This burger king is better than most I have been to back in the states. My food waa actually pretty good, considering we are eating fast food. Having a beer, with these delicious fries, and my egg burger sandwich are just items I wish we had back in the states. Not to mention people here were nice and price was not bad at all.

We stopped here hoping to get a quick dinner. We were tired and just wanted something easy. We ordered a burger and a chicken sandwich and then we waited and waited and waited. This was probably one of the longest I have ever had to wait in a fast food restaurant. The crew were all over the place doing everything but get us our food, I could see that the sandwiches were done and they were just sitting there in the bin and still nobody seemed to o be able to fill our order. Finally after about 15 minutes waiting they filled the order and we took it back to our airport hotel just 5 minutes from the restaurant. When we opened the bag all the food was cold. It was so disappointing. Not sure how thos place stays in business. Terrible location.

Oh my god, i cannot believe this kind of Burger King also exists in the world. This is worser than the worst place to be. Nit working printing machines, cant rake orders, no communication and very very rude and most of all, The food that was very close to uneatable, no taste no hygeine. definately would give minus stars.

I love Burger King sandwich and was so happy to come all the way from the USA 🇺🇸 to find my favorite fast food restaurants. The restaurant was clean, and the workers, most of whom looked young teenagers, were not playing, around they were focused, helping, and friendly. I ordered my meal and totally enjoyed the experience. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. And all the best and respect to the young people who choose to come to work rather than going out and getting into trouble. OH, and lastly, if you want to use the bathroom, it's upstairs this if for the older folks, I am not sure if there is one downstairs, but be very careful going and coming up those stairs..

Nice fresh food, good service by the staff.. overall nice place to stay..

Came here to have a lunch with family in my son's B-day. They offered a piece of cake to celebrate it.

I would give minus rating if I could. Shitty food with shitty customer service! Avoid this place. Especially the staffs are so annoying. I think it's the worst burger king ever in the world.

Food was fine but floor in entire restaurant was so dirty, it was very sticky- I heard and felt my qevery step as my foot was tearing from that sticky floor. Service was not using the board to show which order is ready, they kept everything in pending column on the order board and just kept shouting order numbers that were ready- all good if you speak Portuguese but I don't. Easy fixes, just mop there floor and use the order board as it was designed to be used...

I ordered something from them through Bolt Food and it was all wrong. Plus, the delivery guy was so rude. He wouldn't even look at you or say a simple "Hi" when giving you the order.

Seems like Burger King is getting bad at making burgers, now. They seem to have learned with McDonald's.Only the most expensive one, the special edition is a bit good. The other ones are bad.

Terrible. Asked for and paid for extra bacon in my double wopper, and didn't get a single one. The guy that took my request simply didn't care amymore. Droped a couple of sauce bags on the floor, quickly kicked them below the kitchen equipment. Next time I will open the burger package in front of the staff, I recommend you do the same. The meat was nice though.

Not very clean. The food quality is the same as in all other burger kings. Hand sanitizer in low quantity and more easily visible when entering the shop. Did not feel confortable rating here. Had to request for the table to be desinfectaded.

i got veg burger just now and bucket of chiken wings chili chees rolls and chicken nuggets. chicken nuggets and chees rools smelly and also burger was very small. i always eat in store i love it. first time i order via uber eat. delivery guy was fantastic but food is just junk. i dont like to desrespect food but i paid almost 16 plus euros for it.

I’m a frequent customer. Today I ate one hamburger with a special fries but at late night (about 3 a.m.), my stomach hurts and I vomited 2 times!!! I think the food level is worrying these days

My husband and I ordered a pay one get two menu. It was really delicious. It arrived hot. Just that the potatoes are a little better so that they don't dry out soon.

Really slow service who could not speak English (we waited 25 min for “fast food”) food arrived cold, cheese in my burger was not even melted. Disappointment . The number system at the counter did not work.

Not your average Burger King. Parking is hard and altough there is an underground parking, it has no easy accessibility for wheelchair, pregnant women. There are parking places outside but they are always full. The food is standard burger king. The staff seemed a bit dull, perhaps because there was some clients making some confusion. It's convenient because its just by the side of the highway, good to grab the food and go.

Burger had hair on it. Just wasted 13€ because of people's incompetence.
