Incredible hotel. So welcoming. All of the staff are some of the best I’ve encountered at any hotel but special shout out to the lounge day & evening staff. You can tell customer service is extremely important here. Cleaning staff was also great and topped us off with new coffee pods in a heartbeat. Our 1 bedroom suite was massive with 2 bathrooms! Very lively club lounge on main floor. Beautiful pool and gym. My first and only place to stay next time in Lisbon

I’d rate this Sheraton as excellent. As a lifetime elite, I stayed as many Marriott branded hotels as I could have been, this property is one of the best. Hotel staff are friendly and supportive, location is great, breakfast is excellent, spa is fantastic. Club lounge is closed due to pandemic, but hotel organized happy hour for elite members like us, food/drink are quality choices, we enjoyed it a lot. Definitely will comeback again if possible.

Service was world class. Views from the top were stunning. Morning breakfast was fresh with fresh juices, smoked salmon, omelette station and anything your heart could desire. The dinner was fantastic and a great price. The spa was full service and not too busy at all. Sauna, heated pool, jacuzzi and steam room available.

We spent a few days here during a leisure trip to Lisbon. The hotel and staff were wonderful. We truly enjoyed everything about the hotel. The staff at breakfast and the bar remembered us each day and were ready with our preferred beverages. They even created a tea of honey, ginger and lemon when I wasn't feeling well. We also enjoyed the spa, both the sauna/hot tub area and a couples massage and they were very welcome after a couple of days that were especially cold and rainy.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were well appointed. Great panoramic view of the City from the our room on the 21th floor. Enjoyed our breakfast and Happy Hour. The staff was fantastic. They accommodated our request for a 6 AM check-in. And the bar staff was great.

I loved loved loved this hotel. We actually made a last minute change and it's probably the best decision I made all trip. The location was the only thing that wasn't ideal, but since Taxi/Bolt/Cabify is so affordable in Lisbon we didn't have any issues with travelling to the touristy areas. The check-in was smooth, we arrived really late (around 11pm) and the hotel lobby was still buzzing at that time. We were happy to find out that the room price also included breakfast, which we enjoyed each morning we were there. The breakfast buffet is AMAZING - see the photos attached. There are so many options, even more than you'd get at an actual restaurant. There are cheeses, meats, hot dishes, pancakes, breads, sweets, yogurt, cereal. The service is very fast as well so we were able to leave the hotel for our tourist activities at an early time even with a sit down breakfast. The only comment I have is that if you book using points/free stay, you don't get this breakfast included and it's €25 pp. We did book one out of four nights using points, and didn't realize it wasn't included. That was fine as we had enjoyed 3 days of free breakfast, but I was a bit surprised to get the bill. The room we got was very modern. The washroom was very nice and updated. The best thing about the room is how large it is compared to other hotels in Europe. We were able to truly unpack our things. The bed was extremely comfortable and the elevators were fast. Another huge plus was that the Sheraton had an amazing spa/pool area. The only pool I noted was outdoor, but the weather was good each day so we had no issue. The indoor jacuzzi was lovely and huge with lots of jets options. They also have a sauna and other rooms for you to enjoy. The staff were also very diligent with bringing fruit water for all guests, which was a lovely touch. Towels can be borrowed for free from the spa desk. Overall this hotel is amazing and I would 100% come back on my next trip to Lisbon.

The facilities are spotless and the rooms are extremely comfortable. Note they have blackout shades which is great when you need a good nights sleep. The staff at the front desk are outstanding and adept at handling demanding travelers who try to check in before their rooms are official ready. Special call out to Claudia at the front desk who exemplifies customer service and knows how to treat Bonvoy Platinum members with special care. Great team and great hotel.

The best hotels we’ve stayed in. What definitely differentiates the hotel is the stuff, which is so professional, attentive, kind and helpful. Especially thanks to evening receptionist Duarte who welcomed us and made us feel extremely well in the hotel. Thanks to him, his passion to work and professionalism we had extraordinary stay from the beginning. The rooms are very spacious and have amazing views. The breakfast choice is unbelievable, the variety is really very big (even the champagne on the buffet). The best breakfast choice was really the best we’ve seen. The stuff is definitely the big + of the hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come more!

Club rooms on the highest floors were especially nice for a Sheraton. Definitely a hotel catering business travel, but only a 5 euro cab ride to main downtown tourist spots. Great recognition of elite benefits for platinum members. Spa was nice, but mostly because it was completely empty when we went.

Woah! So happy with my stay! Got this hotel for a terrific rate at ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ I like this resort and I'm extremely happy I stayed at my favorite place cheaper than what I generally spend. I've just tried the restaurant. The executive menu is very good and the price is reasonable. Great value for money.

