My wife and I took the Pastei baking class with Filipa this past week. There were a total of 5 people in the class. It was a fun and tasty experience! Filipa was so helpful, very precise in her procedures and never rudely critical of anyone. We learned the whole process from beginning to eating of how to make a Pastei de Nata pastry. Filipa was very patient with each of us and had us all laughing as we fumbled our way through. We would highly recommend this class!

The workshop of pasteis de natas is highly recommended specially if you want to get the right texture of the pastry and the custard 🍮. Filipa is such a professional. You'll have a quality time there by experiencing a typical Portuguese activity! 🍰🥧

We had an amazing workshop learning how to make the famous Pasta De Nata with Filipa the chef. We spent a wonderful time and ended the session tasting our own creation 😊

We took a pastry class to learn about the famous Pastel de Nata. We learned how to make these gorgeous pastries, including the puff pastry that the custard bakes in, which I had never done before! Fillipa was fun and knowledgeable and we had a lovely time. But the best part was eating the results our lessons! And she emailed us the full recipe so we can make at home. HIGHLY recommend!

Amazing class with Maria! She walked us through each step to make delicious pastries and definitely had us involved! They were the best pasteries we had in Lisbon and we made them ourselves! She gave us the recipes so we can try them at home! Loved this workshop!

Babies and strollers are not welcome here. I won't recommend to anyone because of the owners behavior. I paid 2 coffees and they served me in a mag (not to take away). They didn't inform me about this. So we sit, and next we have our stroller. Then the owner always suggest us to make the stroller away. So we decide to leave this store with nerves and we didn't drink our coffees. Just for your info. The coffee shop was empty and the owner always told us to make the baby away from his path. First time that I see a negative person here in Lisbon. Please be aware. Not recommend at all. And as I Can see from the other comments it is not the first time.

This place is like an antique recipe exhibit. Everything tasted unique and delicious. I saw a family taking a cooking lesson. The baker had lots of patience and seemed like a great host.

A truly divine cafe for those with a sweet tooth for conventual sweets!! Also famous for its in situ workshops, for those wishing to experience the delicate and sensual process of creating these delights. Couldn't recommend this place more

We did a workshop as a family with the owner Filipa. We learned and baked Natas and learned a lot about regional sweets of Portugal. Everything was just right, perfect, sweet and cozy about the place! Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our Pastel de nata baking class with Filipa. She is knowledgeable, kind, and gives good instruction! We laughed as we made a bit of a mess out of the process. We’ll recommend her to friends visiting Lisbon and looking for a fun experience!

This is a cute little shop but they make great Portuguese desserts! They do tend to be on the sweet side but I really enjoyed some of them. I had some similar ones at Alcoa but found that these were slightly less sweet in a very good way. On my first visit I saw a small group doing a cooking class and I wish I’d had the time to try one! Highly recommend

We took the pastel de nata baking class with Filipa as a group of 6 and it was a blast. Our group learned a ton and the results were absolutely delicious. I want to be friends with Filipa, too, ha! Highly, highly recommend this.
