Since July 2023, I have been regularly undergoing Global Postural Reeducation sessions with Physiotherapist Catarina Barbosa to treat chronic osteoarticular and muscular problems. The improvements have been evident! Physiothetapist Catarina Barbosa is excellent! Not only because she is very good technically, with a great ability to explain the objectives of the exercises and care in their execution. Facilities are well laid out, including private offices and various gym equipment. I loved having my knees and feet repaired at Clinisete Lisboa.
