At Tejo Park you can find paragliding lessons and you can also book a tandem flight UONAIR.PT

The biggest stage in Portugal in the Tagus River estuary. The walkway joined the cities of Vila Franca de Xira Póvoa de Santa Iria Loures and Lisbon, it is now possible to travel on foot or by bicycle between the municipalities — and always next to the river. It promises a day well spent with the family.
