Facial and Chemical peel. False information, no skin structure change no peel whatsoever. Wasted 120€ !!! No service recovery just take your money and don’t care to make you feel that you actually can see a result. NORMAL TO PAY 120€ for a chemical peel with zero effect??

I want to leave my review because I think it is important to do so, I arrived here by chance and without expectations, I went for a gift and in the end I ended up paying for a treatment that I had wanted for a long time, I believed that making a change in the skin of my face was impossible , but I'm not even halfway through the treatment and I have seen impressive results, I see every day how my skin looks younger, the few expression lines disappear and the pores close, I think even at the beginning I was a little rude and incredulous, but I apologize and I appreciate what they have done for my skin and I appreciate the very patient and extremely kind treatment they have had with me, both the owner and the girls who are in charge of applying the treatments, they all have the information to explain and the kindness to make you feel very comfortable and always leave there happy. I highly recommend without a doubt.

Worst facials in Lisbon stay away. When someone complain after they give feedback and no service recovery is done to make sure that a client is satisfied that means the company is robbing a customer of their money. My wife lost 120 euros after she complained about her bad facial and the ignorance of the owner was astonishing. No care or regards to the actual satisfaction in a Beaty service. I am in the mining industry and I would not mind to pay for a facial weekly for my wife but this clinic will not have the courtesy of her visit again. Poor management and what a lack of respect even to reply to a review with lies and false pretences.
