I was up all night with the airplanes in room 104. Maybe the rooms on lower floors you don’t hear the planes all night but you will certainly hear the airplanes all night long in 104. Widebody, narrow body, cargo planes all of them every 20 minutes. It was the longest night of my life and I could not wait to get out of there in the morning.. There is no shuttle even though that was what was listed on Hotels.com when I tried to cancel because of this they said I couldn’t. The carpeting in the hallway was full of all these black stains it was filthy. Just do yourself a favor and pick somewhere else to stay

The rooms are really nicely decorated and it is conveniently located between airport and Lisbon city center so it is such a same that the planes make if impossible to sleep through (even with earplugs)

The rooms of this airport hotel are great. Especially but not only considering the price. Of course it is outside of the inner city and close to the airport. This also means you can hear airplanes flying in and out. At least in our room those noises were noticable but not preventing from sleeping. The air condition was actually quite loud and consistently made weird noises, which distracted from the planes. Since we stayed a total of 8 hours in the room (just to sleep) we weren't able to address this during our stay, so no harm done here. Besides that, the rooms are, as written very nice. High ceilings, big spacious bathroom, even a walk-in closet (not needed but still nice). I wish i could give NEGATIVE STARS. The people who run this place are actual nut cases. We got here and its a gate you have to go thru with a code i called the property for assistance telling them we are on THE STREET she even confirmed our names for the booking and told me that instructions were emailed to me(they never were) i kindly tried telling her this she starts yelling over me telling me if i cant figure it out im not getting in the property…. I had to call the police and file a police report….. and if that isn’t enough this place is COVERED in black mold leaving water everywhere. GENTE MUITA LOCA NAO BOA!!!!! Dont book this MESS of a motel. Never in my life have i had these kind of issues

My expectations were high because it looked so good in the pictures but it was even better! I wish I stayed longer. Check in was super easy and there were 0 problems with my stay.
