Bar Wine bar

👍👍 This was my first favorite restaurant since I moved here in Lisbon. I love all the food, but most especially the choco fritos. They have a wide selection of wine and I enjoyed tasting a few of them. I definitely recommend! People often mention wine, wines, good, service, great, selection, experience, restaurant,

This spot is a gem and we’re lucky to find them during our trip because they closed for the holidays right after our visit. The decor (note the hanging bottles), food and service all top notch! We had an array of great foods, but my personal highlight was the buurrata salad. The chicken, fish, fries, and pretty much all else on the menu are taste bud tinglers! Thanks and enjoy your vacation. For more reviews, recipes and food ideas check out @nazaris_touch on Instagram.

A mere block off the main drag, Wine Not will be one of the most delightful surprises of your life. Their culinary fortitude and extensive wine list are an absolute pleasure to savor. Cannot recommend this restaurant enough. Where is it’s Michelin star 🌟?

A simple and enjoyable formula; good quality, simple food with fresh local ingredients, and a broad range of high quality wines at a reasonable price. I had been hoping to visit Wine Not for several months and I'm pleased the moment eventually arrived. The wine range is supplied by a well known high volume producer, many of the wines bottled by Casa Ermelinda, in an exclusive arrangement with the restaurant. The range and variety is impressive, from sparkling whites to deep garnet coloured reds. Almost every major grape variety is represented. My favourite was a rich oaky red 2019 Alicante Bouschet Reserva 15% alcohol bursting with vanilla and jammy plummy berry fruit notes. We opted for quick and simply food, an impressive sharing platter of meats and cheeses with a cinnamon honey garnish and a fig and presunte ham salad. Beautifully presented and good quality. Service was friendly and welcoming, and reasonably quick. So overall a good experience and we would return. It's weaknesses were the waitrons lack of depth of knowledge of the winery, both had joined relatively recently and neither had visited the Vineyard, it didn't spoil the experience, but it felt like a missed opportunity for the restaurant owner and the Vineyard. Nor is it a fine dining experience. This is good quick food nicely presented and affordable interesting wine that normal people can afford. Worth a visit.

What a brilliant experience. So good we came back again. Both times the mixed platter was demolished and too many wines drunk. Brilliant informative service. And very reasonable too.

Nice cosy place with a huge wine carte. I went simply for a glass of sparkling wine and also ordered shrimps that were brought in a tiny frying pan. Delicious and unusual. Quick and attentive service. Will be glad to come back again.

Four stars only because our waiter was a bit inexperienced and kept getting the order wrong. Otherwise, a fantastic wine bar with a huge selection of wines by the glass from a cute booklet.

We walked past the restaurant and we liked the name, so we said wine not! It was very busy, but one table left and we were lucky. Food was very nice! But most interesting was the wine list off course, good wines for affordable prices. Most expensive one was 50. All wines are from Casa Ermelinda and you can buy them as well. Im definitely going there next time. Personnel was super nice.

We had anticipated a wine bar offering an array of local wines paired with delectable food, but our expectations were not met. The wine selection did not stand out from what you'd typically find in any other Lisbon restaurant, and the food was subpar. Our octopus salad was predominantly onions with barely any octopus, prompting us to send it back. While the setting was cozy, the noise level was unexpectedly high for what one would assume to be a tranquil wine bar.

Great experience with our aperitif at Wine not. Friendly staff, good wine and delicious food. Highly recommend the cheese platter!

Modern vibrant setting with a plethora of great local wines from their partner vineyard with a budget for everyone. Friendly enthusiastic staff to help you with wine and food selections and some of the best tapas style dishes I've had, pork cheek with mash and the sardine loin on toast were highlights for us. Ended up revisiting based on our first experience being so good.

We were persuaded in by a very friendly and welcoming interaction while reading the menu outside. The knowledge of the vast variety of wines on offer was fabulous and the tapas was delicious and prepared quickly. Attentive service throughout and very well priced.

The best place in Lisbon for wine and relaxation. The food is amazing and they have the most impressive wine list i have seen. Most of the wines can be also served by the glass, you don’t have to buy the whole bottle, and there are countless options. The stuff is kind and very well versed in the wine art.

Nice, more quiet location in one of the side streets. Excellent wines and good food to go with it. Perfect and knowledgeable service.

Delicious continental tapas with Portuguese focus. Very wide wine selection by the glass. Exceptionally soft and flavorful octopus salad and sardine loin on fried bread was exceptionally flavorful!

Food is fantastic. The fried wings and fries match up with the best I’ve had - and I’m a wing fanatic. Prawns in oil with red pepper are tender and spicy. Fig salad is fresh and delicious. Wine selection is very good - broad range. Wait staff are super friendly, have recommendations for what they like and are not excited about. Really liked this place. Off the beaten path in the downtown Chiado. They have a little outdoor cabana for dining and inside is great. You won’t be disappointed dining here.

Stumbled upon this place heading back to our hotel after dinner. We decided to go in and have a glass of wine. We didn’t plan on having any food but I am glad we did. The goat cheese bundles and Iberian ham were amazing. As if that weren’t enough, the service was great. The staff was polite and engaging. We will definitely be back!

Amazing food and service!! The space has a gorgeous decor and is the perfect setting for the wine lover, with a wide range selection from one of the best wine producers in Portugal. Definitely a great place to enjoy and share food with family and friends.

I've been here a couple of times, and it never disappoints. The food was really nice, offering a variety of delicious options. The wine selection is both extensive and reasonably priced. The ambiance was lovely, creating a pleasant dining atmosphere. What truly stood out was the excellent service from the Brazilian waiter, André. He was attentive and genuinely listened to our preferences, making each visit a personalized and memorable experience.

👍👍 I was very surprised to see that even though this is right in the middle of “tourist town” the Pastel De Nata is by far the best I have ever tried. I've been to a few places around Portugal for Pastel de Nata and this place has the best ones hands down! Their filling is unique to others and I find t...
