I seldom leave reviews but I found this service apartment via Google search and my stay is better than expected. Service: The concierge, Riu, is available 7/24 via WhatsApp. My stay was during low season, an early checkin was arranged. At the date of my checkout, Riu even walked me to the train station, as my next destination was to Porto. Not only helped me with my hand carry suitcase, he even brought me bottles of water. 10 stars for Riu! Housekeeping: the ladies started around 10am, when I back in late afternoon, the apartment cleaned, bed tidied, the Nepresso capsules are always refilled. There are condiments if you wished to make light breakfast. But cafe is just around the corner and there is several cafes. Location: pack light, the area has a lot of slopes. The building does not have elevator (I stayed at ground floor) But the tram station is 30seconds walk. sea view 10min walk, castle 10min walk, church 5min walk. One can buy a one day travel pass to save the walking and hop on / off the tram. To add my personal like: there’s slippers and the towels are thick.

We stayed in a lovingly furnished apartment for 4 nights. We received a very friendly welcome, were able to check in early and a lot was explained to us when checking in. The apartment was very clean and cozy. We always felt comfortable. Our concierge was always available and had lots of tips for us. The apartments are right in the Alfama district and the tram is right outside the door. We were able to reach a lot of things on foot. The ON/SET Alfama is highly recommended and worth a visit.

We spent 4 nights at On set in au saudade. The property is well located in alfama close to the popular 28 tram, with plenty of restaurants/bars/coffee shops nearby. The room itself is the smallest in the property, with access to the bedroom via a steep staircase (not good for those with balance/mobility issues). The rooms were beautifully decorated with all top quality equipment (washing machine/dishwasher/fridge/iron/hairdryer) and strong air con (needed on hot days!). What really makes this place excel is the concierge Rui Pedro who offers a 5 star service with his hospitality and care right from pre check in to departure. His suggestions and recommendations made the stay the highlight of our trip.

We had an amazing stay at this location. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment as a family of four with two teens. First off, you can't beat the location, which is right in the heart of Alfama - one of the most beautiful and charming neighborhoods in Lisbon. On top of that it's right by one of the stops of the famous number 28 streetcar, which will take you downtown Lisbon in roughly 15 minutes. There are also tons of restaurants, bakeries and mini markets nearby, which is very convenient. The apartment was clean to the highest standards. Take it from me (I am an extremely picky person when it comes to cleanliness): the place was spotless! The beds were comfortable, and we very much enjoyed the convenience of having a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a washer and dryer. But what really made the stay extra special was the concierge Rui Pedro, who went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed. He was always available for questions, super friendly and arranged our transportation to the airport. He really made us feel welcome and at home. We travel alot as a family, about 3-4 times a year, and have been all over the world. The stay at this location is definitely high up on the list of favorite places we've ever been. And we're already looking forward to going back one day :)

Fantastic apartment with some very nice appliances and deco. Very well appointed. Bed was so comfortable slept like babies. Good access to trams. Nice green wine on table on arrival. Superbly cleaned on a daily basis too. Great all rounder.

This is a beautiful apartment, located in the middle of beautiful Alfama. It is located on a small side street, so it is very quiet, but you can reach many sights in just a few minutes. The bed is totally comfortable, there is a well-equipped small kitchen, the bathroom is small but nice and you don't hear any noise in the house. It is totally clean and we received lots of good tips from our nice host. We are completely in love with this house and would definitely book here again. Thank you very much for that!

What a perfect place to stay in Lisbon. The apartments are beautifully styled with all the amenities that you could need for your stay. Rui, the concierge was always on hand to help with anything you may need. Offering advice on places to visit and eat. Even sending a whatsapp video guiding us to a local restaurant. It's rare to have such a helpful concierge when travelling, we very much appreciated it and makes these apartments stand out from the crowd. The apartments are situated in the perfect location. Towards the top of Alfama and pretty much directly on the route 28 tram. They're also close to restaurants and bakeries to either start or end your day. When I'm back in Lisbon, I will be staying here for sure. 6/5!

Beautiful apartment in the heart of the Alfama district (the famous no.28 tram stops at the top of the lane). It's beautifully furnished and stylishly laid out, and we had a lovely little balcony on which to sit out in the evening and enjoy views of the river. The 24hr concierge Rui was always available via txt and helpful and attentive. The rooms were cleaned and replenished every day - not always the case with some serviced apartments. It's a brilliant location and we would highly recommend.

Everything! The apartment design perfectly, beautifully, high quality furniture , comfortable, you have everything you need. We received direct communication and personal treatment at any time from Pedro, we were really amazed each time we contacted him, we felt that he really cared for us, that our comfort was really important to him . The room was serviced each morning, replenished (coffee capsules, tea, olive oil, balsamic vinegar (!) toilet paper... Anything that was needed) So don't hesitate! It's simply worth it. and I highly recommend to ask Pedro about any issue Thanks pedro!!

We absolutely loved staying in our apartment here. The room was well decorated, sparkling clean and very comfortable. The concierge service was fantastic - very accomodating and extremely friendly. The location is unmatched - the best area of Lisbon to stay. Alfama is the perfect blend of culture and history with shopping and restaurants but is tucked away in a quiet street which feels very safe. When I return to Lisbon (hopefully soon) I’ll be booking a room here again no doubt. Thank you!

We stayed for a week in the flat A Saudade. A small maisonette, all lovingly furnished and very well thought out for the available space. We slept very well, the narrow staircase with split steps is a sporting challenge. Everything is there, from digitally retrievable tips to water / wine. We felt very comfortable. The On / Set Alfama team is available 24/7, very accommodating, friendly and offers insane service. Located in a small side street, very quiet. The office is just around the corner, suitcases can be stored temporarily, the team is always available. Very centrally located, you can find great locations for breakfast, snacks, restaurants, bars and many great sights right around the corner. 30 metres above you will find a stop of the popular tram 28. A small challenge when arriving and departing is with a heavy suitcase through the narrow streets over the cobblestone streets of the hilly Alfama, once done, you can just relax, discover and enjoy and the on / set team makes the stay simply feel good. Our stay in the apartment clearly exceeded our expectations. We were always able to contact our concierge and receive direct help. That was really a great service! We felt very welcome thanks to the friendly reception. The apartment “O Rio” was very luxurious and had everything your heart could desire. We didn't miss anything in the apartment or in terms of hospitality. In addition, the location was more than just suitable! It's not located directly in the city, but there are great restaurants in the immediate vicinity! If we visit the city again, we will definitely stay in the same accommodation :)

I just returned from Lisbon and stayed in one of the apartments... I have to say excellent location, very nice, clean, quiet... I highly recommend it!!!! Kiss kiss Ida and Alessio
