Good hotel with large suites, ideal for families. Slightly far out from the city centre (about a 25 minute walk). Nice pool. Underground parking (public - but looked to hotel via lift). Very helpful and courteous staff.

Loistava sijainti, lähellä 2 metro asemaa, kävelymatka kaupunkiin ja ruokapaikkoja sekä kauppoja ympärillä. Mukava ja avulias henkilökunta. Aamupala riittävä ja ihan ok. Allas - alueella aurinkotuoleja ja muutama sohvaryhmä, ilmaiset pyyhkeet. Siistit sekä tilavat huoneet ja siivous joka päivä. Ilmastointi toimi hyvin. Todella isot ja mukavat sängyt sekä laadukkaat tyynyt ja petivaatteet. Miinuksena kuluneet ja osittain rikkinäiset huonekalut sekä ulkoa kadun puolelta kuuluvat äänet.

The hotel location is a 5-10m uber from the centre. Public transport is also very close by multiple locations in a 10m walk. Everything was great, the rooms didn't have a lot of outlets though. Besides that we had a great visit and everything was very clean.

Hotel is quite nice, but not a 4 star compared to some of the other 4 star hotels we stayed at during our 2 week visit to Portugal. The bath/shower was awkward. However, the room was very large with a nice sitting area, dining table, sofa, desk and well equipped kitchenette. The comfort of the beds was outstanding! There was also a small safe in the closet to lock up your valuables. Power receptacles were difficult to find, as everyone was in use. The room came with a small multi-receptacle box c/w USB ports for plugging in your items. You still need the proper round prong adapters, as it will not receive blade style plugs. The USB ports worked fine for direct charging my phone. The drawback to all of this was that I needed to unplug the desk lamp in order to plug it in and the desk lamp plug would not fit into this multi-port device. The included breakfast was very good and the eating area was large. Elevators were efficient, although I mostly used the stairs; to burn off those extra calories from eating those delicious tarts! Pool is unheated, but nice and refreshing. Pool towels are provided poolside, next to the pool bar. I would recommend this hotel for any traveler.

Very nice hotel to stay in for a bargain. Extremely kind and helpful staff who want you to have a relaxing stay. The rooms are quiet and clean. The breakfast is an extra charge but it is very much worth it. The area it is located in is also quiet and peaceful.

We have been here for 2 weeks. The room is ok but very loud from street and air-conditioning. There is rubbish collection at 2am and still number of cars. The room service is very bad. They did NOT wipe the dust once in this 2 weeks. In restroom there was everyday towels missing and bath itsell was mouldy. The dish cleaning (which was included in fee) did happen 80% or not at all. The dishes was mostly just cleaned with cold water and some glases just stayed uncleaned. We complained several times even with the manager but really nothing happend. Anyway the kitchen was very bad equipped. One water glass no teaspoon and 1 pot and no wooden spoon or any other tool for cooking or dish for microwave. This is really not a 4 star apoartmen an especially not a 4 star service ...

Polite and friendly staff, and decent food. Rooms are clean but old and in need of renovation. The woodwork is rotting in many places. Toilets and bathrooms are designed very un-ergonomically. The bidet bowls leave no space to access the toiletries and the towel hangers on the washbasin edges make the basins painful to use. Apartments include a decent kitchenette with sometimes unclean utensils. Balconies are nice but don't offer a great view.

This is one of the best locations to explore the city. Rossio is only a 20 minute walk from this hotel. There are so many things in the area. The staff was really nice and helpful.

Nice hotel. Free parking next door. Good location for visiting Lisbon. You can easily do that on foot. Rooms and breakfast are OK too.

Quick check in after a long flight, gave us a double bed first but after requesting a King bed change was made within 5 minutes.Apartmet are very specious. Very clean and modern. I had the view to the pool area, small pool was clean every morning.I didn't use it though. Pool area looks nice and quiet not private though since has few residential buildings looking straight to this area.Hotel serve breakfast for about 10 Eur. I didn't experience it since is cheaper and saved me time to buy breakfast at the market the night before and had it in the room.Also pool area serve drinks and some food.Rooms has mini fridge, small kitchen to prepare basic foods. Great location close by Rato station walking distance about 5 minutes walk from/to the station, and bus stops by both street corner. Food Market close by, MCDONALD'S on the same street.Very safe area.Close to the airport about 5.40KM.Staff at front desk friendly most times and helpful. Definitely great stay. I would recommend this apt hotel.

Very Good breakfast we choose apartemen room for this hotel including kitchen inside but really we not used. So far all good close to center😃 staff nice very helpful and full smile

We loved our stayi. Legendary Lisboa Suites. The rooms are spacious and clean. Regarding some comments about looking old. You have to see the quality of the initial materials all marble walls. Still ok. The location is great at a premium spot in Lisbon close to many attractio. We enjoyed having worry free car parking on such a busy location. The breakfast has good quality fresh food and coffee. The coffee from the automatic machine is good. Would visit again and has my reccomendation.

Liked · Hotel staff is super helpful with all questions answered, attention and care during my stay. Room was superb with great price, renewed (mostly) and functional. I liked having two environments so I can read on another room while my wife sleeps. Bathroom and shower worked well, comfortable and the small kitchen have some dished, appliances and fridge which is very nice for few days. Location is great for walking around, eating and a medium walk to the underground/metro system, actually two lines served from about 10 min walk, and buses stops nearer. Breakfast has a good selection of food options, coffees and as always, check for food restrictions when applicable. The whole checkin and checkout process were easy, definitely will consider another stay in the future. Disliked · Had a small issue with shower which is inside bathtub and water was slow to drain but nothing of huge issue for a 5 to 8 min shower. It should be a quick fix during next room review and did not ruin my stay.

Nice and very roomy appartement, clean. Pool, breakfast buffet and free parking. Excellent to visit Lisboa. And very friendly people as well, not unimportant!

Very good price quality ratio—clean and well equipped. The private pool is doing its job to let you chill out and down. Also towels are available free of charge. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Not quite what I expected from the four star rating, the google reviews and the pictures from the hotel. The room itself was ok, but there were several small problems. Pillows were a little bouncy for my taste. The breakfast was boring and not quite of the quality I expected. The lamps had electrical problems. I was dissapointed.
