Why change what's good? This used to be my favourite burger place in Lisbon. Now for some reason they changed the menu completely. They have also changed the fries. They used to be sliced potatoes, very good and in quantity. Now they've changed to the normal fast food format and it's clearly a step back for me, while also reducing dramatically the quantity provided. To top it all, the price has also increased. Which would be understandable given the world we live in, but I just can't figure out why the change in everything else.. Anyway, it's still OK, just a lot less good than it was before and that's a shame.

Great tasting burger with homemade chips was very tasty. It's a small, out of the way, burger joint within walking distance of the Lisbon Marriott hotel. Excellent value for the price. I would recommend it.

Price performance top! Of course I would like fries instead of chips, but the burger was one of the best I've ever eaten! The whole staff greeted us cheerfully, even when we arrived at 10 p.m.😊 Very satisfied and happy to come back❤️❤️🫶🏻

Nice burger spot

Hello, for anyone wondering if they should eat here: do yourself a favor and DON'T. After ordering two menus and having only one arrived, we called the restaurant and they told us the last one would arrive in 10 minutes. We waited for over 45 minutes and after calling the manager said 'the delivery was done, sorry' and there was NO MORE INFO OR HELP. They can't even talk english or any other language apart from portuguese, so if you are a turist don't come here, they will not be able to understand what you say. Apart from that, the burger that arrived should have had bacon but it didn't either. French fries were also very cold. Thankfully Glovo refunded the menu that didn't arrive, but the service from this restaurant is AWFUL. Again, do yourself a favor and order/eat somewhere else if you read this review, worst experience in Lisbon we had in 7 days.

The burgers are great but the fries are terrible. It is more of a grab and go place.

Hamburger is ok. French fries are actually crisps. And the price on the menu doesn’t mean much. After paying I realized I’ve paid more then I supposed. When I asked they said the price had changed and they hadn’t changed the price on the menu.

The place is super difficult to find especially at night. If you’re going here for takeout, don’t use the Google Maps driving instructions. It will lead you to the other side of the building. Just point towards your hotel, park your car and walk towards the right side of the hotel entrance. There’s a sign there, and you’ll need to go through the stairs to find the restaurant. We weren’t expecting it, but the restaurant was closed at night, so you only have the option for takeout. The burgers are great with a slightly sweet bun.

Excellent place for takeout burgers - they offer a wide selection of options to choose from, even chicken and vegetarian burgers. Their onion rings are terrific and we usually place an online order before picking up - you can choose the time you want your food ready which makes it very convenient. Highly recommend!

A surprisingly good burger! The sweet potato chips did not taste as such, perhaps I was given the wrong order. However, the burger was juicy and in a location not plagued with restaurants, this was a good alternative to hotel food.

Awesome little place! Super friendly staff, great food and a cool atmosphere.we ate in the evening when the restaurant part was closed so it was only delivery, but they let us eat in the restaurant. Great thick burgers and reasonably priced. Beware though, the "fries" are actually crisps (or chips if you're American).....still nice, but not the thick cut chips j was expecting to get

The burgers are good and prices are reasonable. Only the buns could be improved. Unfortunately the place is a little hard to find and a little dark. Still I recommend it, if you work or study nearby for a quick lunch.

Absolutely amazing juicy burger with proper meat and fresh ingredients! I did love every bite of it! I am not a fan of fries, but these were crispy and moderately salty – perfect! Asked for a delivery, and the quality didn’t suffer not in the least 🧡🍔💛

This place is a welcome taste of home for an American on the road. The burgers are large and good (even by American standards.) The staff was very friendly and assisted with translation to English. It appears that they serve house chips (American terminology, thin and round fried potatoes) rather than fries, but they're good and come with some sort of aoli sauce for dipping. I can't comment on delivery, as my group ate there. The location is in the plaza at the bottom of the building next door to the Marriott. That makes it ideal for a business person to grab a quick, relaxing dinner at the end of a long day. One thing to note is that they only have official seating at lunch, with delivery and take-out for dinner. With my group, they let us use their tables even though the dining area wasn't officially open.

Just order a burger prepared medium AND my burger is RAW. We were in no rush

I give it 1 star because I can't give it any less. Please do NOT ever order food in this place. Everything was wrong: We ordered two menu but only one came. We called to report the issue and they told us the other menu would be here in 10 minutes. After waiting for 45 minutes we called again: it didn't arrived. They even LIED to us saying the delivery service queue was full and that we didn't have an order (even tho it was still open on the Globo App). After the second call they didn't give us our money back since they claimed the order arrived and implied we were lying. Luckily we ordered though Globo and got our money back, but if we had ordered through their website we would have never got that money back. The food wasn't good either. It wasn't bad tasting but the one menu that did arrive was very cold. The chips were so cold they tasted like overnight chips. And to top it, on the menu it said the burguer had bacon on it but it didn't have it when it arrived. I don't usually complain about this things because it's take away food however everything was so awful it's worth mentioning. To make it even worse they only speak Portuguese so we couldn't even comunicate properly and they played dumb when we complained about the problems we had. Again, I don't usually care about this because we're the tourists but this made the situation even worse. This is the only bad experience we've had in our whole trip and the only rude people we've met on our trip. Again, please avoid this place.
