The place was very beautiful and central. The staff was helpful and kind. We used the small pool as well which was a good way to refresh in the hot day. The room was bigger than i expected m there was a small lounge inside the room. The AC was a bit old but still worked. The bathroom was functional and had a tub. All the necessities were there. There was also a small coffee machine with the coffee tabs included . The coffee was really good. In the hotel there was also a bar and a restaurant but i didn't get the chance to use them. The location was really good as everything was within walking distance. The neighborhood itself was very busy so as soon as you fo out of the hotel, you feel the good Portuguese vibe. All in all highly recommend

Superior staff. Great!!!breakfast. Smallish rooms but very comfy. Roof top pool. Had a rental car and parked in close by tele park for which the b&b gave us a hotel ticket for unlimited entry and exit. Park vehicle take ticket to check in and they do the rest. They made hop on hop off tickets. We used Hard rock cafe store front sign on right as the sign to enter a narrow side road to parking garage. B&b down the side street 1block and to right to glass door residence entry. Cant say enough about this little boutique stay. ❤

Mein Lieblingshotel in Lissabon. Mitten in der Altstadt gelegen, kann man viele Ziele gut zu Fuß erreichen, das quirlige Treiben beobachten und teilnehmen. Haus sehr sauber, Personal extrem nett und zuvorkommend, gute Betten und ruhige Zimmer. Frühstück sehr gut, am Abend kleine Bar. Pool mit Liegeplätzen. Komme immer wieder gerne.

The reception staff Yara and Arabella were fantastic, so helpful and polite, nothing was too much trouble. Room was basic, small and in need of renovation. We were luckily moved to a larger room, this was fine, especially considering the price and hotel’s super location. Half the hotel seems either new or recently renovated. Try to get a room there if possible but not sure if the pricing is different. Either way I’d recommend this hotel for the reasons stated.

Great location, room quite and clean. All staff were friendly and welcoming. Restaurant was excellent I would eat here every night in hinsight. All dishes were excellent value and top quality. Sabina and Rajib were excellent staff to have in any top restaurant friendly and efficient and added very positively to a great dining experience. Overall this hotel is excellent and highly recommend for value and friendliness.

My experience is above and beyond what I can imagine of any hotel. The staff treat you like family, they give you tips on where to go, check in throughout your trip to see if they can be of any help, and are supportive at any time of need. Thank you especially Bruna and Isabel. The rooms are beautiful with tiles incorporated in the ceiling, shower, and halls with a proud history shown with modern amenities. The location is amazing with everything you'd need within a block. I cannot express how magical our honeymoon was because of this hotel adding to our experience. Really good localization, some steps from main street and restaurants, the hotel is very boutique and have a ver portuguese decoration, very cozy.

We spent a long weekend (4 nights) at Hotel Residencial Florescente and have chosen it for its location (pedestrian zone of historic centre), price/value, and good reviews. We stayed in one of the three newly built rooms, located below the swimming pool, offering a private courtyard. Our room (123) was spacious and modern, a luxurious bathrooom with a big rainwater shower, comfortable beds, and big TV. Unfortunately, when we entered our room, a very loud drilling noise started (we were not informed about this on check-in). The front desk advised us that this was from a restaurant next door and offered us a room in the main building. We decided, however, to stay in our room as we liked the courtyard. Not knowing that the wall right outside is covered with noisy air-conditioning vents and you could hear every line from the musical theatre next door. The breakfast offers many choices of fresh fruits, cereals, hot dishes, pastries, bread, and of course, the famous "Pastel de Nata". We didn't like very much that the scramble eggs are not made from scratch and are coming out from a tetrapak. On the second day, there was a sign outside saying "complimentary welcome drink." Not sure whether this was applied only for that day as we haven't received one when we checked in. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Cosidering these little inconveniences, we truly enjoyed our stay.

I booked this hotel last minute as my flight got cancelled, and it didn’t disappoint! The only available room was the delux 4 people room, and it was very spacious and clean with cute tile details and decoration and very spacious terrace ! The area is very nice and close to the city see sights, and the staff is very friendly ! The pool was amazing too !

