The park is beautiful, but I wouldn't recommend for women to go alone (it was pretty empty and there were only a few very weird guys there).

Although it's a park next to a busy road , once you enter you stop hearing the noise and focus on nature . Beautiful views over Lisbon during sunset . You have picnic areas, a playground and a little cafe. You can also find loads of trails for cycling and exercise. Woman can walk, jog or exercise freely during the day but I don't recommend it at night. If you're planning to walk at night bring a lantern because the park doesn't have any light. Payed parking area. Open 24h everyday.

Spectacular place to practice sports and be in contact with nature

A Park that is near an airport and not far from central downtown that is still peaceful, diverse and relaxing

Nice and safe to exercise, walk the dog or take a coffee or beer.

Beautiful park, you feel like you're in contact with nature even though you're really close to the city centre. Not all places are accessible with baby strollers, but most are. The loud sound of landing airplanes is a downside.

Amazing park with a kiosk to chill, have a beer or bring your friends and family for a picnic

Very natural place I glad to see all tree are y shape look like couple relaxing at natural circumstance very few distance from downtown Lisbon close to central arreiro and neighbors of Lisbon airports also good for family to close nature !

It has everything you need to a nice day on the park

Nice park. Sport facilities and a nice caffe. Wild trees and nice walking pathways.

It should have more lights, you can't see anything at night

Need more jumps on the trails haha
