Very bad customer service. I visited this store on a Monday morning. There was many people waiting to pay, and only one person at the cashier working. The other employees in the shop, were not interested to work at another desk at a cashier and to help. Yet, they saw how many people were waiting. This was extremely frustrating and it took a long time just to pay for one item. Really ridiculous. They need more people to work at the cashier especially during a Monday morning

I had a very bad experience at this Zara while I was shopping I tried on some clothes at the fitting room and forgot my sunglasses when I came I back “they were not there” and I know for a fact that when you work at a fitting room you check each room when people leave. I am sure that the ladies who work there stole my glasses and are dishonest. I am very disappointed with my experience. Please be aware of this store because there are thieves working there.

By far this is the most beautiful and classiest ZARA store I have been to so far. Very friendly and professional personnel! Very happy with my purchase!

Zara is my personal favourite according to my need. The best part of Zara is fitting and reasonable price

It was beautiful. No one was there, could walk everywhere and actually see clothes there no one was standing before my view. Highly recommend this location.

Today I visited the store and there was a very frustrating beeping noise at the entrance of the store. I brought this to the attention of one of the employees to stop this noise. They rudely told me that nothing was wrong and it was fine. Me and other shoppers could not shop in peace with that noise. It is a loud beeping noise in the store which is absolutely ridiculous and frustrating. They need to resolve this matter.