Amazing service ! The rooms are modern and well arranged. We came with two kids and didn’t have to ask for a single thing. The crib came with a message and a stuffed toy. They even provided us with a diaper bin. Their lounge is the best, it is located downstairs at the bar and they offer free plates with 5 local mini dishes and drinks from 5 to 7. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. Loved it

I had a group of 150 last week and we all found the hotel was very good in all respect but we had our separate breakfast on Roof Terrace which was not appropriate as it was just simple not comparable with MARRIOT - Lisbon. The gentlemen in the pic was most courteous and on his toes during all days of our breakfast and lunch . Thank you bro.

It's a very good hotel. Has a slight issue with room cleanliness - not up to It's 5stars rating. The location is a good starting point to explore the city, and has some nice features, but the views from the hotel are nothing to write home about.

I love this hotel! The staff, the food, lounge everything 5 star! Best breakfast buffet in Lisbon in my opinion. Very nice spa, sauna, steam rooms, live music and great management! Will definitely return!

Location is bit of off the old town, but it is not too far (about 30-40 minutes walking). First, I really like the people working in the hotel, from the front desk manager to bar and restaurant workers are all very nice and super friendly. They want you know you are their priority. They are the 5 stars service teams. However, the good thing stops there. The hardware of the hotel is a beaten up old and not so well-maintained facility. They have the gold brown color tune in the ground floor. The hallway is dark brown carpet with very dim light. The room is also dark brown carpet or hardwood. The closet is using clothes curtain not door panel. The breakfast is average the most, with uneven floor that you try to carry the food and drink through. Lots of people. They don't have lounge, but the bar will provide the drinks and snacks during the happy hours to the higher status Marriott member.

This is my second time here and I take away one star because there are a few things to still improve. Arrival: Lobby is busy so just wait your turn, there is fresh water and popcorn. The check-in staff are excellent and make you feel welcome. Other staff manage the traffic infront of the desk which is good. Concierge took our bags and they called us when the rooms were ready. Thank you! Rooms are huge and if you get the upper floor, view is great and the sun comes in certain hours. The dark carpet doesn't help but its not the end of the world. Housekeeping staff always made up the room on time and freshened everything. Bar: This is where it was a little disappointing. There is not anyone around to keep an eye on who just sat down and who needs the bill. The coffee was really disappointing and it was the most expensive one compared to the outside cafes. It tasted like the machine coffee in staff room. Little biscuits were a nice touch. Location: There is a station 2 minutes walk but this is far away from the city or where you will spend most of your time if you are visiting Lisbon. There are some nice restaurants and cafes near the hotel and many buses going towards the town.

Now this Hotel would have been 5 stars but the staff at breakfast let it down slightly. Their attitude could have been better. There was one lady there that sorted it though. Rooms are fantastic, and you can walk to the main places within 15 min. The pool was looking a bit outdated.

This is fantastic place to stay. The staff are excellent and what they do and really take time to make you feel welcomed. The food was delicious. Highly recommend the grilled octopus, risotto and the shrimp. They were all fantastic. Our hotel room faced a alleyway so not great views but very quiet. Our bed was comfortable and I like small touches like slippers and robes. I'm still a bit confused by the doorless shower bc water gets into the floor. The location is also very close too heart of the city so a 4 euro trip can get really anywhere downtown.

The Le Petite Prince dinner is ridiculously bad. Suggest only those who want to dine under sauna. Doesn't matter much what you eat as everyone keeps sweating. Maybe that's the way that they make diners order more chilled wine and water. Staff didn't smile and pulled black face when you tell them guests are sweating. And maybe it's their stand of 5-star service. Way overgcharge.

A nice hotel near Central of Lisboa, also close to the airport. The room is decent with nice bed, comfi pillows with nice decoration. Hotel guests are welcomed with a small bottle of local red wine, and cake, complementary gift from the hotel. For loyal Marriott guests, it includes open bar and snack until 11pm. Breakfast is also provided complementary as well.

The Sheraton Lisboa Hotel and Spa's restaurant pleasantly surprised me, as I usually avoid dining at hotel establishments. The food was incredibly fresh and delightful, and the service provided was exceptional. My wife savored the exquisite risotto, while I relished a flavorful plant-based dish of tofu with oriental noodles. I have frequented this restaurant multiple times and have never been disappointed. It's always a delightful experience, and I am grateful for it!

I'm checking out today after my trip to Lisbon for 3 days. On the first day of check-in, I was deeply moved by the elegant service and kind response of "Ana Sofia satos." Thank you from the bottom of my heart. And thank you for the cheerful and active service of "Nuno" in the lobby lounge bar on the first floor.