Nice Hotel in the heart of Lisboa! Very kind staff, clean rooms, rich breakfast buffet ... perfect for a city trip - above all: relaxing at the (small but never to full) pool on the terrace!

The hotel is a building and this one was very nice. The staff made this one our most memorable hotel experiences. The entire staff was fantastic. The general manager to housekeeping were professional and personable. No easy task. Thanks for the wonderful time.

Excellent, stylish, and reasonably priced. Superb cleanliness and a fantastic 24-hour front desk. Helpful. A little pool with comfortable lounge chairs. Excellent location, close to numerous eateries, and you can walk everywhere. Across the street is a theater. Definitely a better location. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of options. The dining room is spotless. Peaceful and nice🙄 I found out the price was pretty consistent at between €160-180 a night on all sites ,I’m so glad I found it for €127 a night on Locktrip also found this discount code LMUKR on top of that, so was very good value for the money😁

Great hotel in a great location This guesthouse is in a great location for the sights in Lisbon and public transit and near many restaurants. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and courteous. The breakfast buffet was superb with lots of options and delicious breads and pastries that changed daily -- but the pasteis de nata were there every day. There is a bar and restaurant on site. The bartender was an especially friendly guy. The rooms are modern, clean, and have everything you need. The rooms on the street side can be noisy because the coliseum (a performance venue) is across the street.

The stays was okay. The room was awesome the reception was awesome. The only thing was the late night host. I understand that late night shift employees have it difficult and probably don’t want to deal with hotel guests but the late night employee “zimeal” takes the e came. As soon as we come in late he act annoyed and all antipathy is shown. I ended up also asking for something unreasonable. I asked him if there was a drain stopper for the bathtub and he replied no and he can’t and won’t do anything. This is my first ever review on a location I never ever felt the need to make or create any review. But in my eyes everything was great excluding that employee and his attitude. I will verify to anyone who needs me to exactly what happened and I would never lie or have anyone think I am trying to twist the truth. I am free verify anytime claims. Again this is my first review and it is a real shame everything was 5 stars except for this employee

March 22nd 2022. After lots of searching for somewhere to stay in the heart of Lisbon we honestly could not of found anywhere more perfect in terms of location. Everywhere was close by and the Hotel was absolutely fantastic. The staff were friendly and polite and we cannot speak highly enough of the cleanliness of the room. It was cleaned every single day. We asked at booking for a quiet room and was not disappointed as we were put at the back of the hotel. It was so quiet and peaceful during our 4 night stay. I can honestly say I have never slept so well whilst staying anywhere( and we have travelled alot!!) Anyway we would not hesitate to go back again or recommend this delightful hotel.

Great service from everyone at the hotel. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable, but a little noisy. You can hear the steps of the people on the floor above you. I dont mind but it maybe a game changer for light sleepers.

We had an excellent time at this hotel. The staff is very friendly, especially Alex. The rooms are very clean, nice and spacious. The breakfast was great! The location is increíble too. Loved everything about it. I hope I have the chance to stay here again!

We are here 3 days now and no hot water. The rooms are beautiful and absolutely spotless . Staff very friendly and welcoming but having cold showers ruins the good parts of the place.

Tips: - If the hand held shower’s water pressure is too low to be functional, use the overhead shower. - Raise the coffee machine’s metal handle all the way before dropping the coffee pod in. Btw, the expresso was great! [Highlights] Good: - wonderful staffs - excellent location - excellent breakfast - clean and tidy rooms - comfortable bed and pillows Not so good: - shower water pressure too low - noisy hallway

Room was oddly lob sided. Sewage smell on the second floor. A brown fluid leak not sure from where as it creeped. But it wasnt unbarable. My room didnt stink. We had good service. Excellent location. People were more then happy to help. Just the building had minor malfunctions.

Writing this before our stay is even over. Absolutely love this hotel. Quaint, cosy, cool colors, affordable and the location is perfect. I’ve lever met kinder staff at a hotel as well. Our room has large windows that opened up and you could walk out to enjoy the views.
