Very nice hotel. Bit far from every thing but very nice...if I'm ever in Lisbon again I would stay here again. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel very clean and the breakfast very nice ..choice of English and continental.

If you're looking for a room that can accommodate three people, the family room that I booked is perfect for you. The room was larger than I anticipated and matches the website's pictures. The bed and pillows were reasonably comfortable. We did pay for breakfast, and it was decent when compared to other hotels. There was a variety of hot and cold food. The food is replenished in quite quickly. The air conditioning also works quite well so no need to worry when you come back to the hotel. Although you are only a few stations from the city centre, I've heard some people complain that the hotel is far from the city centre. There are also many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. On the other hand, the shower head has low pressure and the bathroom is outdated. The flushing of your neighbor's toilet would also be audible. You should bring your own because the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are all in one at the hotel. At the front desk, some employees don't smile. Overall, we thought it was good and would go back if given the chance.

Warning: thieves among the staff!!! I recommend staying away from the hotel because the cleaning staff steals anything left in the room. Additionally, the hotel manager is impudent and arrogant. A few rooms from the tour were robbed.

We got a free upgrade because of issues with the room we initaly booked. Friendly staff, nice location, clean rooms.

Ok hotel, but it does not deserve a four star rating. Worn rooms decorated in the 90s with carpeted floors and dated decor but a plus for being non-smoking throughout. Found an unknown sock under the bed, but otherwise, the room appeared clean. Fairly close to the subway and walking distance from the city center if you're not in a rush (unless you are an American from some other place than NYC).

Nice and clean rooms. Great breakfast. Service is OK. Only once (in a week) something was wrong with the towels replacement because we found a dirty one among the clean ones. Location is OK for transportations, but a bit noisy if you are at lower floors due to the surroundings.

Breakfast and dinner buffets were very good, great coffee, room is small but very clean and comfortable. Walking distance from Virgen de Fatima Church where we had our first Portuguese mass. The best part was: my 10 y/o left behind a plush toy which they sent with a cellphone charger to my address in no time! No charge, just did it for us! We really appreciate those details when they really matter. THANK YOU 3K Barcelona! We had a blast in Portugal! 🇵🇹

Paid for an air conditioned room but it was broken. Gen Z staff were unhelpful until I was forced to become vocal. The rooms are small and barely adequate. Not recommended.

A superb hotel. Modern, clean with lovely staff and good, variety breakfast. Perfect if you want to be close to everything. 30 mins on the bus and you are on best beaches by the ocean, 20 mins from Oceanário and all other attractions. Close to the airport so can hear planes flying over with open window from time to time. Would go back there tomorrow if I could

We stayed at two hotels and visited 3 during our trip to Lisbon. The Ramada (highly recommend) and the Holiday Inn (which is next to Hotel 3k and is both beautiful and has excellent service at the front desk and the bar. Here is a list of things that went wrong/ that we didn’t like at Hotel 3k: - we interacted with about 12 staff during our two day stay, with the exception of one younger man, every reception staff we met was rude, did not say hi when we walked in and never smiled once. - there’s no coffee machine in the room - they charge for the water bottles they give you (except the first night) - the hotel is in a flight path and the walls don’t block the noise of the planes - the lobby is drab and a little depressing, there is a sad and eerie energy, think the Shining - the bar closes at 11:30pm… - if you’re sharing the room, and one of you leaves with the room card, all the lights turn off. There is no power in the room if you don’t leave your key card in the designated slot by the door (rectified by having to ask for a second card) - when the floor above flushes their toilet, it sounds like you’re getting splashed with gallons of water. It’s loud and disruptive at night (rectify if you close the bathroom door. ) - there is only one power outlet between two beds no separate night stand. Made for tricky charging of electronics. - the breakfast buffet is 2EUR more expensive than neighbouring similar hotels and lacks their variety - finally, it’s worth mentioning again that the customer service really was shocking here. In contrast to the excellent service in cafes, hotels, restaurants, grocery stores, here, where we ended our trip, left a bad taste in our mouths. Don’t go. Try somewhere else.

Modern spacious rooms with a very welcoming staff team. The hotel is well located with easily accessible public transportation as well as retail- and restaurants nearby. The only minus point is for the bathrooms that seem to be a bit out-dated.