I'm thrilled to share our recent three-night stay at your hotel. Originally, we had booked a room at the Marriott in Lisbon, but once we stepped into our room, we decided to cancel that reservation and initially booked a two-night stay at your hotel. Upon arrival, the concierge efficiently parked our car, and at the front desk, we were greeted with kindness and professionalism. Coincidentally, the reason for our last-minute booking change came up, and that's when we met Front Office Shift Leader Claudia. Claudia expressed her disappointment with the impression the Marriott had left and assured us that she would do everything in her power to ensure our stay at the Sheraton exceeded our expectations. Shortly after, we received the key to room 2307. The room was immaculate. Everything was modern, well-maintained, and spotless. Shortly after arriving in our room, a delightful fruit basket was delivered, making us feel instantly welcome, appreciated, and comfortable. We then visited the lobby, where we had the pleasure of sampling various tapas and delightful drinks. Later in the evening, we dined at the hotel. We quickly came to the conclusion that the Sheraton boasts a skilled, welcoming, and professional team. From room service to reception, from the bar to the spa staff, everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to book an extra night. Because we were so impressed with the hotel and due to certain circumstances, we opted for the convenience and comfort of dining at the hotel every day during our stay in Lisbon. The menu is exquisite and offers plenty of options for variety. The staff is courteous, friendly, and well-informed about the menu. Even if you don't order a specific bottle of wine, they have a knack for pouring a perfect match. We want to extend our gratitude to the hotel's management team for the wonderful stay and offer our sincere compliments to the entire staff, with a special mention to Shift Leader Claudia. I wholeheartedly recommend the Marriott Lisbon team to spend some time at your location for a hospitality training course!

Great place to stay in one of my favorite cities. All the amenities like a full spa/ hamam/jacuzzi and pool, plus a great panorama view of the city. My favorite feature was the staff- so nice, helpful and just exuding genuine hospitality. Truly one of the best service experiences I have had. Breakfast is amazing, and you have a fabulous happy hour with live music. The metro station is around the corner, and there is a cool little Bsnksy museum across the street.

Wonderful hotel in the centre of Lisbon. Our suite was huge and very comfortable consisting of a living room and a bed room. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was tasty and the selection was large. Usual breakfast times were 7-10.30 during the week.

We just stayed 4 nights at this Sheraton and it’s getting old and need a refurbishment. Service could be improved as well. We stayed at the Sheraton in Porto and that one was much nicer with much better service.

Excellent staff. Good location. Close from a small shopping mall and about 20 mons walking distance to the main square beside the sea. There is a Park at the back. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. At the top floor there is a cafe/restaurant which has a beautiful view of the city.

This is the best Sheraton hotel in the world, and among the best Marriott hotels. Sounds a bit exaggerative and hyperbolic, perhaps? Surely this hotel could not be this great? But it’s true, if my multi week stay in July and August of 2021 were any indication of what you can expect. In fact, I didn’t expect to stay long, but kept renewing my stay because of just how great this hotel really is. The hotel staff are kind, thoughtful, proactive, and empathetic. Some small examples that I noticed very quickly. When I came for breakfast the second day and beyond, they worked diligently to attempt to recall my breakfast needs (which is nothing short of amazing, both the staff and cuisine!). Many staff speak English quite well (my first language), many others work hard to understand in Spanish (my second language), and never did I feel judged or disadvantaged with my poor ability to speak in Portuguese (which will hopefully change!). They’re also detailed and thorough, punctual and keep their promises. I received laundry care, without asking for speed, within mere hours in almost all instances. I received packages from Amazon and otherwise (with remarkable speed inside the EU and Portugal!), and the staff would go out of their way to write a message to me or greet me with it when I return to the hotel. It felt like returning home to family. Of course, this stay is also very much inside a scary pandemic. Lot’s of precautions continue to be taken (and are necessary!), so lot’s of rules to follow. Things are very different. And yet this hotel’s management and team choose to embrace this scary time with intentionally, leadership, positivity, and kindness. It shows. I’ve been afforded the gift of staying in many other hotels in my lifetime, and this continued during the pandemic, which has stressed us all more than many thought possible. So many hotels have struggled during the pandemic to stay positive (who can blame them?), giving all the challenges they face. But for someone who has faced this battle as well, I must say: be around the people you wish to be with (and like), if you wish to have a better shot yourself. Their energy is palatable. If you want a happy experience for your trip in Lisboa/Lisbon, you’d add a great energy source in staying here! All of this are in addition to the things necessary to make a great hotel: very clean and current. The hotel was built in 1972, and yet you’d never know given how well maintained the facilities are. But building and keeping a great building is half the battle, and maintaining such a great culture that makes all this possible feels the most difficult of all. And they’ve done it.

