During my two month stay in Lisbon I was a regular at Physiokinesis, and I can't recommend this place enough! I saw Ines initially as my physio, and a combination of Ines and Reuben for my rehabilitation/one-on-one pilates. Ines and Reuben were both amazing to deal with, and make for an excellent team. I found both of them to be very knowledgeable, friendly, encouraging and highly skilled at their jobs (great senses of humour, too!) They got me up and running (literally sprinting, actually) and in better condition than I have been for years, and eliminated a number of old injuries with their care and dedication. Seldom do you find such warm, friendly professionals. Whatever your physio needs, I would absolutely recommend Ines and Reuben from Physiokineses. Thank you both so much for improving my life!

Professional staff and very well run physical therapy center. I have been going to Physiokinesis for over 9 months now following a shoulder surgery that I had done in the US. I started my therapy in New York and then moved to Portugal and was lucky enough to find Physiokinesis. The staff is very knowledgeable and attentive, they are very well equipped and my recovery was very swift and was completed on schedule following my surgeons recommended guidelines.