The Front Desk is efficient and professional but not warm. The decoration is not traditional one, but fun. Somehow, we ended up on the top floor in a suite. The space was perfect with living, dining room, bedroom, and bathroom with two separate entrances. It offered a mini bar, mini fridge, capsule coffee, and all sort of toiletries. Location is very good with coffee shops, supermarket, taxi stand and restaurants near. The suite is close to the elevator, but it was quite with only 5 in that level. A taxi to the center of Lisbon was 6.00 euros. There is a train station close by, walking distance. We recommend this hotel because the proximity to the center if you don’t want to pay double the rate.

Room service unavailbale, after 2 attempts called reception and told it's only till 3pm ... bar closed for a week ... had to go out for food as not even a sandwich could be catered for. No hand soap in bathroom .. reception said out of stock, and to use the provided hair gel packets. Cannot recommend ... bad experience overall and definitely avoiding in future

Staff was unpleasant. Room had big and noticeable stains in the wall all the way to the ceiling. Good breakfast with nice selection.

This hotel is ok but it doesn't live up to its advertising. There is no 'mini bar' just a small fridge, no kettle or tea and coffee in the room. There is also no sound proofing, that is a flat out lie. I double checked this at check in and was told I would only hear the occasional plane. You can hear the rooms above and next to you. I heard consistent water from the pipes and was awoken to it on Sunday morning at 6am. I'm awaiting a room transfer today on my last evening hoping to get a better sleep. The TV quality is terrible also. There is also no gym and was told they have been renovating when I asked, so that is false advertising. The reception also said he had told his manager or boss but they didn't seem to care. I'm not sure who gave them 4 stars. The location is ok, metro is close and the reception area is nice. Room is clean although decor outdated and the wifi doesn't always work either. The shower water is not hot, it is luke warm and water leas onto the bathroom floor. The price doesn't reflect the quality im afraid, I wish I had of booked elsewhere.

Room was average. I wasn't happy that the hotel doesn't have a Restaurant, so I arrived on a Sunday and every Restaurant around were closed 🙃 .However the truly gem 💎 of this Hotel is actually the front desk aka reception staff. 🙌 Leo, Marta in the the morning and Ines and Daniella in the afternoon , absolutely wonderful, extremely helpful and professional and really really friendly 😀 😊 👍. Guys you make me feel really welcome. Thank you somuch for your great work. Abraços Xiolibeth lopez-toledo

Real value for money hotel. Rooms were large and clean. Breakfast was very good and all employees were polite and willing to help.

I stayed at this hotel for a weekend with some friends. It was nice and cosy and the people working there are very nice. They also serve a huge breakfast with all kind of food. The only negative thing is that you can hear a lot of noises coming from other rooms because the walls are very thin

Not a good experience. The window didn't fit well so you could feel the cold wind coming inside, specially during the nights. They offer indoor parking but once there, you are told it costs 9€ per night. I have to say though, that the cleaning team is very professional, nice and works really well. Thank you for that.

Great for a city break. If you don’t like shower noise or looking for better then pay more and don’t be tight. This hotel was cheap and gave more than my money’s worth. They do need to upgrade the breakfast so no 5star

One star is the lowest rating, and it is maximum for this hotel. Aroma there is like a nursing home. Beware of dust mites. Better choose other options.

Young ladies on the front desk were excellent. Very helpful, aware of customer's needs, and were prepared to listen, and act upon those needs. Suite was expansive, access to external space to relax was ideal. Minor issue, cosmetically rooms need freshened up, but did not detract from my my stay.

The staff were immensely helpful and though I had a bad back, was very helpful in carrying my bags to my room and not giving me a hard time about it. What the hotel lacks is concierge. All in all, they made my stay very safe . Nothing more than the basics, but the staff made the basics very comfortable. Also, great location within Lisbon. There’s an awesome bakery and lunch cafeteria across the street.

The hotel is clearly a 3 star accommodation hotel. Don't really know how it got 4 stars. Room & bathroom has a very 90's vibe and it seriously needs some renovations. Staff was nice and helpful and the breakfast was okay, I guess.

The rooms are very cheaply decorated. The location was good for us as it is right next to the hospital. We would stay here again only because of the location. The holiday Inn is cheaper though and nicer, located across the road!! .

Elevator broken when we arrived and had to walk 7 floors up with suitcases. Rooms where clean but nothing special. But mattresses were not comfortable. We asked to change the room and they agreed but still rooms with that blue colour are pretty standard and look dated. Mini fridge, TV, hairdryer and a table were available in the room. There is a bakery right in front of the hotel and a supermarket also close.