Beautiful hotel with impeccable service. Vincent, the bar manager, is the best of the best. A truly warm person who is a delight to chat with. The entire staff is truly awesome, but I have to say that Vincent is exceptional and makes you feel welcome in a home away from home.

I stayed only one night unfortunately. I organized a fantastic surprise for my girlfriend with a flowers /petals in room and the staff organized everything in an excellent way. The hotel is beautiful, the room was very comfortable with a fantastic bathtub near the bed. a word for breakfast too. . Just great. Thank you so much and we will see you there next time. Alessio

I stayed at the Sheraton for 4 days on a family trip to Lisbon. It was located right in the middle of the city with many things within walking distance. The hotel, service and facilities were all top class. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly specially Elizabeth on front desk and the young man at the makeshift ski resort outside the hotel. Will definitely stay again

Good old reliable Sheraton. They pay great attention to all COVID safety and hygiene measures. Excellent service. Definitely a safer choice than many "boutique" hotels.

Stayed here earlier in October and had a great stay. The location is a bit removed from more touristy areas but has plenty of conveniences nearby including public transportation, groceries, pharmacies, restaurants, etc. However, if you are with anyone who is less mobile, I would recommend staying in the Baixa neighborhood as it's flatter and has more shops, cafes, and plazas. We took the red eye and arrived early in the morning so it was amazing that the hotel let us check in at 9:30am!!! Our room had a great view of the city. You can also go to the top floor for an even better viewpoint. My only complaint is that the bathroom walls are glass which I really can't stand. I've stayed in other hotels with glass bathrooms so maybe that's a thing? I hate it. The doors slide, so they never really close all the way. It never feels private. I guess this style makes the room look larger but I don't think it's worth the weirdness. Overall, I would give the staff 5 stars, the location and room 4 stars. Tip: there is a currency exchange at the mall across the street called, MaxPay with amazing rates.

Really love to visit this hotel because of Panorama bar. It is my favorite. The combination of the exquisite drinks, wonderful view over Lisbon, gorgeous place to be and live jazz music played on a piano makes it my favorite place of the kind. The staff is really nice and professional. The drinks are a bit pricey, but the overall experience is worth it.

Great Experience in Sheraton Lisboa. We enjoyed every moment with my friends : great hotel, incredibly kind staff and amazing spa. Thanks again, it was a lovely weekend !

Excellent staff. Cannot fault this hotel in the slightest. Rooms are a great size. Whatever isn't in the room can be easily delivered by reception. Spa is also very reasonable. Pool was a hit with the little one too. Great location to be able to explore the city. The Metro is so easy to navigate. A great stay all round.

This is by far one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had and we’ve been loyal Marriott customers for 20 years! The property is beautiful and well maintained, but the true gem here is the service by the staff. They truly treat each guest like royalty. From the front desk team led by Brigieda to the restaurant staff- some of the staff we enjoyed getting to know were Claudia, Ismael and Leo. They all made sure our stay was perfect. We generally don’t spend much time in the hotel when traveling to new places and prefer to explore as much as possible, but honestly this hotel and the service made us want to just stay and enjoy the pampering. Can’t wait to go back to Lisboa and stay here again!

Remember to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any place. This site will compare hundreds of booking websites and usually will have rates a lot cheaper compared to others! You're welcome :)! This hotel is one of the highest rated in the area. I have been staying here for years. If you choose this place you for sure won't be let down.

The rooms are nice and spacious. Pool access means view of the room and not 'access' as the meaning of the word. You can definitely skip the breakfast at the hotel and choose to eat elsewhere... My first disappointing experience in the last 20 days of travel through Europe.

  • 5/5 E J. 1 year ago on Google
Excellent staff, great premium member perks (happy hour) and fantastic service. Really nice views and wonderful pool area. The breakfast is also good and the one dinner we had there was also delicious. My only small complaint is the cleanliness of the Member level room, it was a bit dusty and the windows were dirty. Also, the spa needs an update (loose screws in the handle bars leading down/up to the heated pool). The best thing about this hotel is the flawless staff, no doubt.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Very modern. Terrific maid service. They keep you stocked in essentials. Great water pressure. Front desk very helpful. Everything within walking distance.

Good hotel, nice rooms and great location (walking distance to the central area). Good fitness centre, however it's a little small in the weight area. Would be great if another area for weights / fitness was opened up with more equipment. Nice swimming pool and SPA facilities. Decent breakfast choice and average lounge. Overall my last couple of stays here have been good.
