no soap dispenser in the toilets. Not empty. There was dispenser at all. Shocking.

Small and charming hotel at a great location.

We felt like we were deceived by the hotel description and pictures, paying 180 euros per night for a 1-star budget hotel. I booked a double room however the hotel provided us with two single beds. When I requested to combine the two beds and make into it a big bed, they were not able to do it. So I had to make my own bed by rearranging the bedding, which was ridiculous. The room was extremely small with very basic amenities. No kettle or any tea/ coffee. The first two bottles of water in the room were free but you have to pay if you need more. The toilet was so small that it cannot even let two people stand together. Of course, toilet amenities were also cheap and basic. I would expect a better room with better amenities for a hotel room that costs 180 euros per night. The standard of this hotel is like a 1-star budget hotel. Also, they gave us a room with no view at all. There was a small window facing the wall of another ugly building that is just 1.5 meters away. No sunlight could come into the room. We felt like living in jail for many days. They should have warned customers about this. This type of room should be of a big discount, instead of selling at a normal price. Their air conditioner is set to turn off automatically after 15-30 minutes, while I was in Lisbon, the temperature was like 37 degrees C. I don't think it is acceptable for a hotel without aircon. I am so relieved I can now finally escape from them. At their price range, you will have a much better option near Rossio Square, do not stay in this hotel if you want your trip to be happy.

I was here for a Christmas dinner on Dez 24.2021 we started with Some typical sweets from Portugal, then a delicious starter was breaded octopus, and the main dish a delicious fish with vegetables, the price was incredible economical, the personal always take care of you and the table was decorated so beautiful, I really enjoyed tobe there, I was in another hotel and I was wondering why I'm not sleeping here lol but really I can recommend it. Thank you guy from hotel pestana it was incredible.

Their ability to accommodate is exceptional. The staff is polite, do their best to assist, and friendly. Had a slight slip up with our hotel room and it was resolved in seconds in a five-star manner. I stayed here with my young daughter twice in the same month and the hotels quality remained consistent on all fronts. it’s located in one of the best locations in the city for access. It’s clean, it’s modern, and everyone speaks multiple languages. The prices of the restaurant above average but the food and options at the bar make up for it. This hotel Ave staff will be recommended across to all of my contacts. We will start here again.

It's worth it!

Great location! Staff is friendly and helpful as needed. The bar staff is very good, popular bar for sports fans. Housekeeping is hit or miss. Toiletries were not replenished which we rely on since we travel only with a carryon suitcase. We checked in late evening due to delayed flight, I am almost sure that we got the secondary backup room. We are particular about showers, no bathtubs. We chose the hotel since they had nice walk in showers. Which they do but not our room. Our bathroom had a high bathtub, had to be very careful getting in and out. The carpet in the bedroom looked old and dirty. Except for the location and the staff, it was not a pleasant stay.

After spending 6 days at the Pestana Palace in Lisbon and Pestana Vintage in Porto, the service was a little less spectacular and the room amenities lacked in comparison (ie. Sanka instant coffee, daily complimentary water bottles, breakfast was not included). Location however was central and perfect for the last two days in Portugal before flying home.

Great experience staying here and nice staff were super helpful. My husband alao got a surprise bday cake treat in our room. Their staff pay great attention to details cause we never mentioned to them this is a birthday trip and received a surprise bday cake :) will stay here again!

What an awesome place to stay! The staff is amazing! If I ever comeback to Lisbon I'll be staying here again. They were so helpful with places to eat, telling me where to buy things and putting up with me bothering them about my missing luggage (thanks air Canada).The location is perfect. You're 5-10 minutes from anything you need. Rooms are a little small but perfect for a couple. The views from the 4th floor corner were fantastic! Lisbon is amazing!

So...the room is big, nicely designed, but dark. Small windows and little lighting. It was hot, the air conditioning didn't work. The shower was clean, spacious, no ventilation. No proper closet. , but the mattress is uncomfortable (in the sense that if the partner tosses and turns, then everything is transmitted and you wake up).

The building is gorgeous, then you step inside to a dark reception and restaurant. It is not inviting. The restaurant used to offer wonderful tapas but they've changed the menu and now it is not very good. I wouldn't rush back. The service was slow even though there were only two tables occupied. Very disappointing experience.

Excellent rooms, modern, good layout, large shower, very comfortable. Wonderful service as well. We had an unexpected change to our flight leaving a day early and the hotel refunded us the night we weren’t going to use. thank you!

The fact that it's "Ronaldo's hotel" is a natural draw. The location is excellent... It's just next to the Praca do Comercio. The rooms were nice and the staff were very helpful. Our major grudge is that the breakfast left much to be desired. The variety and quality is not what one would expect from a four star and that too a much hyped one. Aside from that it was a very pleasant stay for us!

Love this hotel! Great location! Most places are within walking distance from this hotel. Hotel even provides an iphone for navigation and calls so you do not have to use your own. Rooms were clean and as shown in pics.

We had a wonderful time in this hotel! The staff is amazing and the attention to detail is notable. Luisa was so kind and professional. The breakfast was good, we order an avocado toast that was just divine. I can just say thank you!

Bernado was a fantastic barman, very friendly, helpful & his own experimental shots were great! Overall very nice. Great experience for the sport, to watch many football teams and your own if you ask. Would recommend if you like sport.
