I
went
with
my
girlfriend
and
my
son's
mother
on
11/23
to
have
our
3rd
ultrasound
at
this
clinic.
We
had
already
had
our
first
ultrasound
at
this
clinic
and
everything
went
normally
and
we
were
well
looked
after
from
the
moment
we
arrived
until
we
left.
In
the
latter
case,
the
story
was
completely
different.
Firstly,
when
we
arrived,
there
was
a
crowd
of
people
in
a
tiny
room
which
made
it
difficult
to
simply
breathe.
It
is
not
advisable
for
a
pregnant
woman
and
there
should
be
better
organization
in
the
clinic
to
avoid
this
situation.
But
more
serious
than
the
situation
I
mentioned
was
the
ultrasound
itself
(for
us
the
most
important
thing,
of
course).
When
we
arrived
at
the
office,
Dr.
Abdu
Cassama
didn't
even
greet
me,
he
had
his
back
turned
the
whole
time,
he
didn't
even
address
me
and
it
seemed
like
he
was
working
against
his
will.
I'm
sorry
to
have
to
say
this
about
a
doctor
who
was
supposedly
highly
regarded
at
this
clinic
but
the
experience
with
this
doctor
was
horrible,
to
say
the
least.
Afterwards,
during
the
ultrasound
the
doctor
didn't
explain
anything
and
when
he
finally
wanted
to
explain
something
it
was
to
scare
me
and
my
son's
mother
who
started
crying
because
of
her
nerves
when
we
left.
We
were
told
that
we
would
have
to
have
another
ultrasound
in
1
month
to
confirm
that
the
baby's
growth
was
going
as
expected
but
it
was
not
explained
to
us
at
the
time
if
everything
was
ok
or
if
we
would
have
to
worry.
We
left
in
shock,
thinking
that
something
was
not
right
and
with
anxiety
levels
at
an
all-time
high.
Later,
my
girlfriend
was
seen
by
another
doctor
in
private
who
reassured
us
and
said
that
sometimes
babies
can
have
a
little
less
weight
but
that
then
it
normalizes.
I
repeat
that
during
the
ultrasound
in
Chelas
nothing
was
properly
explained
to
us
and
what
we
thought
was
something
serious
turned
out
to
be
something
that
we
wouldn't
have
to
worry
about
to
the
point
of
the
nervous
attack
we
had
after
the
consultation.
I
hope
for
the
sake
of
this
clinic
that
they
review
the
way
this
doctor
talks
to
pregnant
women
and
parents.
There
are
already
too
many
criticisms
in
a
short
space
of
time
about
this
doctor
and
I
hope
that
whoever
is
reading
this
comment
of
mine
and
has
an
ultrasound
appointment
with
this
gentleman
will
try
everything
they
can
to
change
the
doctor
because
he
clearly
has
nothing
to
benefit
from
(which
in
the
explanations
that
you
don't
want
in
the
way
you
talk
to
people)
Ps:
and
just
to
end
on
a
high
note,
when
my
girlfriend
was
getting
out
of
bed
during
the
ultrasound,
the
doctor
threw
the
paper
in
the
trash,
almost
hitting
her.
I
give
it
one
star
because
I
can't
give
it
0!!!
