Hotel was advertised as a 4 star. Room was basic, did not have iron, coffee machine and no room service. Other than the bed being comfortable there is nothing else to say abt this room. We asked to check out 1 hr later and were refused. Hotel staff was average, not warm not friendly. The only positive is that transportation was close by.

I super like the ambience of the hotel, the cleanliness but we have just one problem about our rooms maybe its just for me. When you want to take a bath you can see the reflection of the person who takes a bath from the bathroom. It makes us uncomfortable. But overall the cleanliness and service is good.

I have been to this hotel many times. The staff are very friendly, breakfast is more than up to standard, always super clean, gym functional and amazing swimming pool. Never had any problems there. Rooms and beds are so comfortable and clean.

The room was huge and extremely clean. The bed is also huge and very comfortable. Sound proofing and air conditioning extremely good. Some minor maintenance needed. Reception staff very welcoming. I felt safe and taken care of as a solo female guest.

I feel scammed. The pictures, the website the amenities… All made it seem like it would be a much nicer hotel than it is. The whole reason I even booked the hotel was to have access to the pool, the sauna, and the Jacuzzi, the last two, which are apparently suspended and I was hoping on for my aching muscles. Of course, the website did not tell me this and of course the whole thing is nonrefundable so now I’m stuck here. I have food allergies so I brought my own food and they’re not even able to let me use a microwave or help me find one. Electricity doesn’t work in the room without my room key, which is very inconvenient. There was no one around to help with my luggage. I thought this is a VIP nice hotel, but I am very disappointed.

Bed was comfortable. Room clean. Air conditioner did not work. Open window not adequate to stay cool in November. When we discovered that the air conditioner was broken the second night, we were offered to move. Just too much trouble. The open window let jet noise in. There is a large translucent glass window between the shower and bedroom. Turning on the bathroom light will light up the whole room. Bad if someone is trying to sleep. The shower curtain is light and attacks the person in the shower when the water is turned on. Hate that. The halls need refurbishing. Too few recepticles. Convenient to the airport and decent places to eat. Staff very nice. Breakfast was decent and the bacon better than most of the European bacon I have eaten. The hotel is as such good but please be careful about your belongings from this hotel (-personal experience). We had a very bad experience as my wife's handbag was stolen from the breakfast area of this hotel. The hotel management do not have any working in-house camera system to detect such incidents. I don't know if there's a racket working behind this, or it was an isolated incident which happened to us. But the incident and the response of the management left us in bad taste. The rooms as such were good. Police case was registered and we hope at least my wife's documents would be recovered, as we have lost hope with 800-odd euros and mobile phone etc. Other than this incident, I would have given a 4-star rating.

Terrific experience. Fthy swimming pool and surrounding area. Sauna not working and probably hasn't in years. Lobby looks like an abandoned airport. Arrogant staff. Skip at all cost!

Big room, clean, and had an empty fridge available. Lost some points for not having a kettle or coffee/tea in the room. Parking is extra. Located near many inexpensive restaurants.

Hotel looks nice to me. It has really good view of the city and stuffs are friendly enough. Food was not good. Not sure if they provide it regularly or not. In general I like the hotel ambience

The location is good because it's close to my office. The service is good and friendly. Rooms start to get a little dated, carpets are old and with marks, little attention to details like visible cables. Bathroom with small defects, poor finish from recent works and remains of what would be old equipment. Breakfast was of a good size, variety and taste.

If I could it would be-5. Called to make a group reservation after emailing them with no response. They the pass me around game for more than 20 minutes and ended in the front desk. Asked to send them another email with the request and this time answered in less than 5 minutes... not available for you request. If this is the way they treat prospect clients I don't want to imagine how the treat their guest. I wouldn't recommend this not even to my worst enemy. Their customer service is very poor and cheap. Question they are over rated.

Even though the name doesn’t suggest so, this is quite well within budget hotel not far away from the airport and within easy reach of the city centre. Don't expect any lavish vip pampering but clean rooms and good breakfast.

Only stayed for one night. Service was excellent, thanks to Ricardo. Location was great as it was well under 10EUR to get to and from the hotel via Uber. Breakfast was delicious with a large variety of items. Bedroom was clean. Bathroom was a bit dirty and looked old with some possible molding. No iron in the room.

For this price just go to other hotels. Old rooms, breakfast is OK but not good, personnel was quite cooperative. The biggest lie was the argument with going green and that’s the reason why I can not take a bath! They really took away the mechanic lid, so you could not close the bath tube! I took a Glas to close it - now it definitely required more water and had an angry customer who will never come back and make bad publicity (but you are green😂)

Really nice staff and rooms clean and comfortable. We had little bit of a problem with smell coming from the bathroom. The breakfast is delicious and the hotel is well situated.

The hotel is very outdated and in need of modernisation. Everything inside the room, especially the bathroom, is worn out and in poor condition. It is unacceptable for a 4* hotel.

Nice hotel and they checked me early but I wish they have an adapter for we look ectricity it was wired that a hotel does not have such thing. Also should be iron in the room.

Overall not worth 4 stars and therefore too expensive. Reception really welcoming and friendly. Room quite old and was stinking. Bathroom not very clean and douche looks like from 20 years ago. Bed ok. No minibar.

Very comfortable and quiet, very quiet not particularly near anything or easy walking distance away, the first night I arrived I asked where the bar was they said it’s not open tonight, first hotel I have ever been in that did not have a bar open, that annoyed me a bit. Staff were very helpful, TV had limited channels.

