    Went for one of the classes. It was held in Portuguese but the teacher spoke English instructions for me. Interesting yoga style since you start with headstand

    I've followed two classes here during my stay in Lisbon. Sivananda is a new style to me but it was a great introduction. The teacher was friendly, gave personal advice and was able to give instructions in English to me. Booking the class seems a bit complicated by email, a booking system would definitely improve that and give better insight in the class schedule.
