After an absolute nightmare trying to get my eyelashes done during my holiday in Portugal, I found Kate's Kare (specifically Paula) via recommendation. I will say, I am so so impressed with the maintenance I received. Firstly, I tried several stores from a high street chain in the Lisbon area, who prices were over x4 that of Kate's and unhelpful, not flexible, with very little availablility, and didn't do infills on lashes put on elsewhere. Paula who speaks English as well as Portuguese was able to provide me with a same day service. She was so professional, delicate on my eyes, and the infills I have look like a fresh set. Ultimately, if you're in Lisbon and need your lashes done, go to Kate's Kare and ask for Paula (p.s I'm getting my boyfriend to write this in Portuguese too, that's how impressed I am)
