Absolutely loved our stay. The location is amazing, right in the old town and about a 5 min walk to Lisbon Cathedral. The apartments were a great size for us as a couple and the beds were so comfortable . Loved the coffee machine too.

We booked with a baby , and a stroller they gave us the. Apt with a lot of stairs, I won’t recommend to book with a baby this apt. They should have booked this to us as it not fitted our needs . But they did not worn us at all. So claiming was hard . The rooms are ok

Excellent location, close to the train station and to a lot of attractions. Good kitchen, good size washroom, room cleaning every day.

These apartments are great and the staff in the lobby are very helpful. This location, at the base of the Alfama is terrific. You can wonder the narrow alleys to find restaurants but you don’t have to lug your cases up the cobblestones.

Die guten Noten sind mir etwas rätselhaft. Positiv: - Lage ist ok, aber nicht super - saubere Zimmer mir Klimaanlage - nettes Personal Negaiv: - Lage wie gesagt ok, aber sehr laut. Vor Mitternacht ist es dort nicht leise, zudem kommen um 1:30 die Müllmänner und lärmen. Im Schlafzimmer kann man da schon vielleicht bei (geschlossenem!)Fenster schlafen, aber im Wohnzimmer nicht - es gibt keine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung (entgegen deren Behauptung in der Buchungsbeschreibung) - das ist Täuschung - der Balkon ist auch nicht wirklich ein Balkon sondern einfach ein Türfenster mit Balustrade/Geländer davor. Sowas "Balkon" zu nennen ist auch reine Täuschung - Der Ofen und Kochherd ist super kompliziert zu benutzen, aber auf eine Anleitung, wie das funktioniert, wird seitens Verwaltung verzichtet, als ob jeder mit dem komplizierten Ofen gleich klar kommt. Für diese Täuschungen (Waschmaschine, Balkon) und der Lärm gibt's nur zwei Sterne. Das sind inakzeptable Verhaltensweise für eine dermassen teure Wohnung, in der die Preis-Leistung einfach nicht mehr stimmt.

Great location in Alfama neighborhood. Good service. Small apartment. The neighborhood is well-known for Fado restaurants (a pitty that there is a lot of people trying to scam u). We have an apartment for 4 poeple and we were 3 and it's super small (40m2), you should like confined and small spaces. To get to the apartment their steep slippery stairs. Not suitable for old and not agile poeple. No chance the above neighbor is super loud 🔊 music, film, phone calls he does everything shouting with open windows and does not seem open to change his behaviors.