Nice clean rooms. You have to use your room key to start the electricity in the room, so you cannot charge devices when gone. Nice buffet breakfast included. No room service, but plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Affordable rates, but did not offer cancellation at that rate, so plan ahead. There was a bar, but I didn't see it open. I did like the staff a lot. Very helpful and kind. Indoor parking was included in room rate.

Air conditioning did not work and were denied hotel transfer. They refused to let us talk to the manager. They did not turn on the AC in midsummer. The reception does not answer the phone purpose.

Air conditioner no Working, recepcion dont answer calls, denied tranfering and denied contacting managing board or direction. Terrible atendance. The entire building has the AC off and they do not warn you, instead try to decieve you. Terrible service almost 30 degrees celcius inside the hotel bedrooms. impossible to sleep, they ignored and lied when confronted. Never again, ridiculous. Also for a 4 star hotel, the bedroom conditions are tereible. Very bad.

Not really near the city's center but you can make it in half an hour if you like to walk. Otherwise there's the metro nearby. Good hotel although, in my opinion, it's not worth its 4 stars. I'd rather give it 3,5 although the place is ok, especially if you need to be in the university area. One great advantage is the adjacent restaurant for a quick bite or a light supper. The also have great wines by the glass so you can taste several ones without having to buy an entire bottle.

This is a very, very average hotel. Looks great on the outside, but has all the markings of a 2/3 star hotel on the inside: dirty carpets, tiny showers, very average beds. Don’t pay any attention to the reviews that say either 1 star or 4 stars. This is 2.5 star hotel. Out of the goodness of my heart, I’m assigning it 3.

Fast WiFi, hot water and friendly service. Good sized rooms are a plus and it is close to several great restaurants and a grocery store (all walking distance from the hotel). The towels were yellowed with blood stains and we had to ask for new ones. There were hairs in both the bathroom sink and the shower. Carpet needs replacing as they are covered in NUMEROUS stains and there are no irons in the rooms. When I called reception asking for an iron, they stated they are an outside service and not available.

The hotel is ok. But I'm not sure why it is a 4 Star Hotel. It seems to be a 3 star. The hotel is old, but the price was ok.

The hotel was clean the bed was comfortable, they don’t provide robes and sleepers. The room was great! The spa area is nice however there was no towels available but we called the reception and they bought them very quick, the staircase of the pool was broken.

The water in the pool is very cold. The pool's toilets are closed. The sauna is closed. The jacuzzi is closed. So there is no reason to pay more? It's like a normal hotel without a pool and without a spa.& they not tall you this in check in

The rooms were clean, the staff was very friendly, and I liked how close I was to the metro, but honestly, if I would have known how poor the A/C was I would have stayed somewhere else. I was a guest at the hotel for 5 days in May and was uncomfortably hot the entire time I was in my room. Eventhough the bed was comfortable I had an extremely hard time sleeping. I would wake up in the middle of the night boiling and the only way to cool down was to get up, take a cold shower and then try to go back to sleep again. At first I thought maybe it was just my room, but after talking to other guests on my floor, they were also saying the A/c was poor in their rooms too.

TRAVELERS BE AWARE!!! Stay away form this hotel and its other locations. It is an unsafe place to stay. My laptop along with my jewelry were stolen from my hotel room during my 1st and only night there!!! I was only out for 2 hours for dinner. My room was thoroughly searched and my valuables are gone!!! Police were called on the scene. The VIP Executive Entrecampos Hotel only has security footage at the lobby instead of each floor. This is extremely unacceptable! Zero safety and security at the hotel!!! And of course the hotel claims that this has nothing to do with them even thou their staff are the only people who has card access to guest rooms! And it’s the hotel’s responsibility to provide safety. STAY AWAY!!!

Don't be fooled by the four stars. This would be close to a 2 ⭐. Upon arriving, 4 people working front desk with no customers watched while my wife and I struggles with six suitcases. No help. Then the front desk staff was terrible especially Cláudia that served us. No smile, no hello 👋, bad attitude, she should not even be working front desk. Hotel needs some TLC. Thank goodness the room was somewhat good. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. They had an old shower curtain with all the buttons broke, was gross, but otherwise everything else is good. Pool smelled a little, so not sure if really clean all the time and the breakfast was so so with no taste. Sorry but I don't recommend.

Very good service! Good help, nice looking hotel, the rooms are very good, exactly what you expect and more! The room was useful, clean and cozy. The location was a bit far away from the center but a five dollar Uber or Bolt will help! Would very much recommend!

3 star hotel with friendly staff. Location is kinda far from the central locations but a bus stop and grocery store one block away. It definitely looks ‘dated’ from the 70’s….. but I actually liked it because you don’t see hotels that look like this anymore. Breakfast was no frills, buffet style and filled you up nicely. It’s not the Ritz…. But you might really like the retro look.

We were here witagency this summer 2023, and had really bad experience! First room was so smelly, not too clean, one and other side of the hotel is terrible, working dirty area, planes are all day very much loud and they fly reaaly close to buildings do it,s very noisy. Day before we left my friend found other cell phone cable, old and with tape all around, and she went to reception and said, sorry probably ckeaning lady took my cable by accident and leave hers, can you help?? They did not!!! So if you know who worked you know who took it!! The same thing happened to me!!!! I found broken cable, unbeliveble!!! I was so angry, so you will be probably be stoled here!!!!!!
